If you want to eat fruit, you can ask the tricycle driver to buy fruit, and you will bring four fruit wholesale stores (similar). The first one is close to the street. Don’t buy it because the boss will speak Chinese, and the fruit will be sold. It won't be Chinese, but fruit can be bargained and much cheaper than the first one. Little durian is my favorite. I want to pack the durian back to the hotel. Remember to put the durian meat in the box and wrap it in plastic wrap to enter the hotel. Remember to bring the whole durian into the hotel.

This is definitely not a 5 star. A good 3 star. The hotel has seen better times. No renovations have been done since it opened. The location and concept of the hotel are great, but the condition of the rooms and grounds leaves much to be desired. The staff is not trained, the level of service is not even close to 5 stars. The hotel is aimed at locals, and their service level requirements are not very high. For now, this is a 3 star hotel.

I stayed at Holidays Pier Hotel for 2 days during my business trip on November 2025 . The room was beautifully and clean. The location was perfect with city view. The staff went above and beyond to ensure we had a comfortable stay. However, the air conditioning in our room was a bit noisy. Overall, it was a delightful experience.
