The hotel has not been renovated in a long time. It has an 80's look. One mattress was terrible; another fell short of ”enough.” The cost of stay, per night, was very cheap. I would only risk going back for the price. The food, without being remarkable. Satisfied.

The best features of the hotel are the friendly staff (all are great without exception) and the direct access to the main road to airport which is about 15-20 minutes away. But there it ends. The hotel was grossly overpriced, the WiFi in my room so bad it cut in and out, I had to use mobile data, the bathroom floor was being pushed up by water from shower, the shower tray was cheap plastic and very slippy. The breakfast was very average and the least appealing of the three hotels I stayed in that week. The hotel lacked atmosphere, the dining room and foyer had terrible acoustics - high ceilings hard surfaces everywhere just a few people created a lot of noise. The hotel building was shoehorned into a tight space between other buildings such as a school and other commercial units. It is basically a tower block with a pool and gym on the roof next to the main road. Would I return? It’s average with only the great staff getting it up to 3 star rating, so only if there were no better options available.

This hostel is amazing! The volunteers are very helpful and smile the whole time. The building itself is a big house with several rooms. There are in total 4 clean showers and toilets, enough for everyone. The best place is their huge terrace. It's amazing: full of flowers, lounges, bar, tables, facilities for excersices,... The breakfast is included which is the best I ever had in a hostel. Many things are homemade and there is plenty of variety. I would definitely recommend this hostel to people who want to visit the beautiful city La Laguna, the national park Anaga, the capital Santa Cruz or if you need to take a flight in the North (but believe me that you will regret not staying more then 1 night).

Stayed for two nights whilst on vacation exploring Lanzarote, paying a pretty good price for a last-minute booking. The compact hotel is very well located near the centre of Arrecife, on the coast almost directly opposite the Castillo de San Gabriel. There is no parking available at the hotel, although there is a large public 24hr underground carpark near the Arrecife Gran Hotel about a 10-minute walk away (around 30€ for a day and a half). Check in was quick and friendly, despite a late-night arrival. My room was at the back of the hotel overlooking the back streets of Arrecife. The room was comfortable although the décor was perhaps a little old. Good WIFI, but the room had only one free power socket (as the fridge had been unplugged before I arrived). The bed was fairly comfortable, some noise from the street at night, but nothing too loud. My room didn’t have aircon, which wasn’t an issue in October, but maybe an issue in the summer? Breakfast was on the terrace at the top of the hotel giving really good views; and a good selection to food choose from. Overall, a well located hotel to explore Arrecife and the surrounding area, but given the limited facilities at the hotel and lack of parking maybe better for short stays!

My Mum and I stayed at the Ritz-Carlton for 4 nights as part of her birthday celebration and it was perfect! The rooms are so comfortable and the bedding is sublime! The team who work there are so fantastic - nothing is too much trouble and ever so helpful. There are beautiful towels by the pool which don’t slip down and you get two as standard so not everything is wet when you get out! There is even suncream at the pool so you don’t have to bring your own! Wifi is brilliant throughout the hotel. Cocktails are beautiful, about 17-18 euros each but worth every penny! Absolutely delicious. My only criticism was the lack of food choices in the hotel by the pool - not a huge amount to choose from, very fish based (I don’t eat fish) and the service was a little slow for drinks but that could be the time of year. But there was fabulous popcorn cones and fruit kebabs which were shared in the morning which was great. When planning you’re trip, just be aware that there is nothing around without a taxi from this hotel - there’s some lovely local places nearby but you will need to get in a taxi. The beach area is incredibly well set up - the little train takes you there, there’s a full bar and restaurant, toilets, suncream and sun loungers. Overall it was a brilliant stay and would recommend the hotel for sure - would be even better once the refurbishments are done and there are a few more pools and the restaurant with a view is open again! Hotel located in a very central area close to everything, buses, taxis and entertainment. Swimming pool on the seventh floor a little small but sufficient. Excellent service, very available at all hours even at night, credit to Ignacio, a fantastic and friendly person. A piece of advice, even if the hotel is a little dated, go there, you won't regret it. The breakfast is excellent, I don't recommend dinner, go to Playa as you are spoiled for choice about what to eat. Excellent and it's holidays

I spent a night at the Adonis Plaza last week before boarding a cruise and am currently back at the hotel for a night at the end of the cruise before flying home tomorrow. Last week was a pleasant stay in a quiet, clean room (number 407) with comfortable bed and nice/modern bathroom. Today is sadly a different experience. I was told my room would be ready at 2pm; the time came and went and the room still wasn't ready so the receptionist - who was very helpful - said she would give me a different room (number 614). Similarly equipped to the room I had last week unfortunately this has a connecting door to the adjacent room and the noise is terrible! I can hear every word spoken next door as loud as if the people were in my room. Also, despite being on the sixth floor, there is a lot of noise from the street outside. The rooms with connecting doors are only suitable for families not for people who don't want to have to listen to everything said by the guests next door. Sadly, I would not stay at the hotel again which is a shame as the staff are very pleasant and the hotel is well located for the cruise port.

Very good value for money. It is 20 km from the south airport. You must take bus 10 to San Isidro, then 111 to the Las Eras stop (don't forget to press the stop button ).then you calmly walk down to Las Eras. It is very small: a café on the square and two small supermarkets. The hotel is on the seaside. Very welcoming. Small rooms, but with sea view. Good mattress. , but beds a little rickety. sanitary facilities and showers in insufficient number. small swimming pool and pebble beach. very large living room kitchen where you can relax, in the fresh air and with a beautiful view of the sea. super equipped kitchen. breakfast very hearty (you can even make your own crepes). attentive staff of volunteers. free shuttle to San Isidro and El Medrano every day at 10 a.m. advice: take a short stay and if you like it, extend it!

This hotel was not to our taste. Decor is dark and dreary. Generally it is all style over substance. Service on the two days we spent here was not great. There seemed to be staff training going on - student hospitality interns at reception, restaurant and rooftop bar. Breakfast was disappointing. The hot buffet was cold and the queue for the only coffee machine was frustrating. The saving grace is the roof top bar which was very pleasant and the food was nice. Miriam was a great host albeit working with limited staff resources. Brava to her.

Terrific value - recommended Stayed one week. Good location, only 10 mins from cruise terminal and a level walk to bus station Euro2.80 per person to airport, buses depart from Las Palmas 15 mins and 45 mins past the hour. (Taxi about Euro 30) Great sun terrace although some mattresses would improve the comfort of the sun loungers! More drawers in wardrobes would be a good addition too. Breakfast quite good but perhaps more variation in hot dishes would be welcome by other guests. If possible some quieter door closures would be a courtesy to other sleeping guests. Very fast wi-fi , we had as requested a quiet room on the 6th floor with prompt lift access. Spotlessly clean clean and quiet throughout. Receptionist Irene is a credit to her employer for helpfulness and providing translations. Manager Hose also an excellent communicator especially with prompt email exchanges before visiting the hotel. Hose even helped with our luggage on departure.

Excellent Service , however be aware that i purchased through trip.com the hotel did try to charge me an extra £100 euros , because the deal i paid for wasn’t the price set by the hotel, however after the Receptionist spoke to the manager , they honoured the price i paid , all in all from start to finish took about 20 mins , the Room with a sea view was absolutely stunning, i thought the room had no electric , however a quick pop to the desk explained that the key card you use to get into the room goes into a slot in the entrance way to turn it on , ( quick suggestion to the hotel maybe explain this when you give out the room cards ) Having stayed in a different hotel previously i didn’t know what to expect , i’m happy to say i will be back , its at least 2/3 minutes walk to the beach , has disabled access which is great , lifts are in the lobby to allow higher floors, they have a chill out zone thats open from 9am which has rooftop jacuzzi’s ,sauna and stunning views over the sea , it also has two pools one inside the complex and another outside, The breakfast while inconvenient at times having to go downstairs to eat, ( they do have room service however at €10 was not something i wanted to pay personally it was a nice touch though ) was plentiful to say the least they had a large variety to cater to everyone . The receptionist were brilliant even with a slight language barrier , some are multilingual in any event , my advice learn some words in Spanish helps a lot ! The Room itself was absolutely spotlessly cleaned , fresh towels and bedding changed daily by the cleaners , with little heart chocolate’s was a nice surprise one slight issue for me unless you want to be woke up at 8/9am with the drinks bar i would fully use the do not disturb sign , The hotel has a massage and therapy i used the 2 hour service and both the husband and wife are an excellent edition to the hotel , they cater to a range of injuries , we even joked that my back was as hard as wood , they worked in tandem and gave one of the best massages i have ever had and i’ve had quite a few over the years. There are quite a few places to eat , however the restaurant which is about 1 minute walk from the hotel has the most amazing staff and the food is great, the prices are reasonable to. Now i know this is an adult only hotel so i was expecting the hotel to be loud in the evenings until the early hours , and while this was at the end of June 2024 i heard little in the way of noise passed 1am. Being the night owl having the sea view and listening to the sound of the waves at 1/2/3 am in the morning is the most peaceful i have felt , thank-you Ezra Mar for the Wonderful Memories. All in all it was an Excellent stay , I Will be back thats for sure , Thanks to all the cleaners and staff at the hotel , what a pleasurable experience.

Stayed here for a week in December and it certainly wasn’t the hotel we were expecting it’s meant to be a 4* but really it’s only a 2* pushing to a 3*. Room in block 5 and really small, food in the main restaurant was cold had to heat most things up in the microwave which wasn’t ideal. Swimming pool was meant to be a heated pool in winter but it was ice cold you couldn’t even get into it which wasn’t good with two teenagers with us. The only positive things I have to say about this hotel is the staff they’re so friendly and helpful, when we booked this hotel in January 2024 it was called Be live experience and reviews were great but since it’s been bought over and a name change it’s definitely went down hill. Everyone we spoke with have all said they’d never book this hotel again even though some of the couples had be going to this hotel for years but they’re definitely not going back again due to the drop in standards, I for one will not book this hotel again only upside is it’s in a great location and on the beach front but so are a few other hotels which I will book in the future.

Hey just writing this quick review as we have only arrived today after being petrified for weeks wondering what we were walking in to. I just want to reassure everyone who are planning on visiting soon, that our 1 bed apartment is SPOTLESS huge in size and has gorgeous views, the staff have been super friendly ensuring our room was ready for us hours before check in time. I went on holiday with my partner far away to celebrate our anniversary and we were super lucky and got an upgrade to one of the duplex with golf views, absolutely beautiful and massive for the 2 of us, but it was a bit disappointed as the room was not clean enough and the housekeeper had to come to clean the bathroom a bit better and also the horrible stains on the floor in the room but after that everything was perfect and we were very happy. The hotel is very good located if you are looking for a quiet place to stay far away from the hubbub but be aware that you need to take taxi to get the beach or rent a bike or a car, walking distance is not an option. The swimming pools are really good and you have plenty of space to sunbathing. The staff at the hotel are exceptional and with a high level of customer service and always willing to help, special mention to Martin from the restaurant and also Raul and Diana from the Reception, very good customers service and happy to help. The breakfast was really good and we were very impressed with plenty of variety for everyone and the staff really efficient. On the negative side we would like to mention that we would have liked a small touch from the hotel to say congratulations as we got engaged and we mentioned to Diana and Raul from the Reception and also to Martin but not a small little thing to say congratulations like a card or 2 glasses of prosecco or kind of. About the room, we would like to mention that the mattress are not very comfy as you expect from a 4* hotel and even though the room was very well equipped we missed a bin in the room and we had to use the one from the bathroom in the living room. We did not eat at the restaurant so I cannot tell about the food there and we did not use the gym or the spa either. We will definitely come back next year.

You couldn’t fault this hotel. Modern centrally located with good staff and modern noise proof rooms with safe, decent sized fridge for complimentary water plus your own supplies. The shower was probably the most powerful I’ve had. The toilet room a little small. Bed was huge and comfortable and there was wireless phone charging on both sides. Up top there was a rooftop pool and bar which is a real feature. I ventured into the pool even though it was freezing. Nice to stand and look at the cruise ships. The rooftop bar is ran independently of the hotel so no charging to room. The drinks were reasonable there. WiFi worked well throughout. We did not eat at the hotel though could have pre-booked breakfast for €15 each. Checkout at midday and overall the room rate was good value for money.

The restaurant has been renamed and revamped. The gym is brilliant and the air conditioning was very welcome by the end of my workout. The wicker furniture on the Ocean Breeze Terrace needs replacing but does not detract from the overall experience. Some of the entertainment on the Ocean Breeze leaves a lot to be desired as mentioned by a lot of our family and friends. The gardens were the perfect place to hold our Vow Renewal Ceremony and the staff were utterly brilliant, friendly and welcoming. We couldn't have asked for a better venue for our Vow Renewal or a better holiday. Many of our guests were crying when they had to go home. The pool is inviting and the pool activities were great to watch and take part in.

First visit to a Hard Rock Hotel and it met my expectations. Hotel is in a small resort, which we were aware of so we had a hired car for the duration of our stay allowing us to visit bigger resorts as and whenever we wanted. Had to pay €12 per day to use hotel car park. We usually stay in 5* at Playa Del Duque and have never had to pay to park. HRH is a money spinner, we were half board and found drinks were expensive. Lunch at Constant Grind also expensive albeit really great quality. Lots of entertainment throughout the day and evening, some better than others. Room was great - we were in a gold suite and can’t really fault it. Breakfast and dinner in the buffet was manic! Very very busy and like a school canteen, food was generally of good quality, however in the evening it wasn’t a relaxing and enjoyable experience. It was a case of eat and leave as soon as possible. Would I return? Probably not, however it seems lots of guests were returning customers.

Nice and quiet hotel

It was a surprisingly nice hotel and it exceeds my expectation to be honest. I booked two nights to stay in the Las Palmas city centre with easy access to Santa Catalina and Playa de Las Canteras. I did not expect fancy room, mega facilities, etc, but just needed a clean room for my stay. However, on arrival, the friendly and welcoming staff at reception allowed me to check in even before standard check in hour. The hotel was clean, new and refresh for me. The room was very new and very clean, with full kitchen facilities. You can cook small meals or make some snack during your stay if you like. It has a balcony with view of small alley/ narrow street of Las Palmas. There are also social working/ meeting space, laundry, sauna, gym facilities in the basement, which I did not have time to use. The air conditioning in the room is a plus and make you feel very cool and comfortable in hot weather. The hotel is in a very convenient place, with plenty of restaurants, bank/ A** and shops nearby. Walking to the beach is under 5 minutes with more activities to offer. For public transport, Santa Catalina bus station is around 5 minutes away, where you can get buses to the airport, south part of the island and San Telmo Bus Station which is near the historical centre. Overall, I like this hotel and would certainly recommend it to you if you would like to stay in Las Palmas. Everything is so convenient and yet it was not noisy at night, as I had a very good sleep.

Fading. Could be 5 stars but is only 3.5. The staff are nice but the main reason we used to stay here was the pool. However that now does not open until 12..or later some days and it closes at 7pm. Therefore on arrival it was closed and on check out day you cannot use it at all. The bar has no draught beer...just a few bottles and closes at 4 pm. Many people were trying to order during those times but nobody was there to take their orders. Sat and Sun there were 30 people plus on the roof until 8pm and wanted to spend their money but could not! Madness. Some days there was a life guard sitting by an empty pool and other days when the pool was busy..no lifeguard. The Aircon works but is noisy. The TV is an antique and most channels do not work. There was a heatwave but you get one free water each on day one but no more than that even if you pay for 7 or 14 nights. Wifi works but you have to login everyday. Hotel is in a great place but Las Palmas is noisy, dusty and a little fragrant at times! If the main company, Eurostars would look afresh here and spend some money on a refresh then this could be a 5 star. Until then we will stay elsewhere, most probably.

Very suitable for parent-child vacation, the hotel has arranged a lot of programs from morning to night. The design details of the hotel are super beautiful and ubiquitous, perfect African style. There are 9 swimming pools, you can definitely find the place you want to lie down and relax. There is a long row of shopping festivals and small restaurants at the entrance of the hotel. The Tujiu restaurant is the most authentic and delicious. The Chinese boss behind the scenes is super enthusiastic about us every time we eat After sending a large glass of wine, take a 7-minute taxi ride from the center of the dunes

Great choice for solo travelers amazing breakfast kind and friendly staff they speak very well English and are very kind to answer questions cleaning is amazing they need a rise for that job!
