I liked the hotel very much! I had a wonderful time! I was very impressed by the work of the management and the hotel respiratory! Mr. General Director Riadh and managing Mr. Sofian are always on the spot, with them you can talk and they do everything for your comfort and excellent rest. I apply photos with them on the last day at the hotel 🥰 Resepshn very professional, beautiful woman, unfortunately I don't know her name, always kind, the night shift manager helped me with an extra blanket, The staff member who helps with the baggage is very nice in communication. One word, directory and resepshne Cesar Thalasso does everything possible for guests, not in words, but in 👍 The rooms consist of quiet bungalow, excellent sound isolation, rooms after renovation, clean and new, decorated in an antique style, according to the name of the hotel, in them it is very pleasant to be! The Cesar Thalasso and Sunconnect hotel bar team are equally friendly 💖 The Cesar restaurant is great! A wonderful Tunisian chef is a cook who cooks hot dishes with you, a real genius! 😍He always has everything delicious and aesthetic served! There is the division of Italian cuisine. Señora chef is great! Take her pasta and hot dishes! Restaurant staff, from manager to waiters, are very kind! Good animation teams. Italian team at Cesar and Tunisian guys and girls at Sunconnect. Also there are photos with them. Very friendly to all guests, always interact with them. Very pleasant impressions! Excellently danced with a young man from the Sunconnect team , unfortunately didn 't remember his name but he is on the photo) he is very friendly. I liked the choreographer Nebyl from the Tunisian animation team. His attitude to the cause, enthusiastic to know all new and talent to dance! Introduction I have been traveling since the age of 16 and I am 50, I have visited the best hotels in the world I stayed for 2 days and I can say that apart from the price of around 180 euros per night for a double room the hotel is not worth a 3 star rating. Positive aspects Very nice hotel from the outside, the magnificent lobby is very impressive but there is no value for money Room designed in the 70s with. Salty desalinated water!!! There is no hook in the shower for robes Sink knobs with hot written in French and cold written in English!! Fixed shower that doesn't move and you can't adjust the flow of water! For the lights in the room there is no general switch to turn everything off from the bed and therefore you have to get up to do it Room safe not working and you are forced to use the one in reception every time. Lack of simple things like an umbrella for customers in case of rain!!! Lack of enough sockets to charge cell phones and other things Bathtub without hydromassage Positives Friendly and helpful hotel staff Very good and plentiful breakfast

Very good hotel, service is very good, very safe, lunch and dinner varieties are not much different but many varieties

Plage privée avec transat et parasol incroyable. Le buffet est très varié et plutôt bon dans l’ensemble (seul Point Négatif, la partie dessert avec des gâteaux moyen). Les chambres semblent avoir été rénovée, mais les photos non mises à jour donc belle surprise. Un terrain de paddle est disponible mais payant. En terrain de foot et un terrain de volley sur la plage.

My experience at the hotel was excellent. The check-in process was smooth, and the reception staff made me feel very welcome. We had a lovely stay at this hotel. The building is historic and has an open central space, which makes it a bit cold during the winter. However, the on-site restaurant was very convenient, allowing us to dine without needing to go outside. The staff were all incredibly friendly, and we felt very welcome throughout our stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Overall satisfactory for price quality ratio However, there are still some points to improve, such as the quality of some infrastructure (i have inherited a little bit red fridge for example). But honestly, for the price, meals, swimming pools, animations, tastes, staff availability, we should not complain too much. I will recommend, except for a few small details that you can't accept if you're not super-requiring

The food was very good amd has a lot of variety all amenities are good staff are very kind and helpful but the Ac was always not working morning time feom 06:00 am to 13:00 And no wifi in the rooms
