酒店房間相對來説比較大，但房間設施比較簡陋。房間即沒有燒開水的熱水壺，也沒有咖啡壺，連喝水的杯子都沒有。最可恨的是，酒店對大陸客户和台灣客户區別對待。我在網上預訂之後不可取消，不可更改！我六日的行程，因為特殊原因，需要晚到三天，提前兩週和酒店交涉，提出修改行程，但酒店照樣收了六天的房費！而我台灣朋友通過他們直接預訂卻可以隨時取消！我意大利的朋友告訴我，收取我額外三天的房費是不合理的，一般因為晚到最多衹收一晚的房費。

Big structure, large parking and reception H24. One bad thing about the unsonic rooms, bad experience because we haven't sleeped because of some of the boys in the next room. Breakfast could be better organized, there are like coffee or cappuccino.

I like to stay in small ancient cities. It's very romantic and beautiful . This hotel is all thought up to small things . It's amazing how the hostess treats the interior softly . This is the case when there is no question about the small things . The road is not easy , but just do everything instructed. I recommend to all good people .

Lo staff e tutto il soggiorno è stato molto piacevole. Siamo arrivati prima e ci hanno accolti comunque. La posizione centralissima. Colazioni molto buone dal dolce al salato e abbiamo anche avuto la colazione pronta prima di partire presto la mattina. C'è la possibilità di noleggiare le bici, il che consigliamo fortemente perché gli spostamenti col bus o a piedi richiedono molta fatica :))) torneremmo volentieri, GRAZIE!

CChristutiStaff was very courteous, friendly and kind. Very nice and cozy place. Room is very spacious and bathroom is comfortable enough for two people. Mini fridge with water kettle, cups and tea bags available. Here’s the only “complaint” I have and the reason why I only gave 3/5 stars in cleanliness as they were not cleaned and refreshed from the previous guests staying in the room. The cups were used and dirty and empty water bottles were left in the fridge. Not an issue for us but it might be for other guests. Other than that the room and bathroom were very cleaned and well kept. The breakfast is very typical to the region (sweet pastries, toasts, coffee and juices). Would definitely stay again.

GGuest UserI WAS IN PESCARA FOR THE 2024 WORLD SKATE GAMES FOR SPEED SKATING AND THE HOTEL WAS RIGHT AT THE HEART OF ALL THE EVENTS FOR THE WEEKEND RIGHT AT THE START FINISH LINE AND STAGE FOR CEREMONIES. THE STAFF AT THE DESK WAS VERY ACCOMIDATING AND HELPFUL TO OUR NEEDS. BREAKFAST WAS DELICIOUS. DINNER SERVICE AT THE RESTURANT ON THE TOP FLOOR HAD SLOW BAD SERVICE BUT THE FOOD WAS DELICIOUS. I RATE THIS SEPERATE FROM THE HOTEL. DEFINITELY WOULD STAY THERE AGAIN.

RRapid DecentThis is a newer hotel situated in a perfect location. The rooms are large, clean and modern. There is a bus stop across the street and a taxi stand next to the front entrance. It has a cafe attached to the building and a restaurant on the first floor. The staff is very friendly and helpful…I will definitely return!
