Beautiful hotel with modern rooms and great spa facilities (sauna, pool and steam room.). Love the Arabic style of the building. We also appreciated their massage services, the masseuse were skilled. (Though we would not recommend the massage in hammam as the hammam is off...). They give free raisins and nuts at the entrance which we also loved!
City centre is about 15min by walk, which is fine. Just that it's not very bright and cars can drive quite fast on it so would recommend people to be careful when walking!
[Staying like a time slip in the old city of Bukhara]
A little south of the old town of Bukhara (historic district), walk a little south of the alley, and there is a hotel about 3 minutes. It looks hard to understand the entrance of the hotel immediately, but if you look closely, there is a signboard.
When you pass through the entrance, the building first looks like a Bukhara style, and you feel as if you have slipped back in time.
Even in one room of the hotel, the interior seems to be different, so if you have the next opportunity, I will definitely book a room different from this time.
Also, the hotel staff are very kind and friendly, so you can rest assured during your stay.
The breakfast venue was large, and the bread and fruit were substantial and delicious.
If you come to Bukhara, I recommend staying in this special atmosphere room!
I liked everything, large rooms, clean, comfortable temperature, polite staff, and also convenient that it is close to the airport. Breakfasts are quite filling.
The hotel is uniquely decorated and located in a busy area, close to banks, a cinema, and restaurants. There's a delicious steakhouse nearby, popular with locals. The rooms are spacious, well-equipped, and clean. The breakfast offers a wide variety of local delicacies. There are indoor and outdoor pools, but they were too crowded to use. The room rate is a bit pricey.
The hotel rooms are clean and tidy, with advanced and complete facilities. The layout and decoration of the hotel are full of local cultural characteristics, elegant and unique. The breakfast provided by the hotel is rich and delicious, and the menu is updated every day. The most important thing is that the hotel managers are very enthusiastic, professional, polite and humble. During the stay, they provided extremely patient and thoughtful help. Whether it was consulting any questions or sharing their social resources, they made people feel that they were friends who had known each other for a long time, which was impressive. The hotel is also in a good location, and it can be reached in a few minutes on foot from important tourist attractions. Highly recommended.
The hotel is very beautiful and exquisite. The location is also very good, just by the road, very convenient. The owner is also very kind. We were supposed to check in at 14:00, but he checked us in early for free and gave us snacks. The hotel is also very close to the Four Pagodas Temple. Highly recommended! I will stay here again next time I come back 😛
This is a B&B-style boutique hotel. The family who runs it is super nice and attentive to my needs. They even invited me to have lunch with them when I arrived around lunchtime.. hungry and not wanting to go out because of the heat. The location is just 5-7 minutes walk away from major tourist attractions. The room I was given is by far the best one on my Uzbekistan trip.. and it even comes with a bathtub. Highly recommend this place!
The hotel is only 100 meters away from the ancient city, and is within a 5-minute walk from the popular restaurants. It takes about 5 minutes to walk to Afanti and 15 minutes to stroll to the Four Pagodas Mosque. The waiter was very good. When we checked out, we had a lot of luggage and they specially called a strong man to help us take the luggage downstairs.
Don't make a reservation. We booked two rooms. When we arrived, the owner gave us one room and moved the other room to a local hotel. The difference was huge and they wouldn't make up the difference. The next day, we found the owner at the front desk using the same excuse. Even the words used when dealing with other passengers who booked are the same; it is obviously the boss's routine, so it is very dishonest. Ctrip should cancel the cooperation with the merchant.
The hotel is located on the edge of the ancient city, not far from various attractions and within walking distance. The room is of moderate size, fully equipped and the bedding is comfortable. The swimming pool outside the lobby is large and suitable for swimming. The hotel staff is polite but not enthusiastic enough, and the breakfast is not too surprising.

MMladenowskiWe enjoyed a brief, one-night stay at this charming hotel, and it left a positive impression. The room was spotless and well-maintained, offering comfort and a cozy atmosphere. Its location was truly unbeatable—just a few steps from the main square in the heart of the old city, making it the perfect base for exploring the historical sights and vibrant local culture.
The hotel staff were exceptionally kind and welcoming, going out of their way to ensure our stay was smooth. A special mention goes to the receptionist, who graciously covered our taxi fare when I didn’t have smaller banknotes on hand—an unexpected gesture that truly reflected the hotel's commitment to hospitality.
Breakfast was modest but satisfactory, offering a simple continental selection that provided an easy, light start to the day. While it wasn’t particularly remarkable, it served its purpose for a short stay.
Overall, our time at the hotel was pleasant and comfortable. The combination of its prime location, clean accommodations, and attentive service made for an enjoyable experience. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it for travelers seeking convenience and a warm welcome in the city’s historic center.
PS please put tea bags in original covers and add coffee into drinks selection.
FFirstmanonearthNew place that feels more intimate than your typical hotel. Family that runs it is Nice. The reception lady, her name is Malika, was very hospitable and helpful with directions. The room itself felt more like an apartment than a sterile hotel room. Bathroom much bigger than pictures suggest and the bathtub was very roomy. I had a relaxed stay. Be advised that the sauna and the pool is a separate payment. Also, breakfast is included in the price, despite what trip.com says. Very pleasant surprise. Breakfast is not buffet style, but rather set up on your own table at their restaurant. Still it was very delicious and more than enough (dried blueberries, nuts, assorted bread, jam, butter, three kinds of cheese, sour cream, ham, sausage, egg, and some dessert). I requested for rice and they promptly provided it.
GGuest UserThe hotel front desk staff didn't speak English very well (except for the manager on the morning shift). On the morning of the first day after I arrived, I paid USD 15 to the front desk manager to arrange a car to take me to the train station on the day of my departure (04:15 in the morning), but in the end, no car was arranged for me.
The room is big, bright and clean, but the shower is only on the ceiling, which is not ideal.
The restaurant staff is attentive and friendly, remembering guests' needs

SSonny427About 500 meters from the old town, you will pass through a very dirty construction site. Next to Wyndham. The facilities are very poor. The shower water can only be turned on hot, otherwise it is cold and hot. The network is very slow. The sound insulation is very poor. There are people partying at 2 o'clock in the morning. The front desk service is very good. They helped me call a taxi several times. Every time I called a taxi, the location here seemed to be inaccurate. The breakfast was not very good, there was no milk.

GGuest UserI had a wonderful stay at this hotel! 🌟
The location is excellent, making it easy to explore the area. The food was delicious, and the owner was incredibly kind and helpful, which made the experience even more special.
They kindly allowed early check-in with breakfast, and the breakfast itself was rich and varied—a perfect start to each day.
I truly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area and will definitely come back
HHaibianxianrenVThis is a hotel with both youth hostels and homestays. There are hotel signs hanging in the B&B with several rooms here.
Facilities: rudimentary
Hygiene: Just like hotels in small cities in the mainland
Environment: Outside the old city, across the street from the old city. Walk to the center of the old city for about 10 minutes (Buhara is actually not big), and you can reach most of the attractions in the old city withinRMB10 by taxi software.
Service: There is breakfast, it is a set meal. Generally, fried eggs and wontons, there is also pilaf. But a local pot of tea is a must.
