The main draw of this hotel is the location and leisure facilities. If you like to keep fit or need to get fit - then this is a perfect hotel for that - as you can integrate it into your trip whether it be for business or holiday. The pool and gym are the most impressive facilities I’ve come across in a hotel. If you can’t swim I’m sure there are lessons available which would be a great thing to do no matter the purpose of your trip. Thought the room was comfortable enough but I suppose if you weren’t using the hotel facilities you may feel it’s overpriced - we didn’t think this because we used the excellent pool and gym. We had a couple of cocktails in the lounge bar that were excellent and the service in the hotel was very attentive.

What a special place! Created to look like a desert fortress with beautiful hand-woven rugs hanging in the corridor and a gorgeous mural of the Silk Road in the reception area. The terrace restaurant was a superb place for breakfast with views of the Gobi sand dunes and starry skies at night. The breakfast was enormous, just fabulous, with both Chinese and Western choices. Freshly made noodle soup and omelets and waffles… pretty much anything you could want. Friendly staff, big, well appointed rooms, superior bathroom, everything was great. The location is a little ways from the center of town, but there is a bus across the street that will take you there for two yuan. And you can walk to the right from the hotel for fifteen minutes through a bazaar to a nature site. Loved it!

I stayed in Lanzhou while traveling to Xinjiang. With a large group of children, I chose this family-friendly hotel, which was truly excellent. 👍🏻 It's newly opened, and the environment and cleanliness are top-notch. There are also many delicious restaurants nearby. The service was also excellent. Overall, I was quite satisfied. I just thought the room was a little small, and the price was a bit high. Hahaha. Honestly, though, it's really nice. They have six washers and dryers. The parking lot is directly connected to the hotel rooms. Parking is free, so all good.

We had a pleasant 3 night stay at this hotel. The hotel receptionist (special mention to Thien Lee) assisted us with many things during our stay as language can be a barrier here, including organising a tour for us which ended up being cheaper than hiring DiDi, plus we get to see two sites than the original intended one attraction site only. We're very thankful for that The hotel also provided breakfast and we were served well. Man Ronghua (waitress) accomodated all our food request as we can only have halal food. The ala carte food served was also very delicious. The hotel itself was clean, spacious and very comfortable. We would definitely return again

My first impression upon arrival was that the place was a bit remote and surprisingly deserted. However, my experience changed immediately after checking in. First, the service was excellent. We even upgraded our room because we had children. The amenities were all high-end, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. Because it's a bit remote, there aren't many people, which is my favorite part of any trip. The endless sand sea is stunning, but it really depends on personal taste. We were a family trip, and we wanted to experience something different. Since the weather was incredibly hot, we decided to get up early to watch the sunrise and go sandboarding. It was a fantastic experience, a truly unique escape from the hustle and bustle of the city. The kids had a blast, and it was a truly memorable experience. Unfortunately, a sandstorm hit just before we left, otherwise we could have stayed longer. I recommend bringing plenty of food with you.

We stayed in this hotel as the base to see the Colourful Mountains. The hotel is old which is ok but it is not as clean as many guests have described. There was hair in the shower and the bathroom is patched up. Also, I would not recommend this hotel for nonsmokers as we are because there is smoking in the common areas. The entire hotel including the rooms smell of stale smoke which have seeped into the carpets and furnishings. You constantly feel choked up with fresh and stale cigarette smoke throughout the entire stay. That said, this viewpoint may be our problem because we are visitors from a country that has banned smoking in enclosed public spaces and it is what we are accustomed to. On another note, the service and hospitality was excellent and we thank the hotel team for this.

I am already an old customer. I will choose to stay in this hotel every time I come. Different from the traditional hotel style in the city, the room is very design-oriented. The boss also explained the design of the hotel very seriously. I felt the style of rammed earth in the city, coupled with the carefully designed lighting, a kind of quietness and tranquility in the noisy city, very comfortable. In terms of details, it is very clean and tidy. It is hard to imagine a hotel that has been in business for four years. It is very new. The bed in the hotel is very comfortable to sleep on, and the hot water is also sufficient. I especially like the atmosphere of the lights at night. The hotel also has a book bar. I enjoy the afternoon tea and reading books. The whole city of Jiayuguan is not big, and it is very convenient to go out.

The location is great, not far from two major scenic spots, and the environment is also very good. They actually managed to grow bamboo in the south, which is quite impressive. The TV in the room didn't work, but the other facilities were good. The view out the window was a bit shabby (^.^) (^.^). The breakfast was rich and delicious, and the front desk lady was also very helpful. I even called a free car when I left!

Location is good, staff friendly and able to speak English, very helpful and nice. The room was decently decorated however there were a few inconveniences you would not expect from Hilton. Curtains were missing, noticed too late, in the morning the light was so bright through the sheer, my sleep was disturbed. The room was extremely hot (27 degrees celsius) while the ac was working it still felt too hot. The mattresses felt somewhat different from other Hilton hotels. I struggled falling asleep and kept waking up throughout the night. The internet speed is locked behind a Hilton membership (2025, having wifi locked behind membership is insane) The bathtub didn’t have any toiletries nearby, if you want to take a bath and wash yourself you will have to get out of the bathtub and reach for the shower gel or whatever else you need or bring your toiletries with you and put them next to the bathtub before getting in. The view was nice however the sofa in front of the big windows with the city view had stains and dark spots on it making it a bit uncomfortable to sit on it for too long.

The hotel is located perfectly. It is in the center and on top of a shopping mall with many dining options. We were warmly welcomed by the staff. The rooms are spacious and clean. The breakfast was very good and offered different dishes daily. Overall very satisfied, I would recommend this hotel to other travelers visiting Jiayuguan.
