Hotels With Breakfast in Red Sea Governorate, Egypt

The hotel facilities are excellent. It's a huge resort with many water activities and a wide selection of food and beverages available all day long. There's also a wide variety of evening activities and performances. Overall, it's quite nice. The only problem is the attitude of the hotel's front desk staff is quite poor. It doesn't meet the standards of the hospitality industry. The doormen and the restaurant staff are much better than the front desk staff!

Perfect hotel in every thing , early check-in and free upgrade to marina room , friendly and professional stuff in every department ,the most clean hotel I had ever seen. You can't get better view than Pickalbatros Citadel ever. I met a serious problem in check in after the cheerful welcoming form every one of stuff. The problem was that my reservation rate from trip.com was not for Egyptian people and I have to pay a difference fees to the hotel about 15 USD, Mr. Mahmoud and Mr. Mohamed Rashed from the reservation team told me that issue and asked me to contact with the customer support team of trip.com . Once I contacted trip.com customer support team they solved the problem in only 5 mins and covered the difference for me. I payed the hotel and trip.com compensate them for me. Thank trip.com & Pickalbatros Citadel. I will come again for sure, and my next reservations will be by trip.com as a trusted site.

Not a bad hotel by Egyptian standards. I needed somewhere to spend two nights after a dive safari, for these purposes the hotel is excellent) Located 15 minutes drive from the airport. I think families with children under 12 will like it here. Sandy beach, which is not common in Egypt, and shallow sea. Surprisingly good food, compared to what it was 7-8 years ago. A la carte restaurants as always leave much to be desired, well, I'm spoiled by Moscow and European)) perhaps 4 stars can be given (this is my rating)) I liked everything, even the animation dies down after 11 - does not interfere with sleep) Egyptians are growing up

Conclusion first: This hotel is worth it and the service is very good. I will come again on my next trip to Egypt. Let's talk about the details Food: There are many choices for all three meals, especially dinner, and there are Asian restaurants to choose from. Both of us from Chongqing adapted to the food and felt very comfortable. We didn't have diarrhea like we did when we traveled to Thailand. Accommodation: The room was very clean and large, facing the atrium swimming pool directly. There was the sea on the side. Very good. Sea view: The beautiful Red Sea is very quiet and beautiful, and the jelly-like sea surface can be seen everywhere. Service: I didn't see any discrimination by the staff at all. They even welcome Chinese people. Since our driver would arrive late, he also helped us to delay the check-out for 2 hours for free.

It is in the harbor scenic area, which is very convenient for taking a glass boat. The hotel elevator is broken and there is no money to repair it. We can only ask the waiter to move it. It is very inconvenient to find someone. The environment is very good and the price-performance ratio is OK. There are toiletries, a large bottle of water, and the room is also very large, but the elevator is broken

The hotel is very large. We stayed in a room on the first floor. The overall environment was relatively clean. However, when we first checked in, we found several hairs on the sink in the toilet. The room was dimly lit. The food in the restaurant was not tasty. During outdoor activities, we could see the staff cleaning all the time. This hotel is very suitable for bringing children to play various amusement facilities. It is far from the hotel's own beach and there are many people. You can either take a shuttle bus or walk there.

Fabulous stay half board stay. Kids loved it! The bathroom was spacious with dressing, cupboards and drawers. The room was on a smaller scale for 2 adults and 2 children. One child shared the bed with adults, while the other had a sofa turned into bed with sheets provided (not a standard sofa bed) so could only accommodate one child.

Close to the airport. The restaurant was a bit overpriced for the standard and quality, but at least the service was pleasant. I also was not pleased with leaving my documents with the receptionist overnight, as in the morning when checking out they forgot the return it back.

We had an amazing five-day stay at Meraki Resort. As a 4-star hotel, it exceeded our expectations. The staff were incredibly nice, always ready to serve, and very helpful throughout our stay. The rooms were really nice and comfortable, and we loved the modern architecture and style of the entire place. The food was delicious, with a great variety of options to choose from every day. Special mention to Chef Yosri, who was very helpful and attentive, ensuring everything was really good and high quality. The hospitality and dining experience truly made our vacation special. Highly recommend!

this hotel was beyond my expectations .we are extremely satisfied.the staff is very kind,helpful.their service is just great.almost all of foods were delicious.they also keep hotel very clean.we enjoyed our vacation and strongly recommend.
