Very good location. No complaints at all. Front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. There’s coffee machine at reception.

Really clean and great hotel that is situated right in the middle of Beijing Lu and near the metro. Appreciate the free drinks in the fridge as well. One of the few hotels i have stayed with super good washing machines. Front desk was very great and professional, went above their way to help me return parcels even after checking out. Highly recommend to stay in this hotel!!

Very decent experience with the hotel. Clean, comfortable and the staffs are very thoughtful and helpful. Easy access to food and shopping. The only lacking is there is no direct access to the hotel. Either have to make a big round to the hotel entrance or go through Mercure hotel to the back. Not easy if is with big crowd and a lot of luggages. Check-in area is located on 10th floor of the building.

Staff are so courteous, helpful and lovely. I would definitely book my next stay here. Clean, tidy , modern, shower pressure very good. Even gave us complimentary fruit on the last night.

Both the day and night shift teams were super friendly, attentive, and always ready to assist with any requests. Their warm hospitality made us feel right at home. To celebrate my child’s birthday, the hotel provided a free breakfast for two adults, which was such a thoughtful and kind gesture. It added a special touch to our trip and made the occasion even more memorable. The room was spacious, clean, and well-maintained, offering a comfortable environment for our family to relax after a busy day. It was clear that cleanliness and guest comfort are top priorities for the hotel. Additionally, the hotel offers a self-service laundry facility, which was very convenient for longer stays. Being able to handle our laundry needs on-site saved us a lot of time and hassle. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Guangzhou. It combines an unbeatable location, excellent service, and great amenities to provide a truly enjoyable stay.

Location of hotel is GREAT! Staff are friendly and always ready to help. Hotel breakfast is good too. Besides, there’s a lot of food options and shopping in the area. Beijing Lu station is easily accessible via the basement of the mall just opposite the hotel.

1. Location - Excellent could not have asked for more. It shares the same building as Mercure Hotel, so you can access Gioni Hotel through their lobby or just go around the building, the lift entrance is located next to Chargee Shop. You can see their signage at the entrance there and take the lift to 10th floor to check in. Love, love the location of this hotel, budget friendly, opp is Teemall, best dim sum restaurant is at this mall opens at 8am on 7th flr, it is along Beijing Lu - loads to see and great restaurants are just round the corner, easy to walk or travel by Didi to reach attractions around Yuexie, Liwan, Haizhu Districts. Also basement of Tee Mall is where the Beijing Lu Metro is located - practically at your door steps. And do check out the shopping offers in the Tee Mall basement. God wiling and if given an opportunity will return to this hotel and recommend to friends. 2. Check in and out - We were given one room first though we booked 2 upon checking in about an hour early. (Check in time is at 3.30pm), 1st time experiencing such a late check in. Usually 2pm. They informed us that they will let us know when the 2nd room is ready but did not do so until we check in with them which was about 8pm or so. 3. Communication through We Chat - we were given timely information on weather, etc through their we chat. 4. Reception Staff - very responsive and were excellent at their job. Especially one male staff, did not manage to get his name. 5. Let down slightly - dread going to the 10th flr - somehow long wait at the lift (4 serving) but they can by pass 10th flr when it is full. Hotel management should look into this issue. Nearly freak out as we were slightly off schedule & had to book a didi to the airport but had a loooong wait for the lift to return the cards and to check out then another wait to go back down to the lobby, so with this in mind have to plan better for checking out and catching a flight. And I must say these are new lifts and fast ones too. 6. Facilities - excellent laundry room on the high floor. Love the toilet seat that heats up especially during our stay as the temperature plunge to 12C with very cold wind.

The hotel’s service staff especially the front desk Mr Zhang and team were excellent in their service ensuring we have a comfortable stay and also providing us with all relevant information to food and places of attraction and logistics. The housekeeping team has also been excellent by keeping the room clean, tidy and fresh. The location of the hotel is so central and full of shopping and food outlets everywhere. Good location, clean and new hotel. Hotel will assist on handling the parcel that we ordered in advanced. They will serve us a fruit plate which make our day bright~ Only things that I want to comment is the lift. We might need to wait for several round to get in the lift.
