The location is incredibly convenient—right next to a large shopping complex filled with food options, shops, and a value-for-money grocery store. Plus, it’s near Legoland, making it a great choice for families. The apartment itself is very new and spotless. The bed was comfortable, and my kids had so much fun in the room. Online customer service was quick and responsive whenever we needed assistance, which made our stay even smoother. A special mention to the café staff—they were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the pastries were absolutely delicious! Highly recommend for a hassle-free, enjoyable stay with great hospitality.

Difficult to contact the customer services. 3 lines of contacts listed in the email are not directly the ones who will give you the answer. Check out time is too early, 11h am, that made my family miss the trip to the city centre in the morning as planned as afraid cannot come back in time to check out. Hope this will improve.
