Absolutely gorgeous stay in every way! Lovely staff, clean facilities, relaxing and quiet!

The location provided isn't very accurate compared to its actual spot. The pools are 'boxed in' by the buildings and are smaller than they appear in photos. The front desk person who checked us in was very kind; we asked for a recommendation and it was spot on. However, there aren't enough reception staff to handle the large number of guests checking in and out. We really disliked the system for contacting reception; there's no direct phone line, the switchboard just forwards calls, but no one answers... after trying for 4 days before our arrival, it was impossible to get through.

La Palma is the greenest and most beautiful of the Canary Islands, hence its nickname, ”the beautiful island.” It has a diverse flora and its climate is spring/summer year-round. Interesting places? Many of them are its beaches, waterfalls, and forests. The laurel forest, the production of a Canarian rum distillery, gofio mills, and, best of all, its people. The parador is fantastic, as it's a typical La Palma building with its interior courtyard, where the spring microclimate is present, terraces, and a seafront restaurant with views. The Punta de Santa Cruz de la Palma and its well-maintained gardens with a waterfall, pond, and dragon trees facing the sea. The service couldn't be better. We'll be back.

Modern, elegant, and very well-located hotel. The room was great and very clean. The only thing I regretted was that the pool was closed. The views from the rooftop are well worth it.

The room was comfortable, with a cozy bed and all the necessary amenities. The reception staff were great , and we are very grateful to them for allowing us to leave our belongings before check-in. The views, of course, were incredible, as the hotel is located in a picturesque area. There is also an indoor pool with views of the teide. At the same time, we spent the night in the company of cockroaches, which, in my opinion, is absolutely unacceptable in a hotel where room prices start at $140. We informed the reception about this, and when we asked if any compensation was possible, they smiled at us and said that it was not possible.

It's a hotel for mass tourism... and achieves good success that way so all was well arranged for guests. Some trivial problems may come for individual guests in that setting... Such as parking our rental car was a bit difficult due to the lack of parking spaces at nights. Oh well... It was a nice stay for us anyway.

After a tumultuous number of years with family and friends bereavements, we were looking forward to a quiet and peaceful holiday in the sunshine with international and interesting cuisine and company. We found this here with a fantastic blend of self catering and delicious food from well facilitated restaurants and bars.

The room is clean, large in size, well-equipped and comfortable! The hotel has a swimming pool and the surrounding scenery is beautiful and pleasant! The flowers are bright, the trees and flowers are unique, the hotel dining is particularly rich, and you can order two meals a day! Good service attitude! Luggage storage service at the front desk! There is a parking lot in the hotel! There is a shuttle bus to the beach, very convenient! The price is high, it is recommended to stay here! Will be very satisfied!

Stunning hotel overlooking the coast and San Sebastian. Traditional decor throughout. Very nice pool area with plenty of sunbeds available (unsure if this would be the case in peak season, if there is one on La Gomera). No pool bar however. We did have an issue of building work next to our room during our stay but it didn't really affect us. Not an issue for us but the hotel is about 65m above sea level meaning that there is an 10-15 min uphill walk back to the hotel from the town.

Yesterday, I just arrived at the time and I couldn’t decide whether to book this for three days. I originally decided to bring the baby before leaving or to come by myself. Because it takes four hours to fly in Geneva, I am afraid that he will not be able to make it on the plane. This hotel has two large pools and a children's pool, the hotel is not very green and looks very clean. Three restaurants, buffet, Spanish restaurant and a Fusion restaurant. The buffet is not booked, the other two have to be booked in advance but it is also free. The back door of the hotel can be directly connected to the sea by brushing the room card, or you can go to the seaside. They are restaurants, bars and shops. You can imagine how lively it will be during the peak season. And this street is so long that you can walk 40 ➕ minutes while walking, eating and drinking all the way. The roadside is a five-star hotel. You can see the swimming pool and restaurant of other hotels. You are ready to change to a hotel next time.
