The location was good and overall it was clean, but in many ways, I felt that it wasn't a 4-star level in terms of details. When I checked in, the staff clearly said that I could pay with Ssuk Pay, but when I checked out, another staff member suddenly said that it wasn't possible (when I asked if it wasn't possible originally, they said that it was temporarily not possible), In the shower room, the conditioner container didn't press at all, so I just opened the lid and used it. While waiting for the elevator, a staff member came out of the stairwell door and kicked the door open with his foot, which surprised me. He just looked at his phone and walked past us, which didn't look good. I also saw a Mega Coffee takeout cup on the reception desk, so I thought that they lacked service detail training. I definitely went into the lounge during dinner time, but there was no staff member and no guidance. The makgeolli was delicious. Compared to the hotels in the area, the exterior of the building definitely looks the most luxurious and clean, so if you want to stop by and stay in a clean hotel, I recommend it, but if you come expecting something because of the name Shilla, you'll probably be disappointed. It's still early days, so I guess the manual hasn't been established yet, but it'll get better with time.

The toilet flushes twice in a row by itself at 30-minute intervals. Late at night around 11? I told the front desk and an employee came up. It's a button I use often, so it might be because it's pressed. He said that he would fix the accessories in the toilet if he was too concerned. Late at night, we told each other that it would be too inconvenient, so we decided to sleep without the toilet outlet. Hotel location is superb - right smack in the middle of all those short hanok houses, giving a wonderful and fabulous hanok view as promised by the room. Why go to expensive rooftop cafes to get the view when you can just wake up to it?? An excellent and cost-effective place to stay if you want to be near all the hanok attractions but don't want to sleep on thin tatami mats on the hard wooden floors!

I came to Gunsan for a trip and I really liked the accommodation. It was clean and warm because it was heated. It felt good. The windows were big so it felt open. Good, good.

Great location near the Jeonju Hanok Village! Great authentic experience in a traditional Korean house and sleeping on a futon bed 😁. It was a bit too bad though that the towels weren't replaced every day :(

I repeat: there are 0 pools on this property.
