The day we checked in at aboujt 5 pm, there was a corporate function and hotel was busy with guests booking in etc. as a result, my room wasn't ready and the staff (Chinese young man) who checked us in offered us complimentary breakfasts for the three night stay ( we booked without breakfast). The room given to us had fantastic views of the river and the south china sea and the room was super spacious with bedroom and coffee making area and clothes hanging section in separate compartment and bathroom was spacious and unlike most hotels I have stayed, the shower water never leaked out of the shower area to wet the other part of bathroom. Have stayed in Pullman Kuching some 10 years back and was a very good experienced. Keep it up. Location wise, almost in city centre and yet away from the hustle bustle. Very good seafood restaurants within walking distance and river side walk was good. There is a choice of three types of pillows and the one I had first night was uncomfortable.

My recent stay at the Pullman Hotel was a pleasant experience overall. The hotel is pretty decent, though it’s clear that it has been in operation for many years. Some parts of the room showed signs of wear and tear. That said, the room was comfortable and functional, providing everything I needed for a relaxing stay. What truly stood out during my visit was the exceptional service from the staff. They were incredibly helpful, and went above and beyond to accommodate my requests. It’s worth noting that the hotel is currently undergoing maintenance, so future visitors should expect some noise during the daytime (8 AM–5 PM). While this was slightly noticeable, it didn’t significantly disrupt my stay, as the work was confined to reasonable hours. Overall, I am happy with my time at the Pullman Hotel. The combination of comfortable accommodations, outstanding service, and the promise of upcoming renovations leaves me optimistic about the hotel’s future. I have no doubt that once the renovations are complete, the Pullman will shine even brighter and continue to provide an excellent experience for its guests. I would gladly return and recommend it to others looking for a reliable and welcoming stay. Keep up the great work, Pullman team—your dedication to improvement and guest satisfaction is truly commendable!

Am a frequent Trip.com traveller and found this beatiful hotel in Bintulu during my busines visit. I would recommend this for a number of key factors: 1) Strategic Location 2) Cosy & Comforting Atmosphere 3) Wide spread of Breakfast (and delicious, particularly there Bubur is a must try). I would not dwell on the negatives because they are very irrelevant to address here. Will sure to visit again. Thumbs up 👍

Booked the family room for 3 nights. The room is spacious and comfortable. We were on the executive floor and has access to the executive lounge for complimentary breakfast and hi tea. Location is good as it's walking distance to padungan and waterfront. lots of eateries nearby. Only a small flaw is the bathroom esp the toilet bowl can be cleaner as we found stains on the toilet bowl. Otherwise all good.

The environment was great, comfortable bed and cleanliness of the overall hotel is top rated. Like the filter drinking water tap so much, easy for travelers. Outside noise filtering is great but room to room sound filtering can improve a little.

Good hotel, warm welcome from the reception staff, checked in around 11pm, with warm smiles and greetings, professional command of english from the lady. The lobby looks good, with the calming music. But up to the floor, cigarette smells also welcoming you, when lift door opened, still need to control and charge penalty to those smokers smoke inside the room. The bathroom area was in 5-10% brightness near dark, the room lightings also not bright and relax enough, the furnitures are quite run down already, suggest to renovate the lights and the room facilities. The greetings and hospitality tip top, facilities to be improved. Overall good one night stay for business traveller. Keep up the good work.

The hotel is super beautiful surrounded by nature. They have a shuttle bus to the park and back. Just need to ask when you are ready. Also free shuttle from the airport. The swimming pool is really nice before pr after the tours at the park. The breakfast buffet is good and has everything even gluten free bread. The food at the restaurant is ok. We ate a lot at the park as they have more options of dishes and vegetables. Also the prices are more affordable. I would definitely go back.

Location is great, several restaurants nearby, and river view across the road. Staff are very friendly and helpful. They recommended me the good restaurants nearby and those must-try foods in Sarawak.

Really worth the money. The room is clean, spacious, got few channel on television and the staff are very kind too. The breakfast are provided and the food is quite good to my taste. I would recommend this hotel if you wish to stay in Serian because the location is just nearby the town and hospital. There are also a lot parking lot nearby.

The hotel is centrally located in the heart of Bintulu town, right next to The Spring Mall, making it very convenient for finding food and travel essentials. Though the hotel is a bit dated, it is well-maintained and offers facilities like a gym and swimming pool for guests to enjoy. The room is spacious, though certain corners are a bit dim—adding extra lighting could enhance comfort. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, and I would be happy to return on future visits to Bintulu.
