Lovely hotel, well located with spacious room, comfortable bed and great service. Enjoyed my short stay and would happily return!

Best parts -comfy bed, good shower, very close to airport. Friendly service. Not so good parts. Some dirty walls. Needs lots maintenance, someone had to come lock side door for me as too hard. TV didn't have a remote and I asked for one around 10pm (got there late and they had already helped me with door( they said they would send someone over with one and they didn't arrive so maybe they forgot. I suppose the price reflects all this so if you are on a tight budget, just need a comfy bed and quick 5 min trip to airport and you don't mind the other issues, it's an ok place to stay.

Service is excellent! I absolutely love the idea of shuttle bus service as it is slightly away from the central area. The front desk arranged my luggage to be placed in the room upon my arrival. The room itself is clean and tidy. They play harp, and give away free cotton candy in the afternoon. I made two seperate bookings and enjoyed both room style.

The location is nice and the hotel is beautiful, but the service is a problem. The fire alarm button is located just above the lights switch on button in the room, so it is being accidentally triggered rather often. The evacuation in the middle of the night is not what one would enjoy on holidays or business trips. The dry cleaning is horrible. They completely ruined one of my blouses, and unfortunately, I have only noticed that when I came back home.

Facilities: The facilities are quite new, and the lobby feels very spacious. The bathroom is huge and even has a bathtub, perfect for a relaxing soak to relieve fatigue. Cleanliness: The room and even the hallway railings felt dust-free, which was great. Environment: The environment is comfortable, and there's even a swimming pool. Service: Excellent service. They proactively helped carry my luggage to the room. Parking was also convenient.

Functional and souless, but a good location for Queenstown with plenty of car parking. The customer service was poor by the usually warm standard of NZ. The receptionist commented on how ”tired you look” Grrrr..who likes to be told that?! And the breakfast venue was so dire and overpriced ($25 each!) we went instead to a nearby woolworths complex with excellemt cafes instead.

Great to stay if you are connecting flights or have to stay at the airport. A bit of a walk from domestic terminal but there are shuttles. Room was clean. Shampoo and soap smelt nice. I couldnt really figure out the lights between the bed and the shower as there is a sliding frosted glass door that separates the two. But all the lights turned off which is what was important. Not much of a view, only if you love construction and the layout of an airport. Over it was a great place to relax after lots of traveling.

I was a bit worried before booking after seeing the lower ratings, but I was very satisfied with my stay. All the hotel staff I encountered were very friendly, and the room was clean. I booked a package that included breakfast and dinner, and the three-course à la carte dinner offered great value for money. It's about an 8-9 minute drive from the airport (we had a rental car).

We stayed in a family room, and overall the experience was great, except for the breakfast! It had two rooms with a kitchen, very spacious and comfortable. The front desk staff were also good. The only downside was the breakfast service. On that day, there were two Korean tour groups, and they were seated before breakfast even officially started. We, as individual guests, were told there were no seats and asked to come back an hour later (breakfast was from 7 to 9 AM, and we arrived promptly at 7 AM). Since we didn't have time to wait an hour, we stood there waiting for a table. Eventually, the first group of over 40 people left, and then the second group of 20 arrived right after! The food wasn't refilled, nor were the paper cups or tea bags. The coffee machine was broken, and there was only one small home-style hot water dispenser, which was clearly insufficient for 50 people. The waiter then brought another electric kettle from somewhere, and when I poured hot water, I saw black flakes – I realized the iron heating element inside was rusty and flaking off... A lot of people had already drunk from it (it was terrifying). In the end, I only ate an apple and drank a cup of tea. There was only one server, nowhere near enough to manage two large tour groups. No one was clearing tables, and the situation for us individual guests was even worse. Another plus was the free airport shuttle bus. So, apart from the breakfast experience, everything else was very good. Free parking was also available.

Facilities: All kinds of facilities are well-equipped. The air conditioning heats up quickly, which is great for a winter stay. Hygiene: Very clean, no strange smells. Environment: The shower space in the bathroom is large, and the overall environment is excellent. Service: Pretty good. I've stayed here a few times, and I can honestly say it's the best value for money hotel so far. The facilities are very user-friendly, and the room has everything you need. The front desk service is spot on, hardly any issues.
