ΘΘεοδώραEverything was perfect!! I give the staff ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐!!! I have never met such kind staff, everyone with a smile will serve you with whatever you ask for!! They surprised us for our wedding anniversary with a cake and a candle, they touched us very much!! I thank them all from the bottom of my heart!! Thank you very much to Ms. Elvira (maybe I got her name wrong) in reservations who helped me a lot to book the room, she assured me that everything is as trip.com says and finally I made the decision to book it!! Ms. Maria at the reception is very kind and always smiling!!! Ms. Evangelia, the public relations manager, is very sweet and kind to inform us about everything that interests us!! Ms. Georgia, the maitre d' of the dining room, whatever you asked for, you had it right away!! Ms. Fani is so sweet with her perfect eggs and pancakes, she made my eggs exactly as I asked for them!! Many congratulations to all the staff, they have enslaved us!! As for the hotel, it may indeed need some minor repairs but I don't stay there because everything else was perfect!! The rooms are clean and tidy, the outdoor areas are all tidy, the pools are large and clean, a nice beach with hotel sunbeds at no charge!! Reasonable prices at the bars!! I can say value for money!! I wish we could have stayed longer!! I hope and wish that we will visit you again!!!

GGuest UserThe service was of a very low standard, with staff who were unwilling and unable to answer questions. For example, there's no room service, and the reception denied that they could even provide takeout food for children. All the restaurants close early, by 9:30 PM at the latest. The pool and beach/pool bar close at 6:00 PM. They make mistakes with coffee orders on the beach and shamelessly bring you coffees that have been sitting at another table for 40 minutes. The cleanliness of the area is mediocre. Overall, it was a negative experience despite the nice location. A shame, I don't recommend it for relaxation and enjoyment.

GGuest UserI recently spent a few nights at this adults-only sanctuary, and it was a highly relaxing experience overall.The Good:The modern, boho-chic architecture blends beautifully with the surrounding olive groves and the gorgeous views of the Aegean Sea. The entire property is exceptionally clean, and the rooms feel brand new, fresh, and very comfortable. I particularly loved the main swimming pools and the wellness vibe—taking the morning yoga and pilates classes with a view of the sea was a true highlight. The staff are also incredibly welcoming, polite, and always eager to help.Room for Improvement:While the breakfast buffet was good, the variety of the hot food selections could be slightly improved for a luxury resort. Additionally, since the property is still relatively new, you can occasionally spot minor service delays during peak hours at the restaurant.That being said, it is an amazing place for anyone looking for ”barefoot luxury” and peace away from the crowds. I would definitely consider coming back!

GGuest UserThe receptionist Penny was super helpful. We had problems in our journey to Ammouliani and we almost didn't make it but we called to the hotel and Penny helped us and saved our trip. And even during our stay she remained kind and helpful by suggesting us places to have dinner. She was always smiling and speaking to other guests. I guess everybody loves her because she's super amazing. Our room was very nice and bed was super comfy. We were welcomed with an unexpected drink when we got to the hotel, which was very nice. The only cons I can think of was the shower, since it was an open shower it created a pool in our bathroom We went to check the private beach but didn't swim, but is seemed very nice for an sunset swim.
