The car is very clean, like new, first time renting a car from a big company, good service, very detailed. Yes maybe because it was too early to get the car, Haneda T3 counter was not open, to go to the phone booth yourself to call and ask the staff to pick up.

Mitsubishi Delica
This was an amazing trip to Mount Fuji. Having this Delica made the journey much smoother. Most importantly, picking up and returning the car was incredibly convenient and smooth. Thanks to the rental company for picking us up at Toyoko Inn and for taking us to Narita Airport on the return trip, all without any delays. Of course, communicating entirely in Chinese was really convenient. Although we didn't see Mount Fuji this time, it's definitely a good idea for next time. And of course, BE KOBE is the only option. Highly recommended!

I was worried about picking up the car after the staff had left for the day due to the late pickup time (9:00 PM), but they conveniently changed it to airport pickup. It was incredibly easy to pick up the car myself, as they provided detailed photos and videos showing the route, location, and even the basic functions of the vehicle. The car was clean, and I used it at a reasonable price, even with full care included. It is close to the airport, and there is an affordable gas station nearby, so I was able to easily return the car along the same route. If I plan to use Narita again, I will definitely use this service again.

I rented a C Estate this time, and the car that arrived was indeed an S205, just like in the pictures, not the older model. The car was very new and had low mileage. The only minor issue was that the seat leg extensions weren't completely cleaned; otherwise, the car was very tidy. They even provided toilet paper and wet wipes, which was a thoughtful touch. Picking up the car was very convenient; it was right at the airport parking lot. For return, there was a shuttle bus or you could drive the car back directly to your destination. Renting a car like this for this price was incredibly cost-effective.

Disadvantages: The male staff member who picked up the car was arrogant, and the car's control screen kept beeping. We had to get out of the car three times to ask him before he would finally get out and assist us. The first two times, he claimed that's how it is, that the car's audio system just keeps playing and can't be turned off. Because we felt that couldn't be the case, but the prompts were only in Japanese, we had to stop him a third time to ask again before he would get out and help check. It turned out that he hadn't inserted his ETC card properly, causing the car to keep beeping. This gave us a bad start to our road trip.
