The room was spacious, clean, and the bed was comfortable. It had complete amenities, including a minibar and a work desk. The hotel was quiet, although noise from the hallway was sometimes audible. Breakfast was okay, with a varied menu and delicious food. The staff was friendly, but check-in took a while. The pool was clean and the hotel grounds were quite Instagrammable. Suitable for a relaxing getaway or business trip. Hopefully, the service can be improved further. The facilities and infrastructure can also be improved. Not bad variant for 1 night. But! No hot water!!! Slide in room 115 is scored. Strong hearing in room. Breakfast is acceptable. But in the morning staff 6.00 includes music and singing. Probably work more fun ...

First stay at this hotel is very satisfied with the affordable price, the facilities are quite complete, clean, fragrant, and the most pleasant thing is that there is a swimming pool and cafe upstairs with a view of the mountains and Gorontalo city that makes me comfortable and feel at home

Very centrally location and opposite the Gorontalo Mall. Highly recommended
