The most affordable luxury hotel you could get in Makati! Room is clean, room service kindly changes our bed and pillow sheets every 2 days. Breakfast buffet served is amazing and they always switch up the menu. I really appreciate the water dispenser that they have put in the hallway! The gym they have is great with essential equipment and the pool is nice with extra towels provided. Also to mention, the view is breathtaking!

It would be much better if the hotel could provide bottled water instead for convenience and hygiene. Another issue was the noise level. The sound from outside was quite disruptive, indicating poor ventilation or insulation. It made it difficult to relax and get a good night's sleep so now like someone laughing loudly and opening the door is truly making me awake, reason I have time to leave a review. For a hotel advertised as five-star on your website, this was far from a five-star experience—especially for someone like me who enjoys staycations. It absolutely did not meet expectations. These issues need improvement for a better guest experience.

This is my first time to stay in New World Hotel and all I can say is that it’s perfect if you have plans to go around Greenbelt and Glorietta. Greebelt 3 is literally just a street away. Room amenities are a bit dated, and you can see that the one mirror is already dirty but all in all it did not affect the quality of my stay. Bed is great, room is spacious and the staff are all kind, welcoming and always greets you with a smile.

We love coming back here because of the prime location and accessibility to everything. We were surprised when one of the Bellman remembers us since our last stay was in January 2024. I just hope that the hotel management will reiterate the staffs to greet the quests no matter who it is what they are wearing. One thing it feels a bit off for me was only once in a blue moon you get a greeting from the staff around especially at the breakfast. Genuine warm hospitality is the best key to make your guest feel special and comfortable. But overall it’s still a good stay. We truly appreciate the handwritten card from the GM. First time staying in this hotel. The hotel is not linked by the covered bridge from the airport (T3)but you can take a complimentary shutter service from ‘Runway Manila’ to the hotel. However you will have to ask on which is the specific vehicle. There is a MacDonald and a 7 Eleven beside the hotel and Newport world Resort is opposite the hotel. Hotel service is excellent.

Everyone was very nice! Everyone always said hello whenever they saw you. We had mangos that we wanted to peel so we asked for a knife and they actually peeled the mangos for us and even boxed it up at no cost. The gym is pretty nice too and security was amazing at helping out my cousin who got a little too tipsy from a night out in town. I would definitely recommend this hotel and also a good location!

Nice hotel good room with balcony looking over the golf course my only concern the club lounge only served whyte mackay whisky as i have stayed in many marriott hotels which serve chivas regal or black label Marriott Manila stop your penny pinching and serve decent whisky which customer pay for in the price of a club room its ashamed i wont stay at the Marriott Manila again i feel cheated and robbed .

Hotel is in the China town area. On checkin I was upgraded to executive room free of charge. Staff were friendly and welcoming. The room was clean and very comfortable with a good bed. Was spotlessly clean. I would stay at the hotel again

We stayed at Winford overnight to celebrate my brother's birthday. I could say it was a very nice experience. When we arrived, the room was already available. I even requested for a room on a higher floor and they gave me a good one. The ambience and lighting fixtures were really nice and the waiting area with sofa as well. We stayed at an Executive Suite. The room was also nice. It had a bath tub, separate shower and 2 wash basin. There is also another toilet upon entry but with watercloset and wash basin. The view was also nice though its more of houses and the rizal mountains. The pool size has a good size and not crowded and also heated. We had dinner at the poolbar since they have Acoustic band playing on saturdays. The service was a bit slow since there were lots of people and the food came from the ****** kitchen. Also, they do not accept room charging if it exceeds the 2k deposit. First time to experience this, good thing my brother brought his wallet. Food and liquor was good too. For breakfast, they also have a good selection however they do not have bacon :( sad. Nonetheless, the breakfast experience was good as well. They also sent a birthday cake for my brother. Check-out was fast too. One downside is the parking area which was on the 7th floor. It was a round swirl going up or down and caused us to be dizzy. Overall, i recommend this hotel. It is not very high-end but the service and people are good and facilities are nice. P.S. We were not able to go to the ****** as we have a kid with us.

This hotel is adequate, but slightly overpriced vs. competition. While they have updated the lobby in recent years, from what I can tell there has been little effort to update guest rooms, which are dated vs. other 5 star properties like the Westin. The one differentiating factor this hotel previously had was a great breakfast buffet served in the Pacific Lounge on the 21st floor with floor to ceiling windows that gave a sweeping view of the skyline and the bay. It was carpeted with cushioned club chairs and those soft surfaces absorbed noise and the overall experience was a great way to start your day compared to the crowded and loud breakfast buffets at other 5 star hotels. Well someone decided to spend a lot of money to destroy that experience. They have opened a new restaurant on the first floor that is loud, crowded and gives you a view of 7-11 across the street instead of the bay. I spoke to the GM about this, so he already knows my opinion, but what continues to strike me is his point that the Pacific Lounge is “a premium space” - yes Sir, that’s true and previously it was one that virtually all your guests got to enjoy which is exactly why it was THE difference maker for this hotel. I came back thru Manila for a night on May 15 and was going to try the Sheraton one more time, but it was fully booked. Instead I stayed at the Westin for less money. There was no comparison- the Westin’s rooms have a much higher end finish, their food was better, and the service there was far superior like being provided a welcome drink and the Manager sending fruit to my room with a welcome note. The Sheraton Manila Bay is no longer on par with Manila’s best hotels

The hotel is about 8 km from the airport and it is recommended to spend a day in Manila because of the journey. Taxi drivers usually have problems to find the hotel. But thanks to Google Maps it is possible. The hotel is located in the middle of the extreme China Town. There are small indoor markets with extreme cheap China goods, but also larger and more expensive malls. But, in the evening when the many stores close, it will be very quiet. To the hotel: All works fine, the aircondition, TV, shower, breakfast is brought into the room. And it is absolutely quiet. There were problems with taxi ordering in the morning. Grab app doesn't work properly, very long waiting. Absolute recommendation for people who have fun in China business and want to make the right snoops but also have the nerves.
