Location quite secluded, far within Puchong. Quite clean. Easy and free parking. Room is not too spacious though for a 3 pax room.

Bg bilik dekat dgn lif 🤲🏻 cuma cleaner bukan warga negara. Ckp cam ayam dgn itik la. Tapi dia lyn ok senyum jer 🤣🤭 boleh dtg lg utk healing. Mall bawah hotel sng. Variety of food. Shopping mall. Cinema. Kids nak main game pun ada. *Sorry makcik x suka ambil gmbr sgt. Jiran shopping utk cucunda. Snap nak bgtaw xtvt mak dia 😁🤭 bantal pemanas tu biasa la makcik guna. 🤣*

For parking: it is RM5 for a day. For breakfast : please take note it is a packed food (no drink) (it mentioned in the website) , not buffet style. The breakfast quality is below average (lack of variety choice, for example, it is just a fried rice + egg h sausage, no fruit included, no real meat, small portion). So, please think twice before u choose room with ”breakfast option”. You can see the breakfast picture attached. Room: generally clean.

Room was cleaned everyday. The hotel is cosy and welcoming. I had a great stay😊

Hotel facilities are good, location is superb as there is linked road connecting Central Mall, however the hotel car park is a disaster. You could get a parking slot near to the hotel lobby lift if you come in before noon, otherwise you would need to park somewhere near to the mall parking and walk 10mins in the car park to the hotel lobby lift. This is by far the worst hotel car park I have experienced in Malaysia.

I had an event at an institution nearby so I booked this hotel for a short stay. Overall good environment and good value for money. The tower itself is quite new, makes the overall experience cozy and comfortable. Room is clean, all furniture is new, and I got nothing to complain. Every floors have a water dispenser machine. The breakfast spread was simple but good. A only downside is that the parking is not free but its RM5 per entry and you have to validate it at the hotel lobby at level 8 before exit. If you exit twice, that's RM10.

the location is perfect, the bathroom are clean and the single bed is comfortable, it’s perfect for one night if you have a flight in the morning. you also have many place where to eat and the 7/11 open all night

recently stayed at the Hilton and had a generally pleasant experience. As always, the Hilton breakfast was a treat—great variety, fresh options, and a relaxing way to start the day. One thing to note is that the on-site restaurant was still under construction during my stay, which was a bit of a letdown, but understandable if they’re working to improve the facilities. My room was clean, spacious, and well-maintained, which made for a comfortable stay. However, I felt the in-room entertainment options could use some updating or expansion—there weren’t many choices on the TV, especially after a long day out. Overall, a solid stay with a few areas that could be improved. I’d definitely consider returning once the renovations are complete.

The service is good, I can check in late as i arrive at 12 am in the morning. The cleanness is also good.. They also provide free tea for their customer.
