I stayed at Novotel Warszawa Centrum and was pleasantly surprised by how thoughtfully the room was arranged. Everything was placed in a way that made moving around easy and intuitive. The furniture and layout felt modern and practical — clearly designed with travelers’ needs in mind.
The location is also great — close to public transport, shops, and restaurants. Overall, it was a comfortable and convenient stay. I would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Warsaw!

hotel location is close to bus and team station only 5 minutes walk. very quite and when u check in the git have me to bring the luggage to the room as I have the room in next block without elevator..

A really nice hotel with a unique charm. The hotel is very well themed and very comfortable. It’s close to the tram line and a short walk to the old town and many restaurants. It’s a little bit loud in the evenings with a few bars near by.

I made a reservation because the price was cheap and the location was close to downtown. It was a studio-type room with a separate living room and bed, and the facilities were clean and comfortable. I think it will be useful the next time I visit.

I recently stayed at Castle Inn, a unique and charming hotel located right in the heart of Warsaw’s Old Town. What makes this hotel truly special is its historical setting – the building itself is several hundred years old, and you can feel the character and heritage as soon as you walk in. It’s not just a place to sleep; it’s an experience that adds to the atmosphere of visiting Warsaw.
One of the things I appreciated most about Castle Inn was the room. It was airy, clean, and comfortable, offering all the basic amenities I needed during my stay.
If you're interested in exploring the Old Town and nearby museums, monuments, and churches, you really can't pick a better spot. Just stepping out of the hotel in the early morning and taking a quiet walk through the cobblestone streets surrounded by historic buildings is a memorable experience.
One thing I regret is missing the Chopin music performances held every evening nearby. It’s a beautiful opportunity for classical music lovers, and I’ve promised myself I won’t miss it next time I visit.
Overall, Castle Inn provides a simple yet authentic and comfortable stay, especially ideal for those who are passionate about history, architecture, and cultural exploration.

The breakfast was rich, the service was good, the hotel is located in the new city area, convenient for walking or taking the subway, and the Science and Culture Palace is within easy walking distance. However, the glue on the handle of the shower faucet was sticky when I was taking a shower. I don't know why.

Ggelatalon the first night of my stay, i was assigned a room designed for disabilities without any notice. since it was late and i was exhausted, i didn’t think much of it, but i noticed something felt off.
next evening, after taking a shower, i realized the entire bathroom was soaking wet and extremely slippery that i almost fell. then i was checking my booking receipt, i noticed the room i booked was supposed to have a different bathroom layout. when i raised this issue with the front desk, they admitted that due to overbooking on the first night, they had reassigned me to a room for disabilities without informing me.
this design is clearly unsafe for someone unfamiliar with it, and the hotel staff showed no sincerity in addressing the issue. what's worse, they didn't even offer an apology. instead, they simply asked me what I wanted. this is unacceptable—they failed to inform me of the room change on the first night and didn’t take responsibility when I brought it up.
eventually, after I insisted, they upgraded me to their best room and offered two days of complimentary breakfast. however, all of this only happened because i demanded it—the staff showed no initiative. they really need better training.
the first photo shows the fruit they sent as an apology. and the second, third photos shows the conditions of bathroom for disabilities.
第一晚入住時，已經很晚了，酒店人員在沒有通知我的情況下，給我安排了一間傷殘人士的房間。
由於太疲倦了，所以只是感覺房間怪怪的，但並沒察覺有什麼問題。直到第二天晚上，洗完澡之後，整個廁所也是濕的，我差一點就要滑倒。
再看看之前預訂時的收據，發現房間的廁所根本不應該是這個樣子，繼而我到酒店大堂理論，他們才告訴我，因為第一天晚上時候，訂單太滿了，所以才為我安排這樣的房間。
可是你要知道，這樣的設計，正常人洗澡，是真的很容易滑倒。他們不但沒有誠意的道歉，只是詢問我想要怎樣。
說實話，這難道不是酒店的問題嗎？第一天並沒坦白這不是我原本所訂的房間、繼而我發現後，亦沒作出任何相應的措施、道歉。
最後在我要求下，他們給我換了最好的房間，另外給我送了兩天免費的早餐。不過，這通通都是我要求的，酒店人員真的有需要再培訓。

GGuest UserRoom is modern with big windows. But the bed is not comfy. Only 3 in 1 shampoo is provided.
Breakfast is considered good in Europe. Around 4 selection of hot food, a section of salads, a good selection of cheese, bread and a wide spread of fruits.
Noticed many business travellers stay here.
Hotel is opposite the main train station, with some walking. Hotel is also near the mall.
Will recommend.

The airport transfer was great as well, as complimentary since our flight arrived Warsawa already a bit late but driver of shuttle van was there and brought us to the hotel and helping loading/unloading ours baggages as well.. GGuest UserThe hotel is only remembering its glorious days. The rooms are grand, but have no more mini bars. The size of the bathroom a bit compensate it. However, the hair dryer can be used only with an open closet doors, giving a feeling like being in a closet and sweating from the heat of the hair dryer. The breakfast is ok, but the surrounding is so shabby, literally asking to have the breakfast fast and leave. The surrounding of the hotel is like in the middle of nowhere. We chose it because of the swimming pool, but at the end used only the gym that was very well equipped. To sum up, next time we would chose rather more updated hotel without a pool than this one that is very shabby in our opinion. Also, we will NOT BOOK via TRIP because we got tricked this time by apparently receiving a special price for our search with all the settings, but that was a TRICK!!! The prize didn’t include breakfast, so at the end we paid a way more than the original offering: paying extra 25 Eur per person x 4. The breakfast is not worth it 25 eur at this hotel. Also, TRIP kind of booked for as the rooms for smokers. Thanks to the reception, they have double checked it with us when we arrived, so we got the non-smoker rooms. Though, they forgot to ask about the breakfast leaving us with the unpleasant moment next morning.

HHIU LAMSelf checkin instructions were clear, the door handle for entering the passcode was a little annoying tho LOL. I booked the one with private bathroom and it is okay. Didn’t expect it to provide towels. WiFi is a bit weak. There is a kitchen and fridge and kettle in the public area. Luggage storage after check out was available. All is good. Will come back if I come to Warsaw again.
