choosed this hotel for jacuzzi,
very friendly staff, nice location, only 10-15minute walk to the uchisa castle, and 200lira taxi to Goreme town. convenient, not noisy area, but easy to reach everywhere.
only one thing to complain: the wifi in the room. so bad. maybe becausethe room is in cave with thick wall, cut out the wifi connection.
hotel should add more routers in the rooms far from the reception.
The staff are helpful and friendly, family run stay. Really well decorated. A little out of the way of the town centre but everything there is so walkable that I'd consider that a good thing. The room was lovely, with water coffee and fruit juice, among all other essentials. Really solid choice of a stay if not sure when deciding.
Very nice atmospheric hotel in a quiet small town of Nar, across the road from Nevsehir. It is unexpectedly pleasant when you go down from a busy highway of a big city to such a small, cozy and clean town. The hotel itself is in the rocks, the rooms are in caves, very thought out, atmospheric, there is everything for a comfortable stay, modern plumbing, high-quality furniture, very beautifully decorated, magic in the details, thoughtful lighting. The neighboring Ennar Cave Hotel has a swimming pool (the owners are the same, you can freely use it during opening hours). Standard Turkish breakfast - omelette with cheese, pastries, butter, cheese, olives, jams and honey. Coffee and tea are available around the clock. Next to the rooms there are tables and chairs, you can sit, there is also an upper terrace with a view of the city. The rooms are located on levels, we booked the lowest one, there are the largest rooms, the window overlooks the courtyard. Soundproofing is good. Since these are cave rooms, you need to be prepared for sand to fall from the walls sometimes, but it was even nice) - the rooms are cleaned well, and it is not at all annoying. The owners and staff are friendly and attentive. If you arrive by car, you should not rely on Google navigator, it leads to the hotel through a very steep and narrow street. It is better to park on the main street below and walk along a parallel street for literally a couple of minutes, it is not so steep and it is much closer. I boldly recommend the hotel to those who want a quiet stay away from the tourist influx, in the atmosphere of a cave city. Goreme and other towns of Cappadocia are 20 minutes away by car. Nevsehir with the largest shopping center - Forum is also very close, it is visible from the hotel terrace, there are Bim and Migros supermarkets nearby.
The view from the room was amazing ⚪︎ The floor heating was working, so I was able to stay comfortably even in the cold winter! There were hardly any places to eat nearby, so I used the hotel's buffet, but it was delicious ^_^
The room and bathroom were spacious, so I was able to relax comfortably. I'd like to stay here again!
The hotel is new and the room is clean. The facilities are complete. I am impressed with this hotel but not impressed with the service of the reception staff when I checked in. They are not friendly, both in speech and facial expressions, not helpful. No one should be discriminated against. It was a bad experience. It ruined our good day. But I still like the hotel. I hope to have a chance to stay here again and hope that I will not encounter this kind of incident again.
Очень понравился отель и номер! Чисто, красиво, в номере было джакузи, что очень порадовало ребенка 😊 всё работает, минусов не нашли, вкусная еда, приветливый персонал 👍🏼 отель супер, рекомендую!
Hotel was stunning so big and clean and quiet.
However the location wasn’t the best, the little town of Uchisar is gorgeous that it is situated in but the main town of Goreme is a good 15/20 minute drive away.
The breakfast was lovely lots to choose from however I asked about evening meal to which I was told it’s 650 lira for one person and that is without your drinks 😱 we went out each night for food and spent only 150-300 for both of us to eat instead.
Overall this hotel was perfect to stay at for a couple of days the pool area was good and well maintained. We would definitely return and recommend this hotel.
Beautiful, quiet, family hotel. The owner is very kind and responsive, weather in solving all issues, excursions, booking, ordering a taxi. Breakfasts are excellent, everything is homemade like at home. He fed us French fries in the evening for free
ngl. it was the best one in cappadocia. the bathtub is huge, so as someone that is 175cm. it fits me so well. and the breakfast too, it was chef’s kiss. and the room is super nice and huge. the treatment from the staff is absolutely stunning and on point as well. really gonna recommend for anyone who is considering a cave hotel here. the point to watch balloon is just nice as well.

GGuest UserIt is very convenient to walk 300 meters from the hotel to the commercial area of Goreme Town.
The hotel owner and staff are very hospitable. We bought the green line tour and hot air balloon directly at the hotel as soon as we checked in.
The green line tour is a small group of 8 people, with an English tour guide throughout the trip, which is a very good experience for children with junior high school education or above. In the end, it was actually a group of 5 people, picked up by a Mercedes-Benz luxury business car, very punctual, and without any guided shopping consumption. The attractions include the underground city, caves, Pigeon Valley, and IHLARA Ihlara Valley. Among them, the Ihlara Valley is hiked from the high entrance to the low scenic area entrance and the Mercedes-Benz car is already waiting. This experience cannot be done by self-driving, which is surprising.
The hot air balloon is a 28-person basket, divided into 8 small baskets, and the first flight is at 4 o'clock in the morning. The experience is excellent and must not be missed.
Because the quotation is generally in euros, if you want to book with the boss, please prepare euros or US dollars in cash, which is more convenient and popular with local merchants.
The hotel has a kitchen restaurant, and the breakfast is Western-style and tastes good.
The room is very unique, all made of stone, clean and luxurious. It is the largest and best room I have ever stayed in during my visit to Turkey. The large massage bathtub in the bedroom is very popular with my family. The bathroom is very large with two large windows. Remember to close them when bathing.
I bought a big watermelon in the evening, which caused a lot of trouble for the owner, but the owner was also happy to deal with it.
AAnonymous UserThe cave room has luggage that needs to be carried up to the third floor. Someone helped to carry it when we checked in, but we had to carry it downstairs by ourselves when we checked out early in the morning. The breakfast was very average. The room was dimly lit. The most unhappy thing during the stay was that the hot water for bathing was not hot at all. I told the hotel but it couldn't be solved (I could only go to another empty room to bathe and then come back to sleep, which was really troublesome). Because the family room is the top room, I think it is a water pressure problem. Having stable hot water for bathing is the most basic condition that the hotel must meet.
In addition, the hotel front desk provides services for booking various activities. I sincerely recommend that you book it yourself in China through a large platform to be guaranteed. The front desk booked a private tour guide charter service. At the beginning, it was said to be very reliable. As a result, the tour guide took us to shopping spots without informing us (it must be able to get kickbacks), which is definitely a bad review.
So the overall stay experience is not good, and this hotel is not recommended.
GGuest UserStayed for 3 nights. Very convenient location. Not quite in the center, but 7 minutes walk to the morning. True, there is construction near the hotel, but this did not interfere with the rest.
Breakfast is varied and delicious. The room has a refrigerator, water, tea, coffee, kettle. Slippers, everything for hygiene. True, the maid did not update the standard set every day, but this did not stop me. The room has radiators and air conditioning. Purely. Stylized as a cave. Nearby they sell the best baklava (melts in your mouth). You can order food in your room from a hotel partner. There is a travel agency at the reception, but I needed to use the services.
SSonia RaphaelWe booked 2 nights at the Hira Cave Hotel. Omar and Mehdi took care of all our requests during our stay! The property is beautiful, rooms are well maintained and the location is at the perfect vantage point to experience beautiful views (from their rooftop).
📱 They reached out to us before checking in to give us information about the hot air balloon booking, various other tours and helped us arrange an airport shuttle - this was all via whatsapp.
They even helped us organise a taxi late at night to go into town / as well as back to the hotel.
🛜 WiFi is good here! There were also no issues with connectivity with 4G/5G ✅
🚪 Initially we had booked the ‘Arch Room’(which has windows), but upon arrival in the evening, we were given the Deluxe Cave room (smaller & no windows). I believe it was an honest mistake, and once we pointed it out, Mehdi took us to see the other available rooms and we ended up choosing the Queen Room w/Jacuzzi. I really appreciate that he did this, and the problem was solved on the spot!
🛁 The Queen room is beautiful and spacious, and the bathroom is massive! It has a Jacuzzi that fits 2 people!
Water pressure in the shower is great, and basic amenities were provided in the bathroom.
🌬️ There is aircon in the room, however it wasn’t as cooling as we had hoped. There was also a glitch where it kept switching off after about 30 min and then showed us an error. So we had to keep turning it back on - which was a bit inconvenient 🤷🏻♀️.
The issue was brought up during checkout, and they said they will be looking into it. 👍🏼
🍽️ They have a breakfast terrace that is covered yet has a STUNNING panoramic view of the whole town of Göreme. They had a delicious spread of food which was freshly made, clean & healthy! They were also able to make scrambled eggs on request.
Overall, our experience here was great. We felt taken care of, and it’s safe to say we made a good choice staying here!
🫰🏼✨ Special thanks to Omar and Mehdi for their kind hospitality! We would highly recommend this place to everyone, as each room is unique and will appeal to people of varied tastes.
📝 Notes for improvement:
- Include an ironing board in the room/ cupboard
- Include a full length mirror in the room. Your guests will thank you for it!
KKUMAR VASWANIThis is one of the coolest hotels I've ever been to In my Life. If you like Gothic architecture and something different bored of the same old boutique hotels this is a place to come visit. The blood pool in the hell dungeon is amazing with snakes and stone on the ceiling. If you are into rock music Gothic medieval and still want the luxuries this is the place you have to come see.
GGuest UserOVERALL: A lovely boutique hotel with beautiful cave and rock decor. I picked it because the decor is a mixture of both, unlike some other ones in the area. Service is amazing and the staff is really helpful. They offered to help transport my suitcase up to the bedroom area of my room.
I went during the beginning of the season in late March and the hotel kindly upgraded me for free to a deluxe room, which has two levels, the bathroom below and the sleeping area above. In the room, Two windows open to views of goreme town and the balloons if you get up early enough to see them before sunrise.
They also recently expanded their terrace offerings it seems ao now they actually have multiple, without different pillow set up. Breakfast is served open buffet style from 8-10am, variety is limited but there are some Turkish meze delicacies, menemem and boiled egg daily, sausages, a hot pastry, breads, cheese and ham, and for drinks - juices, tea and coffee, it's fair.
AMENITIES: The bathroom is VERY spacious, but doesn't really come with much actually useful amenities. There are no additional personal care kits whatsoever - so no shower caps, cotton swabs, little things like that. There is a stand shower at one corner, a bath tub at another end and a toilet bowl in the middle with a sink and mirror as well on another area. Door comes with a full body mirror. It's beautifully designed by the layout is a bit odd and I think the hotel can work on adding little details to enhance the bathroom experience because there is totally potential for that. But hot water, drains and flush all work just fine, so it's definitely functional.
LOCATION: The hotel is also conveniently located around 10-12 mins away from the famous Sunrise/Sunset point for balloon viewing (you get to see thw balloons take off there). The fact that it's walkable is amazing! It's located on a little side hill, and Goreme's main street is just a 20 steps slope away.
BBonn Kenneth SamsonThis hotel is such a paradise here in cappadocia. With complete amenities and such an amazing turkish breakfast spread. Would highly recommend.
Thank you Mr. Ali and Orhun for giving us a pleasant stay. You may contact them for your chance of a wonderful stay at cappadocia
GGuest UserI stayed at this lovely hotel for four nights. It's located slightly up a hill but not all the way up, so it made it very easy to get away from all the hustle & bustle of the tourists on the main street, but yet still have the charm & proximity to beautiful architecture, restaurants and shopping. The staff is very accommodating, and the environment is very chill. In addition, there are two little furry staff members, sometimes three, who will run the courtyard and keep you company.
Upon checking in, they informed me that if I wanted to include breakfast with my stay, all I needed to do was let them know how many times I dined at checkout. Also, I needed laundry to be done, therefore dropped it off in the morning by 10:00 a.m. and had it back by early evening. They also said just pay upon checkout. They are very trusting! No one checks you at the restaurant for your room number! One load was $10€, but I will say don't expect them to fold everything. I dropped everything off in my own laundry bag, and it was pretty much shoved back in there! You also have to be specific with what you want hung dry too. They have an iron in the reception area should you need it.
The rooms are nicely decorated in a rustic style. It's a decent size, but they are rather dark. I had a hard time putting on makeup before going out. 😂 The bed was rather comfy. The water pressure was absolutely fantastic, and the water gets hot quick too!!
There are several delicious restaurants within 2 to 3 minutes walking distance ... Taste of Mama (Gözleme), Omru (rooftop), TUMA (rooftop), INCI, and Keyif (rooftop & great music).
Overall, a very pleasant stay in a lovely location. I would definitely return!
RRajviefHighly Recommended Hotel.!!
Location:
Hotel located centre of the Gorome, Cappadocia.
From the hotel
3 walking distance of central bus and taxi stand which can travel anywhere to cappodocis
Surrounded with restaurants and there is 2 to 3 pharmacy nearby (Walking Distance)
Service:
Friendly staff, there would two person. The main person will be taken care at day time. One the day first day check in hotel, he will give you brief about cappadocia with the map explain about green, red, blue tour.
You dont need to book anything via online. Booking with hotel, its cheaper and safer as he will be giving you their recommended tour guide company will fetch you from hotel directly (payment can be done in cash or credit card).
Sharing one of my experience which i was asking about renting car to drive around in goreme. He personally advise not to rent car as anything happens more headaches better take the taxi go around which taxi stand 3 mins walking distance.
Overall.
Any activity you would like to do, can book through the hotel. They will arrange it for it. 100% reliable.!!
Hot air ballon can be seen from hotel room.!!
Staying top cave hotel will be difficult for you to walk around because it located hilly area. This hotel located ground level Surrounded with many restaurants, pharmacy, grocery shop.!!
I really enjoyed staying here special thanks sayed the hotel person in charge who being very nice l, guide, and even prepare breakfast for us knowing we are checking out early in morning.
NNeol TooI had an incredible experience at Sultan Cave Suites during my recent stay. From the moment we landed, the hotel provided a free ride from the airport to the hotel, making our arrival smooth and stress-free. The staff went above and beyond, with a special shout-out to a wonderfully helpful team member who assisted me with my heavy luggage, proving that strength comes in all forms.
What truly impressed me was the staff's local knowledge. Despite being a petite individual, one staff member knew the area like the back of her hand. She not only recommended fantastic nearby markets and restaurants but also guided us to a hidden gem for a delightful breakfast experience.
Late check-in wasn't an issue at all. The staff graciously helped us order food during the night, ensuring we didn't go to bed hungry. The hotel's strategic location near the airport was incredibly convenient for our transit stay. The next morning, they provided a reasonably priced shuttle service to ensure we caught our flight on time, completing the seamless experience.
I also have to mention the delightful night staff member who was not only cute but also warm and friendly. Her willingness to share local insights added a personal touch to our stay.
In summary, Sultan Cave Suites is a gem for transit flight stays. I'm grateful for the exceptional service and will undoubtedly recommend this hotel to fellow travelers.
