The hotel's restaurant is delicious, the spa is also very good, it is worth experiencing, there are fewer people on the beach, there are not many snorkelers, the water is very clear, but there are many plants and mosquitoes. If you eat in that restaurant, you will be bitten by insects all the time. Overall, from the airport pick-up to the airport drop-off, every waiter in the hotel is smiling, very kind and friendly. I like it here very much. I think you should not stay in Rarotonga when you come to the Cook Islands, you should spend more time here
If you're looking for the perfect romantic getaway, look no further than the private island resort. My wife and I recently stayed here for our honeymoon, and we couldn't have been happier with our experience.
From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm hospitality and a welcoming atmosphere. The hotel staff were super friendly and proactive throughout our stay, which ensure that our stay was comfortable and enjoyable!
We stayed in an overwater bungalow, the room was beautifully decorated, with a stunning sea view and lagoon right in front of our balcony and all the amenities we could have asked for. Despite there is no free wifi, but who needs when you are this close to the ocean and lagoon.
But what really made our stay unforgettable was the incredible service we received. The hotel staff anticipated our every need to make our honeymoon truly special.
Overall, we would highly recommend Aitutaki Lagoon Resort & Spa to anyone looking for a romantic and memorable getaway. We can't wait to return and experience the impeccable service and comfort once again.
Good things:
1. they let you use hotel facilities during your check out day.
2. Clean
3. The private beach
Bad things:
1. paid WiFi (in 2025)
2. VERY poor breakfast.
3. Issues during check-in
Very nice resort, it should be a chain hotel. I also encountered it in Queenstown. There is a beach and sea behind the hotel. Rarotonga is surrounded by lagoons, so the hotel is very suitable for snorkeling. The swimming pool is relatively small, but the activities are very Complete, tennis, table tennis, dancing, etc. We also participated in the International Hermit Crab Contest, with bets, very funny, breakfast is average, basically bread, rooms are good, spacious enough, not expensive, We have stayed at several hotels in the same price range on the island, this one should be the best
Hotel location is very good, must book a sea view room, the lagoon landscape is superb, not suitable for children, the pool is very small, many stones on the beach are not beaches, the lagoon is very shallow children can snorkel but there is no fish. On the day of the check-in, the hotel said that the sea view room area does not accept children. After the Ctrip communication shop, it is necessary to change to the poolside room. The front desk has arranged a sea view room. The process is somewhat unclear. The hotel facilities are relatively simple and old, the restaurant is not big, the dishes are not much, the breakfast is simple in Western style, and there are fruits such as papaya and orange. The front desk and restaurant staff are very welcoming. Car rental is convenient, and it is convenient to book a day trip. Rarotonga is very small. There are two buses in clockwise and counterclockwise directions. The hotel is getting on and off at the entrance of the hotel and it takes about an hour around the island. Ten minutes from the airport, the front desk helps to book a taxi to the airport for $30. The hotel is generally satisfactory and will consider staying.
We had two rooms for our family. The beach suite was very spacious and had an amazing view of the lagoon. The beach was so calm and beautiful. We loved the kayaking and paddle boarding. The food was good but after a few days we were sick of the menu. Luckily the location is great and you can walk to other restaurants.
With a stay at Palm Grove in Rarotonga (Takitumu District), you'll be within a 15-minute drive of Muri Beach and Takitumu Conservation Area. This beach resort is 1.5 mi (2.4 km) from Wigmore's Waterfall and 2.1 mi (3.4 km) from Aroa Beach.
Relax on the private beach or enjoy other recreational amenities such as an outdoor pool and bicycles to rent. Additional features at this resort include wireless internet access (surcharge), concierge services, and babysitting (surcharge).
Grab a bite to eat at Yellow Hibiscus, a restaurant where you can enjoy drinks at the bar/lounge, take in the garden view, and even dine alfresco. You can also stay in and take advantage of the room service (during limited hours). Mingle with other guests at the complimentary reception, held daily.
Featured amenities include a computer station, luggage storage, and laundry facilities. A roundtrip airport shuttle is provided for a surcharge (available 24 hours).
Make yourself at home in one of the 22 air-conditioned rooms featuring kitchens with full-sized refrigerators/freezers and stovetops. Your pillowtop bed comes with premium bedding. Rooms have private furnished balconies or patios. Wireless internet access (surcharge) keeps you connected, while MP3 docking stations help you enjoy your music in the comfort of your room.
This hotel is very cost-effective, especially suitable for traveling with children or families. It is close to the beach on the beach. The location of the restaurant is great. You can watch the sunrise early and the sunset late. Although there are not many types of breakfast, it is perfect for children to eat. Feed fish, the lunch order is good, the price is about $ 15-28, the dinner dinner variety is over $ 18-36, there is a music party after dinner, it is good to have a drink and listen to music; the hotel's snorkeling, kayaking and other equipment They are all provided free of charge. Many children in the hotel have play areas and swimming pools for children. The scenery of the lagoon is also very beautiful, and the clean sea beaches are also very soft. Because they go in the off-season, they are generally cost-effective.
This resort fitted my purpose well. Love this adults only resort and location just right on the beach. Each villa is stand alone with your own entrance & patio area which is what I like. You are not attached with other rooms or share space. Facilities inside the room just same as the pictures. Good value & room price, includes breakfast.
Overall, a clean & tidy complex, friendly staff, good size swimming pool. I definitely will choose Crown beach resort again.
Hotel service is really good, cost-effective. Breakfast 🥣 There is nothing, ordinary Western breakfast, but because of the late rise, the packaged and delivered to the room every day feels very good. The most important disadvantage is that it is not by the sea, but there is an outdoor swimming pool, which makes up for it appropriately. The room has air conditioning and kitchen. If you come to Cook Islands next time, you will still consider living here.

YYUTAOAwesome experience, hotel accommodation for more than two thousand one night, but the price is very high, the airport free pick-up and drop-off, garlands welcome farewell. Hearty breakfast, a variety of free facilities to slide banana boats, snorkeling, lying in a hammock to watch the sky, and look up at the stars at night. The single-family cabin has two shower rooms inside and outside. The hotel also gave honeymoon layout, impeccable. On Thursday evening, I had a buffet to see a performance of 70 Singapore dollars, and I was very satisfied with it.

GGuest UserWe had a fantastic time - the pool, lagoon, cocktails and food were all excellent - but the staff were hands down the best part of our stay. They were all kind, friendly and considerate, and remembered everyone's name. My pedicure & massage were also wonderful. We are definitely returning for another visit.
GGuest UserThe hotel is right next to Little Polynesian, convenient location, you can take the bus to the town, the beach is very beautiful, can enjoy the ocean view directly from room. The room is clean, with cutlery and a kettle, but the bath water is not stable.
BBieluolieqinsikeguanyuThe service is very good. I upgraded to a sea view room. The view is very beautiful, but there is no beautiful lobby or restaurant. However, it is convenient to eat. There is a good restaurant one minute walk from the beach. We have a two o'clock flight and the hotel Let me stay until one o'clock. This is an advantage that other hotels do not have. I am very satisfied.
GGuest UserWe stayed one night before an early flight. The location was great and the food at the restaurant was great. The room was nice and comfortable. The bar music was loud until 11pm on a Saturday night.
