Room and service was amazing. Loved it. Also close to city center, with bus 4 taking 15 min from lux city center. Not many eating options near hotel so you are stuck with going to city center. The swimming pool facility not great, the showers are not working and even lockers and it felt a bit dated for Hilton standards. There was also no sauna or jacuzzi and gym was tiny. Room was great and I had breakfast was amazing 10/10 on that

This hotel has more pros than cons. Staff very professional. Excellent food for breakfast so pretty pricey at 27 Euro. The rooms look very old fashioned and could do with a bit of touch up but I think that's part of the hotel's charm. I got a single room and it cost me about 98 US Dollars on trip.com's wonderful website. An excellent value for that price even an excellent value for $150 after that find someplace a little newer. Breakfast is really excellent except the eggs were undercooked and the bacon was undercooked and when I asked them to take it back to the kitchen and cook it a little more they would only cook the bacon for me. Maybe in Luxembourg people eat their eggs sweat but no way I could stomach that it would probably make me ill so I skipped the eggs. However the cheese was top notch and the meal was worth 27 Euro if you could eat 27 euro worth of cheese. I would even go so far as to say I would stay here again. The bathroom is a little outdated but charming and had birds and flowers on the tiles. The hotel front desk man acted as a concierge but clearly he had been there for a long time and was very well trained and had very good advice about where to eat and what to see. I like the whole staff and an added asset was the bar downstairs brings you back to many years ago. I was lucky enough to get a balcony in my room and it would be a wonderful idea if I had trouble with somebody to have wine on the balcony and watch the world go by. I will post my view from my balcony. I call this hotel room with a view. The hotel had more more pros than cons and I was happy with my decisions to stay there.

The hotel offer was great in the aspect of price to value ratio, I really liked especially the trip. Com team they are really helpful and understanding I had a booking mistake and they helped me solve it easily. I have never experienced better customers service alway glad to be your customer.

Located in the new financial center of the city. 200 meters away from the hotel, there is a T1 tram that goes directly to the old town where many attractions are concentrated. The suite is quite large, and the service and breakfast are very good. The only thing I am not satisfied with is that the wash basin is too shallow and water splashes out easily.

Top Hotel, nice Design and set up. Location a bit out but easily accessible via the free public transports. Sadly we booked via Trip.com 2 rooms for 5 people, 2 adults and 3 kids. Booking confirmed for us, but reception refused to allow us check in, since it was against their policy to allow 3 people in a double room. So we had to pay an additional fee for a larger room to get us checked in. The whole holiday excitement got lost over this event…

Beautiful hotel and close to all the important seeing , the hotel is super beautiful and ata very calm side of the town , there is nice park nearby too

It's only an 11-minute walk from the train station and about 10-15 minutes to the old town. The location is really great! The hotel facilities are all new, the rooms are large, the dry and wet separation design is praised, and the supplies are also good, but the location of the shower room is a bit inhumane (a bit open). All mini bars are free, and I was upgraded to a room with a better view. It was really amazing when I opened the curtains. The bedding was a bit soft, but overall the sleep was good. (But I need to complain that we who live on the 7th floor were disturbed quite a lot by the music in the bar upstairs at night. It was almost 1 o'clock when the sound became quieter). Breakfast is on the top floor, and the whole view is really great! We were lucky enough to sit by the window, which improved our breakfast experience! The breakfast selection is pretty good, with some a la carte + buffet. The taste is not particularly good but I am very satisfied! Finally, I would like to give a big thumbs up to the service here, everyone is so patient and friendly! The guy at the front desk could speak a little Chinese and gave us chocolates.

I recently stayed at Novotel Luxembourg Kirchberg and found the location to be excellent, with easy access to key attractions and public transport. The room was spacious, providing plenty of comfort and room to move around, making it a pleasant environment to relax in. However, I did find the bed to be a bit too soft for my personal preference, which affected my sleep quality. Overall, it's a great hotel with a fantastic location and generous room sizes, but if you prefer a firmer mattress, you might want to consider that aspect before booking.

Close to train station and we can walk to city centre as well. Easy to navigate around and hotel room is decent.

The hotel is in a great location, with a very retro and beautiful decoration, suitable for taking photos, and clean. The room is a bit small but sufficient. There is a grand piano at the door and various decorations in the corridor.
