The hotel is good. A small incident happened at the laundry area whereby my husband hurt himself due to him missing a step in the laundry room, causing him to cut his foot on a sharp corner. Luckily the front desk lady, Ms Lim attended to him on time. Thanks to her. However, the hotel should do something at the sharp edge (photo 5)to avoid it happening again.

My husband and I stayed for 3 nights with our 1.5yo daughter and we had an amazing time! We stayed in the kid's wing on the 2nd floor. My daughter got her own bed and lots of welcome gifts. The room was so clean and had all of the amenities we needed. They had wonderful, thoughtful touches like kid's toiletries, robe and slippers, and a stool to access the sink/toilet. Housekeeping was very responsive and quick. We ordered room service and it was prompt and delicious. Access to the hotel's amenities was all free when we stayed there. Unfortunately, the rooftop pool was closed for construction but the garden pool was lovely. Our room included the breakfast buffet. It was mostly Western and Korean/Chinese cuisines, and the variety didn't change much from day to day, but the food was very delicious! Great selection of pastries and the coffee bar was awesome. They also have a convenience store on-site with a seating area for dining. My only recommendation is to have a car while staying here. The trek up the big hill to the hotel takes about 10 minutes and while it isn't terrible, it's tough after a long day. There are no bus stops on the hill, so you'd have to walk down to get to one. Once you're out of the grounds there are lots of shopping and restaurants nearby. Overall, we had a wonderful time. The hotel is very kid-friendly and staff and guests alike are very understanding of the challenges of travelling with small children. The staff were very kind and helpful and were a huge part of why we enjoyed our stay so much. If we're ever back in Jeju I'd love to stay here again!

I just love they upgraded my room. The fact that I am alone but my room is good for 3. I love the ocean view and I admire the cleanliness of the room. The ovelooking view of ocean is a plus. The only issue is that the parking. they have limited parking so we ended up parking along the road. If you are late you will end up looking for space around the place. Overall my stay was pretty awesome. Will definitely get back here.

The hotel is in a great location with a shopping district nearby. The room size was about right for a family. Housekeeping staff are polite whenever we encounter them. The not so good things would be the carpark. It's very cramped and if we are back late, there won't be lots around. Luckily the hotel has parking attendants around to guide. The other unpleasant experience would be with the breakfast bar. Apparently if we are late and still around after the opening hours, we will have eyes staring at us while we are eating. Overall comfortable stay but the experience with some of the staff was better.

We had an excellent stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly, fluent in English, and always ready to assist. The hotel also offers convenient clothes-cleaning facilities, which added to the comfort of our stay. The room was modern, cozy, and spacious, with comfortable beds that made for a great night’s sleep. The location is fantastic, surrounded by plenty of restaurants and shops, making it easy to explore Seogwipo. Overall, a wonderful experience, and we’ll definitely stay here again on our next visit to Seogwipo. Highly recommended!

We stayed at the highest floor and could wake up with such a great scenery everyday. We didn’t use the daily housekeeping service. Whenever we request for bottles of water, towel or other consumables, the housekeeping ladies are always more than happy to get the items for us. We would like to give a special thanks to the reception. They are really nice and helpful. When I could not figure out how to order food on delivery, they provided a great help. Thanks for letting us have such a local experience.

I recently stayed at LOTTE City Hotel Jeju and while there were some positives, I left feeling a bit underwhelmed. Firstly, the location is fantastic, with stunning views that truly enhance the experience. The hotel itself is clean and well-maintained, which I appreciated. However, I was disappointed to find that most facilities come with an extra charge. This made my stay feel less value for money, especially considering the overall cost. Additionally, I encountered an issue with early check-in. Even though my room was available, I was required to pay a fee to check in early, which felt unnecessary and frustrating. Overall, while the hotel has its merits, the additional charges and policies detracted from the experience. I would recommend exploring other options that offer better value for money.

Nice location 👍 The hotel was a bit old but well maintained. The staffs were very kind and upgraded our room to a bigger room with sea view. The view from the room was fantastic and there was a walk trail directly from the hotel back door to the little fishing village nearby. There are plenty of food options especially for Jeju Black pork and the famous izakaya called Dat (means Anchor) within a few minutes by walk. Breakfast wasn’t impressive but ok for the price. I think it’s the best option for the area and it could be much better if the weather was good ! Overall experience was good 👍

I had a wonderful stay at Maison Glad Jeju from December 11 to December 13, 2024. The overall experience was exceptional! Service: The staff was incredibly warm, professional, and attentive, ensuring that every need was met with a smile. Check-in and check-out were smooth and efficient, which made the entire experience stress-free. Facilities: The hotel facilities were top-notch—clean, modern, and beautifully maintained. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, providing a peaceful environment for rest after a day of exploring. I especially appreciated the luxurious amenities provided in the room. Food: The dining options were excellent! Maison Glad Jeju truly exceeded my expectations in every way, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and memorable stay in Jeju. I would gladly return!

The hotel, pool facilities, and lake were all satisfactory. The slightly humid part was not a big concern because the hotel style was European, reminiscent of a cave. The pool snack food was good, and there were many paintings on display in the passageway to the restaurant, reminiscent of an art gallery, and the bakery I missed with a cup of coffee in front of the lake was also really cool. I took one strawberry cream mini cake that was left over and ate it, and it was so memorable and delicious. We had more theme park users than pool users, so it felt like we had rented the pool. It was a great time with the kids, and the water temperature was just right. Compared to other small pool facilities, it was beautiful even at night. If I had to pick a shortcoming, I would say it as an improvement rather than a shortcoming. I wanted to come in the summer, but the shower room and bathroom were not connected, which was inconvenient, and there was only one hot spring pool and one small steam room. I thought it might be too small for many people to use compared to the pool facilities. The size is too big and luxurious, but it is good. Of course, you can go into the hotel and wash up, but please just keep that in mind.

Great stay! Location was the best for all tourist stuff! Id summarize it as 'super convenient' everything was near by, bus 600 Airport limousine was great to have near by to take from and back to the hotel! Its a bit pricy but ive got a very good deal for a few days. Only a small issue, the laundry is not on site! If you want your stuff washed after a long trip they take your clothes off site and if they pick up your clothes on Monday 1pm for example you wont get them back until wednesday evening. That option is kinda misleading when checking hotel ammenities.

It was convenient because it was close to the airport, the beach was right in front, and there were many restaurants~ The accommodation was clean and the staff was friendly♡ I liked everything~ The room condition seemed a little dry, so it was a little disappointing, but I understand because most hotels are dry in the winter My son who is going to the military had a great breakfast We made a lot of beautiful memories♡

I ordered a room with 1 double bed and 1 single bed, I already paid in full, only because when I booked the room I booked it for 2 people, because it turned out that I was with 2 children aged 4 years and 10 years, I was charged again. It's really annoying, even though there are no additional services, why do I have to pay again. in other hotels it's not like that

What an incredible resort! Visiting in December, during a particularly snowy week, the service of the staff was amazing and super accommodating, and each member of staff were friendly and hospitable. The views from this resort are breathtaking, right up in the mountains, surrounded by nature, my kinda place! The bar on 3F has a fantastic view over Jeju, looking toward the airport, and the cocktails are great. Would visit again ✨

The hotel location, facilities, and outdoor landscaping are fantastic. The breakfast buffet was high quality (with a high price to match); The rooms are comfortable though nothing to rave about. Two areas for improvement: 1. The hotel service is not catered towards foreigners; The front desk and kids island staff, as well as information pamphlet are limited mainly to Korea. The check in counter knew I had two young children with me, but did not mention that we had to pre-book / reserve activities with the kids island. By the time I found out, everything was full and my children could not participate in anything. 2. The hotel pool has a safety policy where children under 1.3M need an adult to accompany them, and if under 1.2M need to wear a life vest. This doesn't make sense for parents (to accompany them) or children who can already swim.

The staff are friendly and professional when we need assistance. The room is very clean and bright, comfortable bed and pillows! Convenient locate to restaurants 、shops, waterpark(was good but towels not provided, bring your own or purchase at entry) and theme park (quite small). Free parking and Wi-Fi provided. BUT when the China and Taiwan tours arrived the vibe changed to feeling like we were immersed in a tour hotel in China. Housekeeping found it a challenge to replenish our amenities after the influx of the groups it seems they must have been overworked or understaffed - forgetting to replace old towels and remove our garbage and 3 consecutive days it happened during what was a 8 night booking we checked out early and went elsewhere the last 2 nights. The tours groups seemed to be most interested in the casino in the Marriott. Of the 3 properties, this was the most peaceful - Shinhwa Hotel is STRICTLY for families with young kids in my opinion, Marriott not worth the extra (they include the pool $ in the price but if you don't swim or weather not good you have paid for it OR unless you want Marriott Points or interested in the Casino right below you and a lot of adult guests roaming around at late hours. We had the connecting room deal (KLOOK or Hotel direct booking only deal) - very good value.

The apartment is very near to the theme park and provides free theme park admission. However, we need to drive out to get to the other attractions. Convenience store is nearby and the sauna and indoor swimming pool is a plus especially during cold weather. The apartment area does not seem to be solely owned by the hotel organisation. Therefore, there may be a mix of residents and tourists.

I attended a conference here and brought my family. We arrived hours before we could check into the hotel. So we had time to explore the hotel and the surroundings. We love the fact that there are so many shops, restaurants as well as ****** and cinema attached to the Marriott. There are 2 theme parks also attached to the site. Guests could enjoy 3 free rides as a bonus. We got to try out quite a number of eating places including the ramen library and did quite a bit of shopping as well. One evening we ordered room service. We had the beef galbi and the ginseng chicken soup with sticky rice. That was delish! For those who want to sightsee there is Osulloc tea museum next door.

Great stay! Loved the pool and pool menu, amazing show from the pool deck too. Food was great! Really close to the beach, waterfalls and botanical gardens. Great views from the hotel.

A great hotel which is really high end. Pools are great though not really great for small kids though was great they had free floatation aids. A shame Customer service sometimes lacked experience, food is great but expensive (even the buffet) and there were some strange limitations like the Italian didn’t serve pasta in the evening and 2 of the restaurants only served set menus. A strange juxtaposition as many of the people staying there seemed to be families. The last thing to mention is the play area is tiny. In the pictures it shows a big room full of toys which it seems is closed now though the website doesn’t mention it

Relaxing serene environment to take a break. Beautiful infinity pool in the middle of the mountain. Great, attentive service. Walking trails were a little strange. But otherwise, very nice stay.

Resort location. Not bad. Lots of things to see around. Parking lot is small. Lobby is small (check-in time takes a long time.) Outdoor pool closes at 5 or 6. Even if you check in at 3, you can only enter at 4. If you unpack and do other things, you can only use the outdoor pool for about 30 minutes. On the other hand, Sky Pool had a better view than I thought. Most of the panoramic pools I've been to are built right next to the coast, but the coastline seen from the hillside was very attractive. Sky Pool at sunset was really nice. As with all resorts, there are many programs, so I think it's a place where you can spend 2 nights to your heart's content for those who plan to do most of their things at the resort. (There are many things to see around, so I think it would be okay to stay 2 nights and 3 days or 3 nights and 4 days as the main accommodation.) Aside from the wear and tear from time to time, the cleanliness was pretty clean. There seemed to be a lot of negative comments about the cleanliness, but I wonder if it has improved or if I was lucky. The reason I gave the facility a 4 is because there are many shopping areas, places to eat, etc., but I think there was a mistake in the design phase. The route is too unreasonable. The distance from the lobby to the room is longer than expected. The distance from the room to the parking lot is very far. The distance from the room to the outdoor pool is also far, and the elevator is slow. The room to the sky pool is adequate (since it is in front of the lobby). This probably can't be improved, so...
