Very nice hotel.They gave me big room very comfortable and location very nice and easy shopping.Their breakfast was very good. I will go again

The hotel is located on a street with supermarkets and restaurants nearby. The transportation (taxi) is convenient and affordable. There is no barrier to communication in Chinese. It is recommended to stay here when going to Bac Ninh.

I have stayed in other places and changed to Amy. I feel that Amy is very good. It is very good in Bac Ninh, Vietnam. The service is very good, and the breakfast is also very good. It will be delivered to the room and it is different every day. The hygiene is much better than other high-priced hotels. The bed is also very comfortable. It is okay to choose Amy hotel for business trips. The front desk lady can speak Chinese and is also beautiful.

I checked in the hotel at 21:30 and found some broken in the bathroom. I noticed this issue but this hotel did not change my room. So, I should be waited for a long time (over 30 minutes) in the room. I cannot understand why they did not repair in advance. Someone can see the broken everyday.

Front desk is very nice, service staff is excellent too, Kai is a nice gentleman who help me getting the extend stay; Nhung is a very nice lady who help me fix the taxi issue. You can always to approach them for any help when you need it. Breakfast is rich and good quality, they also have swimming pool and spa on site. will back next time

Check-in staff is efficient and friendly. Very new hotel and the room is clean and spacious. Breakfast limited . Not much selection. No coffee / tea provided just milk / soya bean milk. Location is quite a distance from the city center and main street. There is no restaurant nearby so will need to walk 15-20min to locate restaurant. Overall a good stay as the price is reasonable.

Opposite the hotel is the bar, there are many KTVs, coffee shops nearby, very convenient, all Chinese communication, many repeat customers.

Stayed for two or three days, the hotel began to do Christmas decoration, very early. There is a place to drink tea. The hotel said that it is a public part. You can go to make tea and talk. The Chinese at the front desk is good. There is no translation software anymore. The room is very clean and there is no smell. Room 1 and 6 is highly recommended. Quiet and big.

The rooms are also very new and tidy, and the TV has many different international channels, even connected to Netflix, YouTube and so on. The hotel also has many facilities: restaurants, gyms, saunas, swimming pools, tennis courts, high-ball courts, KTV. Breakfast is also very rich, with Western and Vietnamese food. It's perfect for vacations and business meetings.

The room is tidy and clean, the hardware facilities are very good, the toilets are smart, the floor carpets are cleaned very clean, there is a restaurant in the lobby on the first floor, the breakfast is rich and varied, the service management is organized, thoughtful, meticulous and enthusiastic, the clothes are washed and sorted by the cleaning lady Clean, worthy of thumbs up and recommendation!

My family stayed for 2 nights here. Although it is a 5-star hotel, according to what I experienced here, it is not up to that standard. Our room is quite big with 2 single beds. The floor is quite old and dirty carpet. There are still traces of coffee or food that are not cleaned. The shower in the bathroom is old rusty. The worst is the water system. When taking a bath, it is too cold, sometimes it turns to be too hot. The hotel needs improvement. The plus point is that the staff is quite pleasant and enthusiastic.

First of all, the staff has a job that can speak English and Korean. I had no problem communicating with the staff as they spoke the language well. The location is in downtown Bac Ninh, and the following butcher shops, cafes, convenience store restaurants, etc. I was satisfied with the infrastructure aspect, the room condition was also clean, and there were no problems during my stay. Well done. I was a bit unhappy about the security guard's parking problem, but from the security guard's side I thought I would understand because it was to protect my vehicle well. We plan to use it again in the future. thank you

No hot water, Wi-Fi is unstable and disconnects If the counter cannot understand Chinese, they will hang up directly. Poor internal management of the hotel There was a fire that day and I hurriedly escaped. It seems there was no sprinkler equipment. Such a bad experience for the first time

The cons are many: -We arrived at 10pm and were given rooms right away. Great! Once we settled in, the hotel called to let us know we would be charged 50% of the room rate for checking in early. Not great! Never seen a hotel to do that before. After I pointed out they never mentioned anything to me about this surcharge beforehand, they relented, but bad first impression nonetheless. -During one of the hottest days of the summer, the electricity went out 4-5 times, each time lasted from 15-20 minutes. One time was during a massage session. It was sweltering. - Crazy miscommunication issues with the staff. I had great expectations: we had a personal butler named Ms. Mai Luong, and Ms. Ngan Nguyen from the activity team reached out to curate an itinerary for us. I booked a spa session at 8am for my dad, and a bell therapy session at 8am for me and my mom. They even printed the itinerary out for me, there were messages and all. We rushed breakfast to get to our activities on time. The spa people then made my dad wait for 30 minutes because they said I booked the 8h30 session. (I had the message with Ms. Mai Luong that said otherwise.) The bell therapist said the class was at 7am and it was over. It was actually quite hilarious. Even the hotel people couldn't agree among themselves - Ms. Ngan Nguyen insisted there was another bell session at 8am for us, but the bell therapist said nope. -The fans in our room (303 and 304) did not work. Had to call the technicians to come fix them. Room 303's fan was finally fixed. Room 304's fan was still not working by the time we left. - For a hotel advertised as a retreat away from the crowds with a focus on peaceful environment, the hotel had a curious way of doing it. They held events for big groups at the main restaurant. Ok no problem. But what with the big stereo system that blasted their godawful karaoke singing? What about other guests that came for the peace and quiet? Some inconsiderate guests also made a lot of noises around the bell therapy area and the spa, disturbing people who desperately wanted to unwind. There should be better sound-proofing or some signage asking guests to lower their voices. - The swimming pool is advertised on the website as being ”year-round”, which means heated. Not only is it ice cold, the water is murky and dirty. We did not come back. The good things: -Good location on top of a hill that has great view of the city. Breezy and airy and calm (when there is no karaoke singing.) -Fresh flowers and fresh fruits in the rooms. -The staff was nice, despite the issues. They gave us some juices to make up for the bad experience but still I had to be honest with my review, so other guests could adjust their expectations.

Poor bathroom teaching, poor surrounding environment, the water in the pool is too dirty, but the service staff is more enthusiastic

Traveling with friends, the surrounding area is considered to be a good hotel, and the surrounding restaurants are richer. Hotel facilities and services are good, typical Vietnamese beauties at the front desk, rich breakfast, quite appetite!
