Ended up staying here for a night while on a trip with my wife for a best friends wedding but Amazing service I could not be more satisfied from start to finish even after. Bags were taken in from the beginning straight to our room after check in. Room was clean and with a gorgeous view of the city. Felt welcomed our whole stay. We went down to the pool and towels were easily accessible and great area to swim in and relax. We then decided to have dinner down by the pool which was delicious and service was great. Server was very attentive and polite. At this point I wish we had more time to stay another night. Then ended the night relaxing in bed when we still craved refreshments from dinner and room service was fast. While getting ready to leave the next morning I noticed I left my iPad in the room and when I reached out to a manager through email (Carlos Sosa Navarrete) since calling wasn’t working for me he was really helpful and was able to send a taxi to deliver my iPad to the airport. He was so responsive through email. Honestly best experience I’ve had compared to back home. Don’t have nothing negative to say besides we wish we could’ve stayed longer. I never leave reviews but this place was a must and wasn’t missing an opportunity to let others know of this amazing spot.
A very nice hotel with an awesome price value ratio. They also have a free shuttle every 30 minutes to their own beach club with a great restaurant and a very beautiful beach. Well come back for sure.

GGuest UserWe checked in the hotel at 3 PM parking our rental car straight from airport no stops to their parking. Which is a lot behind the guard booth with the gate that goes down and up by a security guard who questions and then allows you on the property and tells you where to park.
The night we check in our air-conditioning goes out. It’s mid 80s at night with a tropical storm pouring rain. So we had to **** all doors & windows, meaning zero air flow. Next morning we go downstairs and tell them of the problem. They sent 2 different teams of people to fix it to no success. We advised him we will be leaving the property and when we come back later this afternoon if it wasn’t fixed we were ok with changing the room.
We walk out to our car to our surprise was damaged in the parking lot. Not by a car but looks like a cart or something hit it. There is an employee/work entrance where I saw all types equipment being carried between cars yo the door. Wise they will look at their cameras. Come to find out that the cameras do not face their parking lot on their property. Even though there is a bar, a restaurant and an employee entrance and work area entrance. Their told us cameras on face the security booth to let you into the parking lot and the front of the hotel.
Returning to the hotel and changing our rooms from a king-size bed to a queen size bed which is a $40 difference tonight. That was not refunded back to us, so we were charged for a more expensive room that we were in one night. The 2nd and last night in the second room we noticed the floor was completely wet in the bathroom and figured maybe they had mopped before we came in. We were wrong also wrong. We dried the floor and later that night going to the bathroom both of us nearly fell to the ground because the floor was soaked again. The roof was leaking. Not in one location but all over.
The queen size bed mattress was broken literally broken down. To the point if you were within 3 inches to 4 inches away from the edge of the bed the mattress would just roll you off the bed.
That morning we informed them will be checking out of the hotel due to one night at a room with no air conditioning, Iour rental car was damage on their property and then taking no accountability, and the third night let’s just call it a wet room with a broken bed. They refunded the other four nights we had scheduled, but would like to give us back the difference for charging us for emergency room the one night.
Seven restaurants on their property however we couldn’t get guacamole and took over 1hour 30 minutes to figure out they have frijoles.
I asked for a manager everyday as I know the people working the counter we’re not able to fix these issues. We weren’t able to have a conversation until 1 week later after calling daily.
This provider gave me $15 worth of credits for my troubles. WOW way to make your customers fell appreciated🏆
GGuest UserNo security box and refrigerator.
PET bottles of water are free every day.
The staff are all kind.
The laundry of clothes was 1kg 70 pesos. When you take it to the front desk by 11 a.m., it is done around 7 p.m.
It's a little far from the city, but there are Kintaro and Sakura dining rooms for Japanese food nearby (even if you walk about 10 minutes), so it's a good location for Japanese who are tired of long stay or Mexico cuisine .

GGeriShaikhHotel wasn't too bad for our first night. They give one small bottle of water and expect clients to get more water from their ”filtered” water dispenser, which was completely empty and didn't get refilled until the following evening when we no longer needed it. The location is not walkable to any stores, cafes, restaurants, pharmacies, etc. You need to get a taxi to go anywhere.
Staff were very friendly and helpful and that was a plus.
The size of the room was all right. The beds were very comfortable. Good lighting in the room. Good size bathroom. Nice view of city below during night hours.
The biggest negative was the AC on our second and last night was leaking onto the bed. Had to keep it off all night and bear the discomfort af a warmer temp as windows don't open.
Water pressure was really good; unfortunately, the hot water isn't consistent and would keep fluctuating between hot and cold.
I do not think the value was good considering all the negatives. I wouldn't return to this hotel.
GGuest UserWe had a big room, which was very clean, with a door leading directly to the pretty gardens and pool area, although unfortunately the pool bar wasn’t open for soft drinks or snacks.
We ate in the restaurant twice and every day enjoyed a lovely breakfast.
The hotel staff were all lovely and quick to respond and resolve a toilet leak during the third night and gives us some compensation which was appreciated. We would definitely recommend this hotel which is in a quiet position with no noise, but only 5 minutes walk to the centre of town.
AAnonymous UserThis is a charming family-run hotel in Oaxaca. The place is spotless, with a great rooftop for breakfast—delicious, cheap, and with free coffee in the morning! The staff were super friendly and always smiling.
I know photos doesn’t look great but it’s much, much nicer in real!
The only minor issue is the main door at night—it’s locked, so you’ll need to knock and might wait a bit if the staff are asleep. Other than that, it’s clean, affordable, and full of character. Highly recommend!
GGuest Userreally liked the hotel itself but staff were a little overbearing, particularly male staff asking if I was by myself and if I had a boyfriend as a young female solo traveller… not cool. Also, at one point staff just walked into my room without knocking and then didn’t even apologize! Just asked if it was only me in the room and walked back out! That was crazy to me. Otherwise, pool was lovely, gardens very nice, and I like the beach club down the road
GGodinez AburtoThe hotel is totally new (remodeled) and clean, wifi is working great at all corners and location is really centric. The only little detail would be that every little noise from the corridor can be heard inside your room. Not a big deal since is familiar time friendly. Nothing that can damage the service and attention level.
松松香蕊蕊A decent hotel, ten minutes walk from the old city center cathedral and botanical garden, not too far or near. There was a tour in the hotel for travel registration, and it turned out that we charged 750 pesos per person, and transferred it to a group of 500 people the next day...
The windows in the room could not be opened, and it was a bit stuffy and had to turn on the air conditioner. The room environment can refer to the domestic Han court level.
GGuest UserHigh standard hotel, really good stay:
- Location is great (a little far from the center)
- Private car parking lot
- Breakfast is very good
- Hotel Room clean, shower toilet clean
Only problem is the gym that is not really a gym... just a few bikes and weights.
