"Choosing to stay at the Aba Shengsheng InterContinental Hotel during my trip to Aba completely exceeded my expectations. The room window offered breathtaking views of the snow-capped mountains. The first rays of sunlight illuminated the snow-capped peaks in the morning, and the evening sun cast a golden glow on the mountains.
As a newly built hotel in the high-altitude region, the facilities here were very thoughtful. The underfloor heating in the room was very warm, and the humidifier balanced the dryness of the heating. They even thoughtfully provided an oxygen concentrator, allowing me to sleep peacefully and alleviating altitude sickness.
Finally, I must commend the hotel's service, especially the manager, Mr. Yin. From check-in to check-out, Mr. Yin's personal and attentive service made me feel incredibly welcome. He was not only warm and attentive but also very attentive to detail, providing timely and considerate assistance with everything from itinerary suggestions to daily needs. This human touch transformed this trip from a simple accommodation into a warm memory.
In short, this is more than just a hotel; it's a warm home away from home for travelers in Aba. Whether it's the stunning natural scenery, the incredibly comfortable facilities, or the warm service that surpasses even five-star standards, I would wholeheartedly recommend it to all friends visiting Aba. The smart toilet and shower work very well, and there's even a makeup mirror. The toiletries are also very good; it would be perfect if they included body lotion and conditioner.

"Overall, it was okay. The parking lot in the backyard was quite large, easily enough for about a dozen cars, making it driver-friendly. The laundry room was on the first floor, but only one washing machine worked; the other was broken. The room was clean and well-equipped. The only problem was that I booked through Ctrip, and after checking in, another group of people came in and bargained with the receptionist for a much lower price than I'd paid on Ctrip, which was a bit off-putting."

My room was spacious and comfortable, and I appreciated the oxygen supply due to the high altitude—definitely a unique feature that made my stay more pleasant.

Environment: The room facing the street is a bit noisy. It's better to close the windows. The room is half soundproofed. People in the corridor can clearly hear what they say.
❗️Service: The front desk staff was shocked when they saw us bringing dogs in and reminded us that dogs are not allowed to check in. However, I consulted the hotel front desk staff four days in advance. The front desk staff said that dogs can be checked in, so I booked the hotel. But when we arrived at the hotel that day, we were told no. After a heated discussion, the front desk staff said that dogs could be brought in. It's a satisfactory solution. Regarding the lack of professional service capabilities of the front desk staff, the staff did not communicate in advance how to handle the situation of bringing pets in. Business communication needs to be strengthened in the later stage."

"This trip to the Gannan Grand Loop with friends was made even more special by the AZARA Nomad Hotel, a brand under the Jixia Mountain Group! Even before we arrived, the staff were already waiting for us in the parking lot, presenting us with white hada scarves. The lobby was uniquely designed, blending old mud walls and mountain scenery with modern architecture, creating a distinctively rugged beauty of Northwest China! The room itself was the best-designed room we'd had in days, featuring underfloor heating, a terrace, and comfortable beds, instantly relieving our fatigue. In the afternoon, we enjoyed a fruit platter on the terrace behind the room, and at night, we lay half-reclined, gazing at the starry sky, with the bright moon, just past Mid-Autumn Festival, seemingly within reach. The exquisite breakfast in the morning was truly amazing. After breakfast, the staff took us horseback riding on the grassland, overlooking the distant mountains… When one of the women experienced altitude sickness, the staff thoughtfully provided glucose, oxygen cylinders, and specially prepared white porridge! The hotel is also very close to Lianbaoyeze, only a half-hour drive away the next day! This was a very satisfying and comfortable trip, and we look forward to staying here again with our friends!"

GGuest UserThe service attitude of the two girls at the front desk of the hotel was superb and helpful. I was unwell late at night. One of them took the initiative to take a taxi for me. The other insisted on accompanying us to the hospital and assisting in contacting. I was grateful.
The intimateness of the hotel staff is the most intimate of the passengers, always unforgettable, will definitely stay again next time.

The bathroom has sufficient hot water and water pressure, but the only drawback is that the shower head is broken and the top of the wall is wet and the paint is peeling off. The view from the rooftop terrace for breakfast is a plus, and the ingredients are filling.

Right next to the hotel is a very good ”Sichuan and Yu Food Restaurant”—clean and hygienic, with a wide variety of dishes, generous portions, and no overpriced fees! Very convenient!
Service: Ms. Geng, the front desk clerk, was cheerful and enthusiastic, helping with our luggage and providing us with tips. The cleaning lady was very friendly and gave me several bottles of water.

YYuerIt is really rare to have such a rich breakfast in Tibetan areas! Not only are there several refreshing and cool dishes, but also nutritious grains. Just arrived here, the high reaction is serious, and the boss will arrange a micro-pressure oxygen bar when checking in to relieve the high reaction discomfort.
Friends of the pilgrimage must not miss Cixingyuan! Open the window and you can see the Mo Temple up close, and you can also meet the cute rat rabbits. And the location here is super convenient, not far from Langyi Temple and Gelden Temple, and it is also very convenient to go to Lianbaoye.
In terms of hygiene, the whole environment is clean and tidy, and the living is very comfortable. The service is nothing to say, the boss is very enthusiastic and thinks about everything very thoughtfully.

Good location, there are restaurants, supermarkets, and monasteries. It's good to go shopping. It is more convenient to live in Aba County from Lianbaoye.
