I recently stayed at the Hyatt Regency Amritsar, and overall, itâs your run-of-the-mill business hotel. The location is convenient, making it easy to access various parts of the city, which was a definite plus.
The hotel itself is clean and well-maintained, with no major complaints regarding the facilities or service. However, I did have a minor issue with my room request. I had specifically requested a non-smoking room through Trip.com, but the request was initially denied. This left me a bit confused, as upon arrival, the hotel still provided me with a non-smoking room. While Iâm happy my preference was eventually accommodated, the denial of the request was perplexing and could have been better communicated.
Despite this small hiccup, my stay was comfortable and met my expectations. If youâre looking for a reliable and convenient place to stay in Amritsar, the Hyatt Regency is a solid choice.

Perfect calm and comfortable staying.
Very pleasant and friendly staff at reception, upgraded level of my room with check-in, many thanx for that gentleman with beautiful eyes).
Smiling Sikhs in red turbans at the entrance is the treasure of that place (I adore Sikhs). Will definitely stay again within next business trip.

Conveniently located at 20 mins drive from chandigarh airport. Rooms and services were excellent. Staff was very co-operative. Buffet spread was very good. Hotel interiors and amenities were fabulous.

Stay was pleasant. Staff were polite and very accommodating . Breakfast though limited in varieties was good . Enjoyed my two day stay in this hotel .
My real disappointment was the boutique in the hotel . Tailor made a suit but turn out horrible and need major corrections . Waste of time and money .

Hyatt is the best hotel in Ludhiana. The location is very good. It is adjacent to a Shipping mall and ca nât adapt to Indian food. You can go to this mall to eat KPF or McDonald âs. Well, including the security staff at the entrance are polite. We rented a car from the hotel to the airport, and the lobby manager was always with us outside the door until the car came, and we also deliberately brought some bottles of mineral water. sincere gratitude. Will stay at this hotel next time.

Thats why if you have noticed I came back to stay the same hotel because I really enjoyed very much. I forgot to mentioned the gym its was amazing good 5 stars and everything in this hotel really breath taking

Its pretty decent stay near all aminities. What I did not like is narrow entrances to room, toilet basin not having some space to keep personal toiletries.
The stay was disturbed by the noise coming from next room for the whole night and day. It felt that rooms acoustic was such that the noise was multiplying . The aircon was not cooling enough and there was fixed control on wall.
As soon I entered the service staff informed that they have upgraded my room which was appreciative too. The counter staff was helpful

GGuest UserITC Raja Sansi is a wonderful property and our stay was good. The staff was professional and warm. Food was good too!
Access to the room and privacy needs significant improvement.
The ground floor rooms are unable to sit with curtains open. Even with the sheers closed, there is complete.visibility inside.
Further small housekeeping gaps like mini bar not working and not stocked, just one towel in the bathroom despite double occupancy etc were some gaps.

GGuest UserThe stay in fortune ranjit vihar was very relaxing. The room was tastefully decorated and bathroom was sparkling clean. The staff were attentive and courteous and even offered a complimentary birthday cake when we placed an order for a cake to celebrate a birthday. The breakfast was varied and tasty. All in all a delightful experience

GGuest UserThe hotel is pretty close to main areas and not bang in the noise.The restaurant serves great brunch and we found the best Amritsar kulcha here,itself. The rooms are clean and we got an upgrade at checkin. The hotel has standard amenities and a small pool with gym at the top of the hotel. The only sour note was probably how the hotel measures it staff perfor***ce. The ***ager of the coffee shop and the waiters were insistent that we give good feedback. It seems the praise is being pushed which we would have given any how. The second unprofessional thing was that our flights were in the evening and we asked for late checkout. The front desk seemed amused and were playing with us. This is not professional. I would recommend the food even if its price (a la carte) is significantly higher.

ĺ¸Very kind and friendly nd helpful staff but at first day I arrived early in the morning at 07:30 Am or 08:00 I think there was a guy Mr. Anuj I asked him is it possible to early check inn he told me that take a seat and wait for 10 minutes and after 10 minutes I was told by Mr.anuj that your room is ready i thought wow but after few minutes Mr.Anuj said I have to pay 1500 more for early check inn then I left the hotel early in the morning and came back for check inn at 16:00 o clock something. But I can understand I came earlier so itâs fine but all the FO staff and room service staff is great as well .
But specifically the lady who clean up my room everyday I forgot to ask her name but she is very good at communicating provide the best service thank you.

GGuest UserAn amazing experience and great hotel. The staff are very friendly and go out of their way to help you. The food is delicious and the breakfast and dinner buffets were superb. Lots of vegetarian options and meat also available.
A special mention to the *** working at the travel desk, called Harmeet, he was very helpful and organised all of our drivers.

JJasvinder SinghStayed for 5 nights in the deluxe room. The room is well equipped and everything worked as it should.  The clean is cleaned daily.  At breakfast no egg dishes are available as pure veg only ⌠there are options of  fresh fruit, parothaâs, yogurt, dall and rice, cereal and muesli, toast, Tea and juices.  Tried a couple of the in-room Italian menu veg and non-veg dishes (it was too hot to have it in their Italian  rooftop restaurant) and they were delicious.  There are also options of veg and non-veg Indian menu. All cooked fresh. So plenty of choice. There are shops/cinema/eateries within walking distance.  Overall it was a good stay.
