It was the best experience ever! We went to samsung because friends of us got married there. We were a bit shocked because basicaly no one speaks English. But Ramada Plaza was the best of our trip. The hotel has an amazing park service, there is a taxi pick up right on the other side of the street and the stuff is helpfull with everything. It was a huge room for the price we paid and also very clean and hygienic. We loved it and would recomand it to everyone staying in samsun!

We stayed 2 nights on our road trip of Turkey. The hotel is on the main road but along way from Samsun. On arrival the receptionist was on the phone and made not effort to make us welcome. The room was ok with a nice view of green area behind hotel. Bar staff couldn’t be bothered when we first arrived at bar. Food was good. Cleaning staff wonderful nothing was too much trouble & they all had happy smiles unlike front of house staff. Breakfast was basic but ok. No juice which was a shame but nice coffee. Breakfast staff much happier and helpful. Even help sort a problem with our phone. We use the Hilton brand a lot & this hotel is not their normal standard. Except for breakfast staff.

I was looking for a budget hotel in the center of Samsun for 3 days. Chose Amisos. Very satisfied. Big, clean room, daily careful cleaning. Staff friendly, kind and attentive! All my wishes were taken into account. I had a smoker room (that was indicated in the description), on the 5th floor, very convenient for me. Although I smoke aicos, I wouldn't like to break the rules, and so it's great. Staff speaks English and Turkish. From my point of view, a good breakfast for such a hotel price. A beautiful panoramic view from a restaurant on the sea. Of the downsides: no dressing room, no sets for tooth cleaning and hair balsam. I drive everything with me for a good reason, so it was not critical, but it needs to be taken into account. Good location, from airport to taxi 15 minutes at night. In general, the price/quality ratio is excellent. The hotel staff are grateful for the attention of their guests.

This hotel is locked and not good. I think they'll get a little more profit and then close. There's very little staff according to the size of the hotel! TV didn't work. The bathroom has a crack closed with silicone. The beds are very hard. The corners are hole. See the photo for the view. Two people are given only a small bottle of water as a gift. Once it was a beautiful hotel, but it is no longer recommended! Ein Hotel, das nur noch auf Verschleiß gefahren wird. It's supposed to be done to throw something out and then do it. Too little staff for the gym! TV has not worked. In the bathtub is a crack that was over-siliconized. Matches are very hard. Bed linen has holes. For the view, you can look at the photos. There is only a small water bottle for 2 people as a gift. It was certainly a nice hotel once, but not to recommend now!

Its excellent place for travelers especially for summer that has especial beach for hotel resident that provides excellent service plus gym , its good 5 star hotel and its the only real 5 star hotel in samsun city thats very close to shopping center and the hotel service is excellent , very clean and very polite staff with clean restaurant and variety of food , I recommend it to every one who want travel to samsun city . Its also has parking for travelers with car.

Professional staff, Mustafa was wery helpfull. Hotel itself and rooms are wery clean. Big parking. Extrymly good hotel and staff. There is a bar and a restourant with tasty foid. I had Choban cavurma it was wonderfull. Fitness part where you can do.your exercices ...all in all wonderfull hotel
