Great service from the receptionist Edip, very welcoming young man! Very warm and considerate reception. Made me feel at home. The hotel was clean and the kittens and puppies were adorable.

My only complaint was that the concierge service at the reception hasn’t quite settled yet. It’s a new hotel, its facilities, rooms, etc. are in good condition. But we couldn’t get any help from the reception for renting a car, or a restaurant recommendation for dinner. They even had a hard time transferring the phone to room service… even if it wasn’t a problem, it was an amateurish, unpleasant moment. I think the staff had just arrived from out of town and there wasn’t a concierge infrastructure yet. I liked the location of the hotel. If you’re going for the “Cappadocia experience”, Ortahisar is a bit far from the other attractions in the city. And transportation is only possible with the village shuttles that don’t know when they’ll pass, or with your own vehicle. But as the name suggests, it’s actually a logical choice as it’s in the middle of everything and away from the chaos. * My only complaint was that the concierge service at the reception hasn’t quite settled yet. If you're coming for the “Cappadocia experience,” Ortahisar is a bit away from the city's main attractions. The only way to get around is either by car or with local shuttle buses that don't really run on a clear schedule. The room is spacious with a very comfortable jacuzzi. warm room. The hotel is full of tranquility, very suitable for resting. of course breakfast on the 3rd floor with a view of the Cappadocia sky filled with hot air balloons. You only have to prepare more energy and time to walk to and from the bus stop. If you are traveling with family, no need to think twice.

The room was a bit small and dark but it was alright. The view and the area was perfect. We came during the new year and the fireworks was amazingly spectacular and they also gave us some sweet little treats(cupcakes and keychains) which was quite thoughtful of them. The breakfast was super great, would love to come back just for it. We booked the Turkish dinner night with them at 40euro, which was cheaper then from some online sites.

The room was very cold, we asked them to change it, they changed it by force, even though there was a heater and air conditioner, the room did not warm up, then they changed it. The breakfast was mediocre, packaged jam, 3 types of cheese, the variety was not enough, the room was nice, the ambiance and the view were nice.

OVERALL: A lovely boutique hotel with beautiful cave and rock decor. I picked it because the decor is a mixture of both, unlike some other ones in the area. Service is amazing and the staff is really helpful. They offered to help transport my suitcase up to the bedroom area of my room. I went during the beginning of the season in late March and the hotel kindly upgraded me for free to a deluxe room, which has two levels, the bathroom below and the sleeping area above. In the room, Two windows open to views of goreme town and the balloons if you get up early enough to see them before sunrise. They also recently expanded their terrace offerings it seems ao now they actually have multiple, without different pillow set up. Breakfast is served open buffet style from 8-10am, variety is limited but there are some Turkish meze delicacies, menemem and boiled egg daily, sausages, a hot pastry, breads, cheese and ham, and for drinks - juices, tea and coffee, it's fair. AMENITIES: The bathroom is VERY spacious, but doesn't really come with much actually useful amenities. There are no additional personal care kits whatsoever - so no shower caps, cotton swabs, little things like that. There is a stand shower at one corner, a bath tub at another end and a toilet bowl in the middle with a sink and mirror as well on another area. Door comes with a full body mirror. It's beautifully designed by the layout is a bit odd and I think the hotel can work on adding little details to enhance the bathroom experience because there is totally potential for that. But hot water, drains and flush all work just fine, so it's definitely functional. LOCATION: The hotel is also conveniently located around 10-12 mins away from the famous Sunrise/Sunset point for balloon viewing (you get to see thw balloons take off there). The fact that it's walkable is amazing! It's located on a little side hill, and Goreme's main street is just a 20 steps slope away.

Great view from the balconies. Also not far from the Goreme center. Lots of restaurants and shops around. It was a memorable experience to live in a cave. Nicely decorated and comfortable beds! We even got a hamam in our toilet! We got welcome fruits and teas. Also the buffet is abundant and delicious! They can help arrange taxis as well. Everyone were friendly esp Mr Orhan who is in charge of the kitchen and dining area. He made delicious desserts. The manager also helped us a lot and gave us tips. I highly recommend this hotel!

They suggested me lot of useful trips for one day traveling in Goreme town.like restaurant, cafe , sightseeing points.trip.com showed wrong check in and trip out time . I arrived at the hotel around 11am . After small talk with me, they allowed me to early check in . Not to mention that the hotel design is fantastic with very nice swimming pool . I jumped into the swimming pool this morning after finishing my breakfast buffet. The swimming pool water is very cool but it let me have refreshing morning. Thank you so much. Very sweet . I got the gift from hotel when sending me back to the airport and I will remember you guys -enthusiastic services and this hotel ! So happy to stay in here .

I think the hotel is the most beautiful, best-equipped, and most upscale hotel in the town of Goreme. I asked a local tour guide who could speak Chinese and he agreed with me. The hotel just opened in 2024. The facilities and decoration are first-class, the service is first-class, and the breakfast is also very surprising. You can take the airport bus directly to the wonderful place, which costs about 50 yuan per person. It’s about 1K in the off-season and 5K in the peak season. If it’s the off-season price, don’t compare, just choose it.

From the moment we landed, the hotel provided a free ride from the airport to the hotel, making our arrival smooth and stress-free. What truly impressed me was the staff's local knowledge. Despite being a petite individual, one staff member knew the area like the back of her hand. She not only recommended fantastic nearby markets and restaurants but also guided us to a hidden gem for a delightful breakfast experience. Late check-in wasn't an issue at all. The staff graciously helped us order food during the night, ensuring we didn't go to bed hungry. The hotel's strategic location near the airport was incredibly convenient for our transit stay. The next morning, they provided a reasonably priced shuttle service to ensure we caught our flight on time, completing the seamless experience. I also have to mention the delightful night staff member who was not only cute but also warm and friendly. Her willingness to share local insights added a personal touch to our stay. A very satisfying three-night stay. I happened to be in Cappadocia for the New Year this year, so I spent the New Year here. The boss can speak Chinese, which is a big plus. He is warm and friendly. The service attitude of the employees is great. The environment is warm and clean, which adds a touch of warmth to this year's New Year. Very great experience with the hotel! Breakfast is generous with a breathtaking view from their roof top. As a cave hotel, the room also has very good insulation, so inside the room stays warm despite the very cold temperature outside. The staffs are also super nice, they called a taxi for me as I arrived at 2 AM and they help me to send the stuff that I accidentally left in the hotel.

Hotel located in a peaceful and calm area, close to goreme and with some views of the balloons. The room was reasonably clean, with an electric kettle and some teas and coffees. The owner speaks good English but the rest of the staff does not. We had a reservation for 4 nights but unfortunately we didn't catch the plane in time and we missed a night, the hotel is not to blame but on the last day we would have to check out at 8.30am and we asked if it would be possible to have breakfast at 8am (it starts at 8.30) they said it wasn't possible. We were a little disappointed because we expected some compression from the hotel in this regard, because the ladies who make breakfast have already met in the kitchen. The breakfast was fresh and good but not much variety.

We joined day tour the day we checked out and we didn’t leave enough time to have breakfast after watching balloons and sunrise, the staff was kind enough to provide us with a takeaway breakfast, she was so kind and understandable that we didn’t want to be late for the bus pick up. And luckily we had breakfast to go that we wouldn’t be hungry for the tour that involves hiking until lunch.
