This hotel is well worth the price. The room was quite big and clean and there was a great balcony with a lovely view over Trang. It is located a little bit outside of the centre of town, but still right in the middle of lots of shops.

Very, very expensive for this hotel. Definitely not a 4 star. Bed covers were ripped, bathroom shower had mould, the door frames were rotted away. Very dated and old. Beds were not that comfortable either. Room was very poor. It is not good value for money. I paid ฿2,000 per night, and it’s probably worth ฿700 per night maximum. Not impressed at all.

Service quality is excellent with warm welcome and a goodbye drink from resort. It is a kind of customer oriented service which delight each guest stay at this resort. Highly recommend for those travel with family and require a stay with natural environment. I would say the overall experience is good especially breakfast serves with an instant self-DIY fresh fruit juice and self-baked bread with charcoal fire.

The staffs are very good. There is enough parking space. The location is good, near food. There is a grilled pork restaurant at the entrance of the hotel. The hotel atmosphere at night is very quiet, a little scary.

Inside the room is spacious, snacks, fruits, drinks, everything in the room is free. All staff are lovely, good service, breakfast has many choices. But there are not many photo spots. The sofa in the lobby is a lot messy. Should have to be cleaned The room price is secretly a bit strong.

I have been to this resort 3times. Previously I stayed in beachfront family room. I am super satisfied with the room. Just this time I stayed in a standard beachfront room. The bed is comfy, everything as good as previously except the bathroom is sticky. The grout is not properly cleaned. I don't feel comfortable to shower in there. Other than that the breakfast has super limited choices. 😔 I checked out from the hotel with unsatisfied feeling. Anyway, just a tip not to go koh mook during low season - jun-oct because not many choices for outside restaurant.

Once I smelled mustiness and mold in the room; the room needed to be ventilated so that it would go away. There were few mosquitoes, but mosquito repellents are still desirable. Based on the reviews, I expected the worst, the room is very good and the shortcomings are not so critical. Breakfast is quite modest, there are almost no ready-made dishes, you can order scrambled eggs with whatever you like. Cold cuts. There is plenty of fruit, but no fresh vegetables. The restaurant in the hotel is a little expensive by local standards, we went to other hotels.
