It is nice staying in that hotel. Their breakfast is very excellent, the people are very friendly, and the location is not far from city center. I wish i stayed more than the days i booked.
Advantages:
Polite staff, excellent sound insulation, cozy rooms, delicious breakfasts, ski transfer, nice rooftop restaurant.
Flaws:
The room equipment is boring, there is nothing except soap, water and towels.
Overpriced for expectations.
But overall I liked it.
The hotel is new and beautifully designed. The rooms are spacious, and it was a wonderful surprise that the non-smoking room smelled so fresh. Its location is right in the city center, and the breakfast is of very high quality. I would definitely stay here again if I return to Kayseri.
The location of the hotel was great. We didn’t had breakfast but It looked really nice. There was plenty of choice. The room was spacious enough. It was a good hotel according to Its price. There is free parking. There is EV charging in the next hotel.
I thought the service quality would be better if I stayed at a chain hotel. I didn't expect that there was no Chinese customer service staff, and the waiter couldn't even speak English fluently. The service attitude was very good, but communication was difficult.
The room is not particularly big, but it is enough for one person, much better than ibis. The most satisfying thing is the variety of breakfast, I like it very much, it satisfies the Chinese taste buds. There are different hot dishes every day for three days.
Everything was great, nice and clean hotel. I liked the fact that it was close to the airport in Kayseri. I had a relaxing stay, swimming and using the sauna and steam room as well. I had an early flight, so l wasn’t able to have breakfast. I will stay here again if l ever come back.

That does mean there was some train noise - I enjoyed that - but there are only a handful of trains for those not so keen. I was on the top floor facing the station and road - when I closed the windows, traffic noise almost disappeared. It is a couple of km to the centre of town, which is why I only made location a 4, but there are plenty of buses. There are some fast food places nearby - the pizza place is pretty good. Hotel supplied breakfast, pretty standard for Turkey: sausage, cheese, bread, some veg, hot chips, eggs and tea.
The room was great - comfortable bed, a very useful desk and chair as well as a soft chair to relax in, decent shower and good wifi. I stayed three nights - they didn't service my room (I actually prefer that) but it was nice and clean to begin with. They had forgotten to supply a cup, but I grabbed one from another room. All in all, a very pleasant hotel, and at the lower price point for the area.
The hotel is five-star and has its own free shuttle bus to the ski center. Breakfast, afternoon tea, and dinner are all included. I woke up at 7 or 8 am after four consecutive days of skiing—I was exhausted! It would be a shame to stay at a ski hotel without skiing. It snowed every day; I hadn't seen natural snowflakes in ten years. Coming to Turkey, after a hot air balloon ride, it's straight to skiing. It's only a 1-2 hour drive away, so convenient! The hotel has free Wi-Fi; you can buy an eSIM outdoors. Buying a SIM card for Wi-Fi here is very cheap, averaging $1-2 per day, which is enough for messaging and signal strength. It's very convenient; no need to buy separate Wi-Fi. Just scan the eSIM code, and you're online in two minutes—worry-free!
