Outward appearance is good, but on closer Inspection it is shabby, once was high class accommodation but now cushions and curtains dirty. Unidentified scraps on bed linen and bathroom had very visible mould. The bath is a great size with headrest, heated floor and good water pressure. Our room had a great view of the lake, but people walking past windows, no real privacy. Good size room interesting room layout.

Overall, the sanitary environment is average, but the service is very good. The hotel facilities are a bit old, the sound insulation effect is poor, and there is some noise near the roadside. However, the transportation is very convenient and it is very close to Bayfair Shopping Center.

Hotel is located at city centre and we found the room to be comfortable and with good basic amenities. No room slipper, shaver like most hotels in Asia, we were provided with shower gel, shampoo, shower cap, vanity kit. Hotel also has gym, pool and hot tub. Overall a pleasant stay with comfortable bed.

I was really pleasantly surprised when I stayed at Distinction Hotel this time! Originally I only booked an ordinary superior room, but we arrived early. The front desk said that the room was still being cleaned, so they were very considerate and upgraded us to Deluxe Twin Room for free! I really didn't expect it~ and the staff were super polite throughout the whole process, which made me feel very warm. The room was bigger than I thought, with two large beds that were soft and comfortable, a desk and two comfortable blue sofa chairs, which were very convenient whether I was sitting and browsing my phone, drinking coffee or packing my luggage. The whole check-in process was very smooth, and the service was also very good. It felt like a hotel that ”cares about the guest experience very well”, and the details were arranged very considerately. I didn't expect that an ordinary check-in would become such a happy experience~

GGuest UserThe location is excellent to the mount for great walks and biking. The apartment was a good size. Great to have secure parking in the underground garage. From there it went down hill…The service, presentation of reception, apartment, lobby etc messy, certainly no detail on cleanness inside the apartment and on the balcony. The bed linen smelt of body oder and no detail to presentation. There was soap missing in the bathroom. We would only stay again if the price was right.
