Ahmed greeted us and, from that moment on, we taken care of in a warm, caring, professional manner. When we travel back to Fayetteville, we will want to stay at Avid hotel, and we hope that Ahmed will still be on your staff. The remainder of your staff, down the the person, was also warm and friendly, regardless of their task/s or time-of-day! The grab-n-go breakfast had a great variety and the anytime coffee is a must. The room was perfect, clean, well cared for and the beds were GREAT! *Trip Type - we were in town to attend a Larkin Poe concert at George's Majestic Lounge **Maybe add a trip type of ”Pleasure”

I had an absolutely wonderful experience at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcome and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable. The room was spotless, spacious, and well-equipped with everything I needed. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I appreciated the attention to detail in the décor and amenities. The facilities were top-notch—quiet, relaxing, and perfect for unwinding after a long day. What truly stood out was the breakfast. It was phenomenal! There was a wide variety of fresh, high-quality options, from hot dishes to fresh fruits and pastries. They even make fresh custom omelets. Everything was delicious, and the presentation was excellent. Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable and hassle-free stay. I will definitely return!

The room was nice and big, and someone would come to clean it almost every day. The breakfast was pretty good in an American hotel, although there were only a few items, but the kitchen would write the daily menu on a small blackboard. The hygiene was also good, and some people walked barefoot in the restaurant.

Reserved a suite for the last night of the road trip. Glad I did! Hotel lobby was beautiful and clean. Room was just as nice. Needed a few more blankets for the sofa bed and they had them in my hands within minutes. Outdoor pool was perfect and warm. Has laundry facilities that we took advantage of too. Being from the north I have learned on this trip, it is absolutely true about the southern hospitality. And Arkansas has the most of it!

GGuest UserClean room and very comfy bed. Rooms are large. Couple small inconveniences. No plug for bath or sink and the hairdryer didn’t work but overall for one night stop over was fine.

MMacDouggalI stayed three nights. Breakfast is the attached Perkins Pancake House which normally isn’t that bad. The food voucher from the hotel though gives you two eggs, a list of sausages, ham and a potato variety. I eat carefully which is not the Arkansas way, so there was nothing in column two or three of any interest and the over-easy eggs were only a notch thicker than water. I never went back for my remaining breakfasts. We booked 2 queen beds and were given 2 sets of towels. At 11 after the 1st night, I realized I might not get any housekeeping and asked for towels from a housekeeper I found who said she’d tell the appropriate person. That hadn’t happened by 1pm, so on my way out, I went to the front desk and asked for towels again (and toilet paper). I believe it was Porsha (not Porsche) at the front desk, who appeared to really care less. She offered me a roll of toilet paper on the spot but I wasn’t going back to my room, so again I suggested to have it and towels sent up. No one ever went into my room all day. As I left the room after the second night there happened to be a housekeeper next to my door and I asked again if I could at least get towels. She said I was supposed to get towels every day and doesn’t know what happened the day before, but unfortunately, she did not have any towels to give me and would have to pass a message along. I walked through the lobby at about 11am and asked again at the front desk. Again, it was Porsha, and again I don’t feel she took me seriously. Another woman overheard this (it appears she was a shift manager) who was very apologetic and swore she would get me towels. Nothing by 4pm. ***. 4th request in 2 days. As I went out for dinner, I asked again, and again told it would be taken care of. I was apprehensive with the sting of previous promises not upheld, and another woman at the desk, rather saltily said she would take of it. Apparently she did! Too bad I never got trash emptied in 3 days, old towels not removed and the last few squares of tp weren’t replenished from the 1/3 rolls provided. Even the Kleenex was empty, using maybe 5. Same pool towels and trash laying by the pools for 2 full days. There was a towel wadded by the outdoor pool gate, and it also didn’t move for 2 days. The restaurant/bar was excellent.

MMacDouggalHotel is probably the best location in December as parking is not enforced that month. Other times, you’d need to take a shuttle to the hotel from remote parking lots. Location is smack in the middle of town. Dinner at the hotel restaurant was great. The spa looks nice, but we didn’t partake. The hotel has a great vintage feel, as it’s truly original. We loved the hardwood trim, the caged desk clerk and ease of check-in. Definately a trip into history. The elevator was small and painfully slow, so even after a long wait, there was a good chance you couldn’t board due to other guests (and lots of dogs) filling it. No big deal as there’s no need to rush anywhere. Ah, the room. Interesting hardwood bed which was fairly comfortable. Huge with incredibly tall ceilings. Unfortunately that’s about it for positives. Wall a/c and heat far away but very noisy. Bathroom was newer but horribly designed—I’m sure from the restraints of the vintage space. The toilet was oddly up on a small platform— too small for any function. Shower was also very small with a very long wait for hot water and no control for velocity—you know, a single lever with cold next to off and rotated to hot. Water pressure was weak and I’m glad I only needed one. I wasn’t a fan of the cheap renovation attempts that completely failed the style of the room— modern chrome hardware next to antique bronze. Too bad whoever allowed this was more concerned with cost more than authenticity. The sink was in the bedroom without the slightest bit of privacy. The mirror over the sink was so high, my 5’3 wife had to use her phone on the shelf to see herself. Even my 6’4 self only got the top of my head; the middle of the mirror was 6’6” high. Very bad positioning. All in all, a great hotel with some odd quirks but I’d stay again. It’s a beautiful building.

GGuest UserCould definitely use some upkeep, just seemed overall dingy. Wi-Fi didn’t work in our room along with the phone. The pool was nice. I guess for $175 I just had higher expectations, this is what I would have expected if I’d paid $75!!

CChristy197I usually stay at this hotel unless I'm camping when I visit Eureka Springs. It always has great service at the front desk, a really good breakfast, and rooms that are easily accessible from the parking lot. When I packed for my trip, I expected the same rooms and amenities that I usually get. This time was different. It was still a good location and provided a clean room except this is the only time I've been put around the very back on the very top floor and couldn't easily load and unload my suitcases from my car. The elevator was broken and I had a heck of a time finding my way around the winding floors of the building. Not only that, but the main reason for choosing this hotel was the hot tub and indoor pool. Both were closed for maintenance. The door to my room also did not seal well and I had to make sure it was pushed in physically in order to make sure the top lock would lock correctly. I had a wonderful breakfast and a quiet night. It was still a nice get away.

PPatricia RoseburrowI got there and I had to wait at least 30 minutes before I was able to get my room something was going on with the computers owner he accommodated me instead of me paying the $56 that I have previously paid he end up charging me just $38 and that was good but when I got in there it was roaches crawling around food was off in the bathtub food within the refrigerator drug heads with steady knocking on my door maybe feel uncomfortable but for the price it was worth it you couldn't ask for anything more they had a big deep swimming pool no water was in it I wish the pool was working but if they had no lottery on their property their property would be much much better but because there's a lot of lottery and drugs going on then it makes it hard and it makes the people that stay there sometimes scared especially if you're new to the state of Arkansas but overall for the price between 30 and 50 bucks the sheets were clean the towels were clean

GGuest UserFamily favorite! We've stayed here several times over the years given we have had two sons in Univ. of Arkansas, and this is more like a home away from home than a hotel. The staff are professional but personable and friendly. Coffee is brewing by 03:30 Am. Good breakfast with cereals, fruits, eggs (omelettes, scrambled), sausage and bacon, potatoes, biscuits and gravy, breads, blueberry rolls, etc. And a Happy Hour with free food (meatball subs, salads, etc) and drinks. The rooms are large and spotless, and we especially like the suites with living room, kitchen (fully stocked), and two bedrooms with 3 large beds. They even give us microwave popcorn and plenty of coffee for the coffee maker. Next time I'll take photos! Dr. Bill

MMJLoRuBest place to stay at in Eureka Springs, AR. Very strategically located - within a couple of minutes from Lovell Estate & Winery, Downtown, etc. The room was very spacious and clean. The hotel's pool was better than the pictures. We loved that they also had a recreation area with mini golf, billiards, soccer pool, air hockey, and corn hole. The mini golf is the only thing that cost money $0.25/ball that you can conveniently get from the machine, and the billiards was $1, air hockey was $0.75! Everything else was free to play! This place was very kid-friendly. We messaged the hotel in advance about getting a crib and they had it ready in the room upon our arrival.

RRebecca daughtreyI had requested early check in if at all possible as I am a stroke survivor and I had been driving all night. I got there about noon and told the girls up from o was there. The one young lady told me she didn't have any rooms available but would have one for me a son as she could. I got back in my car and hunkered down for a nap BUT within fifteen minutes the little girl was there telling me she had me a room ready. I was shocked and o so thankful! These young ladies at this front desk were so pleasant and so nice and made me feel so good and welcome. It was like like seeing old friends. I would highly recommend this place to any of my friends or family
