Fantastic locations, a direct subway line 2 from airport to Peoples Square station exit 8. Really quick and convienient and hotel stand in front of traffic light. Easy to find. Very happy with the service. Hotel heard us on over night flight and they arranged us a room by 10 am. The hotel full of history, particularly like the well refurbished furniture and deco. Behind the hotel, there are many eateries. Easy to navigate ti all place of attractions and walking distant to the Bund and Nanking East walking street. Very pleasant experience. Also a nice pastry beside the hotel.

I had an excellent experience staying at the Moller Villa. Free welcome gift in each room is a bonus .  All staff were friendly and provided great help.  One female staff at the front desk was very considerate, upgrading one of my room to be next to my other room.  The breakfast buffet had a variety of items that were all delicious. Also I enjoyed the hotel’s afternoon tea and two nights of dinner. It’s worth listening to the detailed story of the moller villa through the complimentary tour.  The hotel’s structure is unique and the view is beautiful .  It’s a wonderful place for taking pictures .  In summary, I had an excellent experience staying at the hotel; definitely recommend to my friends.  When I checked out , Cristian Guo and Devin Jiang were very kind to offer two small free gifts .  Thank you very much.

Booked 1️⃣night at the newly opened Shanghai Expo Kapok Hotel, a Hyatt Collection Hotel, this weekend. First of all, the hotel's location is very advantageous. From the room, you can see the Pudong 3-piece suite and the Oriental Pearl Tower, and the Mercedes-Benz Pavilion is right in front of you. Due to the very hot weather, we dined at the hotel's Xiao Nanyang Restaurant. As soon as we stepped into the restaurant, the aroma attracted us. The waiter Xiao Zheng enthusiastically and proactively arranged for us to be seated, poured tea, and skillfully introduced the dishes. Squirrel mandarin fish is our favorite. It is a dish we must order every time we dine in a hotel. When I asked Xiao Zheng how this dish was, the young man confidently said, don't worry, this is our specialty and we will not let you down. I went into the kitchen to communicate with the head chef. The squirrel mandarin fish tonight was indeed delicious, crispy on the outside and tender on the inside with the right sweet and sour taste. Clearing the plate was the best recognition. Thank you Xiao Zheng for his warm and friendly service. We enjoyed the food while chatting happily. 🥳🥳

Best location for me. The hotel is historical and located in the heart of the old central Shanghai district, surrounded by most of the chic bars and restaurants. Although the interior is outdated, it is still very clean and well maintained.

A family of three went to Shangdi for fun, and a friend recommended a homestay. The boss and the boss's wife are very nice, enthusiastic pick-up and drop-off, and the route is very clear, so you don't take the wrong way in and out of the park! (This is very important when your legs and waist are about to be broken after playing all day) The homestay is in the village, the environment is very quiet, the cows and horses like it very much, and so does my family. I hope to live here for a month or two without working to cleanse my soul😂 There is a swimming pool in front of the homestay. The temperature is not enough now and it has not been opened. The children like it very much😍 The swing downstairs is also very popular! In addition, the smart toilet in the room is great! Finally, I have to highly praise the pancakes from the boss's breakfast stall. The children ate it for two mornings and didn't eat enough!

We really enjoy this hotel, sadly the pool was closed this last time we went (it would’ve been nice if it had been open, considering the warm and sunny weather!) But we’ll definitely go again :)

Stayed there for two nights. Clean hotel, nice room. Taxi driver had trouble to find a entrance to the hotel, so maybe they should put signs to navigate. Very close to the airport, super solution to come here, overnight and go to the airport for an early morning flight. Huge hotel, many hotels in the same resort. Children's playground is big, spacious, but it needs to be cleaned sometimes. It's extra charge. Breakfast is good. We'll come back for sure.

I won the lottery of Shanghai Tour and booked a basic room to visit Xijiao Hotel. It was quite beyond my expectation. I thought that the facilities of the state guesthouses with a long history would be old, but Xijiao Hotel seemed to have been renovated a few years ago, so the basic room was not bad. Every night, 5 large wontons and freshly squeezed orange juice were delivered to each person, and there was a small robot delivering orange juice. The children were very curious. The whole hotel is very, very, very big. I heard it was big before, but I didn’t expect it to be so big. It takes 1km to walk from the main building to the children’s playground in the sports center, including the swimming pool. I had to give up swimming, otherwise it would feel very cold when I returned to the room. Hotel accommodation can visit the garden including the pavilion in the center of the lake, and enter by swiping a card, but I have a suggestion. When I went there in the afternoon, there were people without room cards waiting at the door to pick up the leak. There were also people without room cards in the garden who couldn’t get out. We went there like the waiter opened the door for them, and there was no staff watching. This situation will definitely happen. Maybe it’s a gray area that turns a blind eye. The garden is really very, very beautiful. You can visit it for an hour or two. The children like it very much. I will come again next time.

I'd visited this hotel a few years back. At that time, there was no outdoor pool, and the indoor one had a cool transparent glass infinity design. But this time, the outdoor pool absolutely blew me away – it totally exceeded my expectations! It's incredibly beautiful, so much fun, and really expansive, with clearly defined swimming areas for both kids and adults. I absolutely adore the 'mini-Sanya' vibe it offers. They've also created a 'Squirrel Kingdom' playground for children, making it perfect for families who just want to relax and enjoy the hotel facilities all day. The evening buffet was fantastic! It's so convenient and wonderful to spend an entire day at the hotel without needing to step out. The dinner buffet was also excellent value for money, offering steak, lamb chops, sashimi, and a great variety of kid-friendly options. My only minor complaint is that drinks weren't included, haha. However, buying a bottle of red wine separately at the hotel wasn't overly expensive. It's a pity we only stayed for one day; we're already planning to return for two days next month! When we checked out, a staff member named Bob was incredibly thoughtful, giving us a huge fruit platter and a gift for our child. Wishing the hotel continued success and prosperity! We'll definitely be frequent visitors!

The hotel really lives up to its name, the room was very large and cozy, although the hotel was constructed much long ago, its facilities are modern yet reminiscent of the 1930's era. The service was outstanding, they offered to help transport luggage as well as offering us a small tour of the hotel and guided us to our room. Overall, the hotel has everything you need with a populous street market beside, you couldn't possibly need more.
