"It was conveniently located near alot if food places and parking spots. Sadly, the hotel's parking was limited to normal sedan vehicles which my rented veh could not park in. The service staffs were extremely friendly and helpful in guiding me towards another location to park. Only 1 shortfall was that the shower head outlets were mouldy."

"One of the best hotels in our 2 week trip all over Kyushu. It’s situated right from the exit from railway station. But the best part is hotel’s wonderful SPA zone on 20th and 21 floors which is free to use during your stay. Hotel stuff is very positive and polite. Facilities are new and beautiful. It is so good that we didn’t go anywhere in the morning and just stay in the hotel to go to onsen once again. I’m definitely want to return here once again. View from the window also was wonderful"

"The hotel's location is excellent; you can see it right from the JR station platform. After exiting the station, it's just a two-minute walk across the street. There's a Lawson convenience store right outside the hotel to the left. Upon entering the hotel, you're required to remove your shoes (they can be stored in lockers), and the entire hotel is shoeless and very clean. The room isn't large but is perfectly adequate. The bed is small, and the pillow is firm but very comfortable. The bathroom has a separate wet and dry area, which is great for families as it allows for simultaneous use without disturbance. On the 13th floor, there's a hot spring bath with both indoor and outdoor options, as well as private baths. No reservations are needed; you just go directly. If it's busy, you queue and wait; each person gets about 45 minutes. After soaking in the hot spring, there's free ramen and cold drinks available on the first floor at 10 PM. I really love the atmosphere of this hotel! The breakfast is plentiful and delicious, and the service is excellent. There's also a bus stop right outside the hotel where you can catch bus route 24 to Umi Jigoku (Sea Hell) without having to walk back to the JR station."

"The stay was decent overall, but there is definitely room for improvement. While the general experience was okay, the room cleanliness wasn't up to par—specifically, there was an unpleasant odor coming from the cups and the bathroom. Additionally, the door leading from the balcony to the hot spring room couldn't be securely locked, which was a bit concerning. With better housekeeping and maintenance, this would be a much better place to stay."

"Clean and spacious room…it’s very relaxing to stay at the lobby while listening the lady who was playing the piano while drinking the  free drinks..yes you can ger your free drinks at the small bar like coffee,the staff are so friendly and nice..the location is best. Staying at the rooftop with the small bar with free drinks too is nice while watching the Beppu tower in front of you"

"Our stay at Suginoi Resort was wonderful and very memorable. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with a beautiful view that made the stay even more relaxing. The facilities were excellent, especially the onsen and family-friendly amenities. The dinner buffet had a wide variety of choices and everything was fresh and delicious, making it one of the highlights of our stay. Location was convenient and peaceful, perfect for a relaxing getaway. Staff were friendly, polite, and attentive throughout our stay. Overall, we had a very enjoyable experience and would definitely love to visit again ♨️✨"

"The room was incredibly spacious and expansive. Both the private and outdoor onsen baths were very relaxing. The private onsen requires a reservation, and you can book it once. I was lucky enough to have the outdoor onsen all to myself multiple times. Dinner was very rich and delicious, and breakfast was also good. The hotel is a bit far from the station, which isn't very convenient, but you can book a shuttle service at the front desk, and the hotel offers one complimentary shuttle trip."

"Celebrated 520 (May 20th) by booking a more upscale meal that day, and the experience was great ❤️. The location is fantastic! It's a 5-minute walk to Umi Jigoku (Sea Hell), so we went straight there after breakfast when it was less crowded. Regarding service, I have to say: it was the rainy season, and there were many staff members standing at the entrance, but they only bowed. It felt awkward watching adults and children run into the hotel in the rain to check in, and checking out involved carrying our own luggage in the rain too."
