My full name is Nguyen Ngoc Tien, Check in April 14, Check out April 15 I rarely write Review in TripAdvisor except I am pleased or disappointed with the facility. I could say the customer service in the hotel is excellent, nothing to complain. The reason: - I have some problems with VAT invoice because I am not sure VAT tariff for some commodities ( either 8% or 10% ) that makes discrepancy between Sales invoice and VAT invoice and more than my expectation, Finance staff comes to work earlier and fix for me the document right away. -Facilities in the room are very good and nice, thanks for that. -Breakfast buffet is diversity with local foods. This hotel is quite new so everything is in good condition at the moment. The room - a deluxe king - was large with a big window. The bed was comfortable, firm but not hard, it was very quiet & the aircon was silent. The bathroom was good with a large walk-in shower cubicle & all the usual items provided. The WiFi worked very well. The buffet breakfast was extensive but geared to Asian tastes, there was no black tea & bacon was cut into small pieces & mixed with vegetables. The Chef station provided omelettes, fried eggs, eel soup & pho. The hotel is very close to the airport & there is a bus stop close by on both sides of the road & numerous taxis. Vinh is a very nice town with the river, parks & lakes & several places of historical & scenic interest outside the town. There are numerous authentic Vietnamese eating places close to the hotel. On the down side amazingly there was no drawer space in the bedroom, though there was plenty of room, not even a shelf in the large wardrobe. There were small drawers in the bedside tables & these had to suffice. The in-room safe was on the floor of the wardrobe making it difficult to access for elderly & impossible for disabled people. On occasion I could smell cigarette smoke from people smoking in the corridor but this was our fault as we hadn't asked for a non-smoking area. The hotel is a long way from the town centre, it is possible to walk it but not recommended if the weather is very hot & humid.

The rooms are very clean and modernly decorated. Elegant furniture, a clean working bathroom with everything you need. You feel right very well. The service is always ready to help whatever problem you have. The breakfast offer is extensive and easy to handle. Price performance is true. In the whole, I was very satisfied. Come back

This is my second stay at this hotel, my go to place in Vinh city due to it being located next to VRC. Lotte cinema is there, dreamgames for kids, pool plus for a fee

We are on a road trip from Hanoi to Saigon and decided to stay in Cua Lo for one night. As we are hotellier, GM had kindly upgraded us to a Suite which has the best sea view from two glass walls. We felt so fascinated with their room with a large living room, jacuzzi bathtub and shower cabinet. We were vegan during our stay but hotel team accommodated us very well. We will definitely recommend our friends to stay here. Thank you very much for your hospitality!

The hotel environment is very beautiful. You can choose from sea view rooms or villas. The location is a little out of the way, but it will get lively soon. The room is clean and tidy, and the breakfast is rich. I am currently staying in the off-season, so the hotel is quiet!

This time the hotel arranged for us to stay on the 9th floor of a high-rise building, where we could enjoy the scenery outside the window and a bird's eye view of Vinh City and the beautiful night view. In addition, the service attitude of the front desk staff is very good, and they will take the initiative to care about the quality of the stay. The breakfast meals are also very rich, especially the eel soup for breakfast, which is very delicious. There is also an exclusive parking space for parking, which is convenient, and the security guard outside the door is friendly. Overall, the service is very professional and highly recommended. The room is ok but with a 4-star standard, I don't think I came, the air conditioner is old, a bit noisy. The reception is mostly happy, but there is a receptionist named Tam (female) who is very uncomfortable, talking to guests very rudely, doing the service should not recruit such receptionists, too unprofessional compared to Muong Thanh brand. Only the one located near the place I travel on business, so I chose it. If I travel next time, I will not book this place.

Very nice location, in a quiet but close proximity to the beach and restaurants. The hotel felt very clean and they staff were friendly and accommodating. They had a garage for my bike which was convenient.

Stayed there for a night while on a business trip through the province. The hotel at that time was still semi operational due to the virus situation. The images on their webpage look very nice, but they are very outdated, and it is more than evident that the hotel is at a stage where major improvement and upgrading is urgently necessary. From what I saw, the 7th or 8th floor was undergoing major renovation works. The room itself was OK, everything worked, inclusive or WIFI, although a bit slow but working. But again, what is presented on the webpage looks very different in reality. Considering that I was told that it still is the best hotel in town, choices are limited. In summary, it is a local hotel and when you stay there, you must be aware of it. But it is manageable for a night or two

Checked into this hotel for 5 nights and extended to 9 nights. It is very comfortable here thanks to the amazing staff who have all excelled in making us feel welcome. Booked a double room which was light and airy, very spacious and well equipped. Housekeeping is very thorough and efficient and maintained daily to a very good standard. The pool are is very clean and also spacious but may be could have more comfortable sun loungers with padded rests. Breakfast is fantastic with an extensive variety of quality dishes. Overall this was a great hotel.

The surrounding environment is good. There is a bar next door which is very fun. It is also a good choice for singles.

The hotel service is quite poor. The tram service you bought is not included in the room rate, so when you wait for frustration, you still can’t see where the car goes to the hotel. When the car goes to the zoo to visit, all enter 10 1, even if your ticket is a two-way ticket, The one-stop trip in front of the zoo will not go anywhere, but never go to the hotel. The zoo may not have someone to take care of these animals. They are all drowsy, their houses are smelly, dirty, and they look dying. The breakfast buffet is all but not a continuous supplement, and people who are late are always out of food. At night, the resort has no lights for dark strolls, and no trams to tour the night. This is wasteful because the day is very hot and the cool night is not dark. A better manager is needed to grow, but at this rate, visitors will only come once and never come back. The swan is in a shallow water tank. The dirty water is not recycled water, and no natural habitat is created. The rhino can no longer climb up the hillside to eat grass. He stood there.
