Very good hotel with very friendly staff. We had a beautiful, big room. It was very clean and everything looked new. The bed and pillows where very good. It' s 10/15 minutes from Casco Viejo by foot. And a 15 minute drive to the airport. Would definitly book again.

We enjoyed our room which had a balcony although no seating. We did not notice noise from the busy street. The breakfast room had a lovely buffet and the bar area was cosy and enjoyable. Front desk staff were helpful in locating restaurants and showing us where everything was on a map. Our only downside was the parking stall designated to us was very, very tight for our rental vehicle. Overall we enjoyed the hotel.

Tout cela c’est sans parler de l’isolation des chambres qui est quasiment inexistante. Nous sommes déçus par notre nuitée.

The hot water and water pressure in the shower were good. The bathtub was filled with hot water quickly. I didn't eat breakfast, but it seemed like you could eat it on the same day for around 14€. This is a hotel I would like to stay at again when I come to San Sebastian again.

Unfortunately the hotel was a little underwhelming for me. We stayed for 3 nights at the City room, which says it can come with two Twin beds, a double bed, Queen, or King-size. I must have been unlucky because we had a double bed and room was tiny (there is no way a queen or king size bed can be included in the room). The layout was very odd: room was very small but it had a wide entrance and sizeable showers and toilet which was as big as the room. The only positive was the balcony which was quite nice (and big!). The breakfast was quite nice with plenty of choices so we enjoyed that. The other positive was the nice rooftop pool and lounge which would be nice during a hot summer. The gym is pretty good for the hotel, you can get a good workout here. And the indoor pool/sauna is delightful. We spent a few hours here relaxing (and inclusive of hotel price). However,i would also say the location is not ideal for us. We only had 3 days and most of the attractions are located and tours in the old town which was 15-20min walk away, so as we spent a lot of time there with rests in between day and night, we spent a lot of time walking back and forth which became tedious after a few days. When I come back to SS i would likely find a hotel closer to the old town. This is just my recommendation though.

Interesting experience. Location great for bus station and tram so easy access anywhere. Spotlessly clean, friendly reception. Weirdest shaped room I've ever been in! Bed good. Shower good. All a bit tight for space but for what I paid it's great value for a solo traveller. Major drawback is the buzzing fusebox in the room which is only solved by removing the room card which knocks the room power off. Not a problem when sleeping but keep your phone handy to use as a torch if you need to go to the toilet and so need to slot the key card back in place for room lighting. If you get a great rate I'd choose here all day but if not perhaps I'd look elsewhere to see what's on offer. Bars/restaurants and shops in easy walking distance.

Perfect location overlooking the river (virtually next door to the Conde Duque), a 15 minute walk from the Guggenheim. The room was spotless, quiet and very comfortable. I went for the B&B option - the buffet breakfast was excellent, including a glass of cava, if that's your thing! The staff were helpful, efficient and friendly seemingly able to switch between Spanish, English and German. As seems to be the norm these days, the rooms have USB points, so UK visitors don't need to bring an adaptor to charge their phones.

There was a minibar with complimentary water 2 still and 1 sparkling, 2 beers and 2 Coca Cola which was replenished every day. There is a coffee machine. Good controllable air conditioning. The Bathroom had a large walk-in shower. There is a nightclub nearby so there is some noise at night so if you are a light sleeper you should ask for a quiet room. Perfect location - The hotel is 15 min stroll to the Guggenheim museum and its about 10 minute walk from the centres of both the old and new towns, there is a Corte Ingles about 10 mins walk away on the main street and the hotel is just a couple of minutes from the river. The Lobby bar is great and the staff are pleasant and helpful and prices are very reasonable – it was lovely sitting outside having a glass of wine. It is very easy to get to from the airport A3247 bus stop, Journey from the airport is about 20 minutes. Great staff All the staff we met were helpful. Reception is on the 3rd Floor.
