A terrific place to stay on the island!
Inform the hotel staff about the time of your arrival and they will meet you at the Saracen pier with their boat, help you with your luggage and take you straight to the hotel. I attached a picture of a pier and a boat of this hotel, by the way they will send you back to the pier when you leave the island.
The staff is extremely helpful and friendly, they are very nice!
We stayed in b33, economy class. The room ( a small house actually), is cozy and has all the things needed: towels, dental kits, shower gel and shampoo, hairdryer, safe, clothes hangers, wardrobe, lots of drawers. There are beach towels if needed you can ask for them at the reception in the morning. The air conditioner worked well, the water in the bathroom went away well enough, however some people said vice versa in their comments. It had been very quiet even when it was noisy in the restaurant.
The restaurant is great, we have tried many dishes, all of them were delicious, the portions were big enough. They have desserts and their pana cotta and brownies are amazing! Happy hour is cool, you can enjoy the cold drinks from 4 to 8 pm. The breakfast was included, it’s worth it, you can choose from the menu one dish and one drink, a few pieces of seasonal fruits are served with the breakfast. You don’t need to worry about the breakfast, because it’s not a buffet one and even if you come at 9:30 you will get your breakfast always.
The swimming pool is clean, and beautiful, there are many sunbeds and cosy chairs, so you can sit both close to the sea, or at the pool. Only one thing was disappointing, the lack of a sunset, it’s on the other shore of the island, you can watch it on the lazy beach, it’s not that far as the sunset beach. Also you can walk to the laguna resort at this shore, if you don’t want to go through the jungle, the sunset is also very beautiful there.
Thanks a lot for all your efforts to make our holiday special! If we come once again to the island we will definitely book a room there again!

Parking quite difficult due too many customers and the staffs not friendly at all. Bellboy come to pick my luggages from my car and then he drop off my luggages next to the walk way without tell me and i was looking my luggages. After checked in, they gave me the key card and not even tell me where the elevator is. This is my first time i go there, i can say that i need to find the elevator to access my room. When i comeback arrived in front hotel looking for parking, security keep standing and talk even see my car already stop in front of the hotel and they don’t tell us have space for park or not until i go asking him, do you have parking space.
Location: Perfect and peaceful island setting in Cambodia.
Service: Needs more attention from top management. Due to staff shortages during peak holiday season, service was inconsistent, affecting the overall guest experience.
Boat Schedule Issue: There was a mismatch in boat schedule information between the reservations team and the front desk. This created difficulties for guests without private transportation, especially since the island is remote and ride-hailing apps (Grab/PassApp) are not readily available. The hotel’s private taxi service charges **$50 one-way**, which feels excessive—management should reconsider pricing.
Food Options: Limited menu choices in the restaurant, and the menu was only in English with no pictures. As a local Cambodian, I sometimes struggled to identify dishes.
Room & Amenities: Fantastic—clean, comfortable, and hygienic.
Breakfast: Absolutely delicious!
SPA: Highly recommended! Relaxing and affordable, especially with the hotel’s 30% exclusive discount. One of the best parts of my stay.
Buggy Service: A major letdown. Upon checkout, the front desk failed to inform us that no buggy was available. We waited **almost an hour** with no updates, even after calling twice. Eventually, we had to walk to reception.
Overall: This hotel has great potential but needs better communication, staffing adjustments, and improved guest convenience (transportation, food options, and service reliability).

A nice hotel with lovely service and staff. Unfortunately, there is a lot of construction nearby. Also, the area is full of seedy casinos. Not a family area.
I did not have a good sleep due to the constant noise coming out of the air conditioner and from outside of the room. I know that the hotel is quite busy but the staffs were not very helpful and friendly.

I can't say the location is good, but the beach, sand, and accommodation are satisfactory. If you want to get off at the pier and take a tuk-tuk, you have to pay $5 per person, $10 round trip. The free canoe and paddle boat were fun, but they are very old and need to be replaced and repaired. The air conditioner was cool, but noisy. The food was generally delicious and came out quickly. The noise from the next room wasn't loud. I didn't use the pool because I liked the ocean, and the pool wasn't very deep, so it wasn't fun. It smells a little like disinfectant. The breakfast was delicious, but the menu wasn't very diverse.
The Wi-Fi was too slow or didn't work well, so I used up my data. I sent an email about pickup, but I didn't get a reply, so I don't know if they read it or not.
The staff's kindness and service were average. At lunch, I sat in the restaurant, made eye contact, and raised my hand, but they didn't give me the menu, so I had to get it myself. In the evening, I was a little annoyed that they gave the menu to the team that arrived later than me first.
The beach is beautiful, but I saw too many tourists and staff smoking and throwing cigarette butts in the ocean and sand.
Pagoda Beach is prettier than other beaches on Koh Rong Island, so many travelers from other accommodations also visit there.

Good location, nice clean beach, not busy beach as it’s a private beach for guests at hotel, nice swimming pool , food at the hotel is good, pool bar is also good, breakfast is very good and variety (Western and Asian). Room is big, bed and mattress very comfortable. Hotel staffs very helpful, honest and friendly. As we enjoyed our stay so We recommend this hotel.
Note; it’s a bit noisy from big hotel construction next to the hotel but this is not hotel fault. Lemongrass restaurant on site ( part of hotel) is NOT recommended .
Pros new hotel large rooms very comfortable beds and nice linens good stocked mini fridge two pools one with kids roof top with a view. Staff very friendly and helpful manager was excellent! Location is across the street from the local beach not much to do or see if you are a tourist or eat but that is standard for this hole city: town. Breakfast was standard but room service food pizza was a no. Fried rice was good.
Con’s bathroom is not vented probably when built so methane smell have to keep the bathroom door closed and hot water took a while to filter through cleaning of bathroom still had black hair behind the door.

Location is great just in front of the Otres Beach, easy to access to the beach just cross the street. Bed are comfort to sleep as we booked Family Ocean Suite, with the view of the sea from our balcony.
Buffet breakfast not good for foreigners, only local food provide and doesn’t have much food in the morning.

Because the travel plan was very temporary, I made a decision after browsing casually. Unexpectedly, I was pleasantly surprised. It is a newly opened hotel apartment. The decoration style is not inferior to that of domestic high-end boutique apartments. It is in a good community, with 1 floor downstairs. There is a large shopping mall in minutes, and it is very convenient to eat and drink. It is really good to have such a quality of living in a noisy place like Sihanoukville. I really recommend it. The boss is Chinese. He doesn't talk too much but is very attentive. He also treated me to a drink of ancient tree Pu'er. Tea, feels like home, touching
