Good location and it's only 5 mins walk to Nagoya station. There are 2 Lawson convenient stores nearby. Room is small but clean. Washroom is unexpectedly large. Self service check in/out with limited facilities but overall it offers everything in a good price. Highly recommended for a short stay in Nagoya. There's a very good BBQ Japanese restaurant nearby that you must try (last pic)!

We didn't try the public bath though, it was very crowded. Overall Impression: Mitsui Garden Hotel Nagoya Premier provided a fantastic stay with its great service, comfortable rooms, and convenient location.

Hotel room is about standard size for Japanese business hotels and clean. Air con takes a little while to start up but is certainly adequate and much appreciated during the hot summer. Staff are friendly and efficient when checking in and out. They are happy for you to leave your luggage there after checking out as long as you pick it up the same day. Tea bags and drip coffee are complimentary, with self-serve refills on the ground floor. Ice machine is on the second floor as are four washing machines, although these are very popular and usually fully utilised with a queue of people waiting too. Guest mix is mainly mainland Chinese and Hong Kongers with the occasional Japanese. There are many places to eat in the surrounding streets, including izakayas, Korean BBQ, Chinese, and many Indian/Nepali places. The restaurants/pubs can be quite lively at night with people spilling into the streets to eat/drink/chat with their friends. In addition to the big malls above the JR station, there is a Bic Camera and 100 yen store down the street from the hotel, many convenience stores, and a 24-hour supermarket and drugstore a short walk away.

Room is rather big for a business hotel and very sheltered all the way to the station - just go down B1 from the office building beside Lawson. Clean and relatively new. the staff are very friendly and approachable, they can keep your luggage for you before you check in and after you check out. some of the amenities are not available inside your room like toothbrush, shaver, coffee, tea, etc but you can get them near the front desk. which is better for me, since you only get what you actually need. shampoo, body wash, conditioner, tissue, facial tissue and hand wash is available though inside the room. there is also available microwave at the lobby and data sim card vending machine. this hotel chain also applies eco cleaning, where they dont clean you room every day, only a few days after your stay but you can request to have your room cleaned provided you tell the front desk before 10am. but they can replace your towels every day. just put them in the bag provided, put the magnet for towel change outside your door together with the bag of used towels. you may also request for late check out at the front desk for 1,000 yen / hour.

Location was between 2 stations, quite a walk if you carry large luggage. Price was very affordable and hotel is new, rooms are small but can’t complain with the attractive prices. It’s located at the edge of a entertainment area so if you venture down the streets at night might not be suitable for families.

Room is so nice. 5 min walk to the airport for the flight check in, so convenient for those taking morning flight out of nagoya. Breakfast is nice, good variety. I will be back to this hotel if I come to nagoya again.

I used it when I walked ”town” in Tokoname. It is about a 3-minute walk from ”Meitetsu Tokoname Station” and there is also a free flat parking lot, so it is convenient to go by train or by car (I went by car). The main building I stayed in seems to have opened in 2004 (the annex is 2019), so it's not that new, but it was cleaned properly and there was no shortage of facilities and equipment. I felt a little old in the form of shower toilet (because it is Tokoname, naturally shower toilet instead of washlet). Since it is a route inn, the buffet breakfast was free and there were many types of Japanese and Western menus, so I was satisfied. I didn't use it, but there was also a large communal bath of radium artificial hot springs. There were restaurants in the area between Tokoname Station and Tokoname Boat Racecourse, and there were several convenience stores within walking distance.

Most of the shops and restaurants in the airport open at 10 am, so if you want to explore before heading to the city, you can check out at that time.

Since I had an early morning flight, I selected for this rather newish Marriott branded property (I believe it was ＜ 3 year old) close to Nagoya Chubu International airport for 1 night. Location The property is located about 5-10 mins walk from the Nagoya Chuba airport station. Outside of that, there is not much in the area outside of other nearby airport hotels. It is located next to the water, therefore the waterview is quite assured. The hotel does provide an airport shuttle especially during the morning hours - which I did not use as the walk to the airport was very doable even with large luggage. There is a walk bridge connecting the terminal to this airport hotel area. Check In I arrived quite late, around 11 pm at the property to intially an empty lobby area but did get busy after. I was helped immediately by what seems to be the only agent working that evening. I already saw on the Bonvoy app that one of my room was already upgraded to a Junior suite, while the 2nd room in my reservation was the room type that I had reserved. This was quite a long time ago as an Elite Titanium that I received an upgrade especially at a Four Points property. I was asked to select my welcome gift which I selected for the breakfast - since it already starts at 6 am which gave me sufficient time to have breakfast before going to the airport (since I knew at that the JAL domestic lounge would have zero options for breakfast). Room One of the room was on a lower floor, while the Suite was on the highest floor of the property (5th if I remember correctly). As expected it was a very spacious room - although without any separated bedroom and living area. The interior decoration of the hotel was aviation based and on the industrial concept - with a lot of dark tones - which I liked a lot, but I guess this is very personal point. On the other hand, there was no real option to brighten up the room further as the lighting was limited too - so it's not the best if you're someone who prefers a more lighted/bright room. The room had a large floor to ceiling windows facing the water, which in the morning I already noticed would have given the room a very bright feel with the natural lighting. There was no closed wardrobe, but it was an open concept. The bed was the main object in the room with the working desk situated behind the headboard area (this reminded me of the Metropol Belgrade property room). Outside of this, there was a small sitting area with a nice view towards the water and the terminal and hotel buildings. There was a small in room gift left by the hotel as an Elite welcome gesture - which was nice. The TV was of a larger size with the usual channels for an international chain hotel in Japan. Internet speed was good - stable and worked well for usual usage. The climate control in the room worked well being silence and managing to keep the room temperature as desired. Sleep quality was good - the bed did seem to be the US King siz

The hotel is in a good location. You can see the hotel as soon as you exit the west exit of Tokoname Station. It is about 200 meters away and you can cross the road to get there. Of course, it’s not a luxury hotel so most things are simple, the breakfast has limited choice, and the rooms are a tad small, but overall I had no big complaints and it suited me fine. The one annoying thing was that they make you choose a 25-minute window in which to eat breakfast. They make you do this the day before. I guess it’s because space in their breakfast area is an issue, but it’s annoying because it doesn’t grant you any flexibility. If you want to sleep in, or go out early, it’s difficult because you have your specific breakfast window. Aside from that small grumble, I’d recommend this hotel to those who just want to be in the right location in Toyohashi, and are not after a 5-star experience. It’s probably not for families either.
