I was surprised with food and dirty socks left from previous tourists in the cabinet. One of lamps was out of order, there's a lot of black marks on the walls... Well at least bed was clean and fresh. Still the perfect location, fast checkin, good facilities in the room makes good impression. Strange but my key refused to open the door next night - but guys at reception helped me fast. There's a good kettle in the room, tea&coffe etc. Good for a short stay at all.

The surrounding environment is not bad, but the hotel facilities are a bit outdated. It is basically used for elderly people to stay and retire. The hotel food is also of normal standard. It is very close to many companies.

A good hotel with friendly staff. My brother and I went for a festival in Eindhoven and Holiday Inn was our accommodation place. They have good amenities and right next to bus station that takes you to the airport or the city center.

The hotel was fine. Nice facilities. Too bad that not everything was passed on properly by you. Our daughter was not passed on, which is why we ended up getting a smaller room because everything was full.

酒店很棒，距離貝亨奧普佐中心廣場步行約五分鐘，散步可達，風景優美。酒店房間不錯，目測30平米，在歐洲已經算很大了，衞生間還做好了乾濕分離，遠超預期。服務也很棒，下次來應該還選這家入住。

GGaileyBeeThe hotel was nice. The check in was quick and smooth. Disappointed to hear the swimming pool facilities were not available. The bedroom was a great size, bed very comfy. Nice to have a fridge and kettle, tea/ coffee. The bathroom was spotless. The rooms need to be checked for rubbish behind the desk before the curtains as there was other guests rubbish there. The ice machine is on the ground floor and would be nice if there was another on each floor. Good location for the train station and town. We parked our car with free on street parking a 12 minute walk away to avoid the high hotel parking charges. The room was noisy with street traffic, cars racing up and down.

GGuest UserThe hotel is onder renovation, no restaurant for lunch or diner. Dog is allowed, that is very nice! The room is ok for short stay! The breakfast can be better, no fresh fruit juice, not many choices... The location is good, near train station and center and a nice park. There is a very good Italy restaurant nearby! There are not many parking place, I mentioned in my booking that I would like to book a parking place, but when we arrived, nothing is arranged, we have to park somewhere else in public garage.

GGTravellerVery nice hotel perfectly located in a nice little town in a beautiful nature reserve perfect for walkers and cyclists. Very good breakfast included with lovely coffees but a very bad point was that in 3 nights stay they never came to clean the bathroom or make the beds. They left on few rooms every day (ours too) a paper bag attached to the door handle with clean towels and a note in dutch. At the end we had a pile of dirty wet towels under the sink on the bathroom floor. Not a nice experience to be honest.

GGuest UserCleanliness and location was great, housekeeping service was good, the only issues really came with the bed and the size of the room. The bed was very comfortable but it kept splitting in half (two beds pushed together but with a full mattress on top) or the mattress would slide off constantly, which meant we kept having to wake up to fix it, which in a room as small as it is, is very difficult. Not recommended for people who struggle with stairs as they are very steep
