Mr. General Director Riadh and managing Mr. Sofian are always on the spot, with them you can talk and they do everything for your comfort and excellent rest. I apply photos with them on the last day at the hotel 🥰 Resepshn very professional, beautiful woman, unfortunately I don't know her name, always kind, the night shift manager helped me with an extra blanket, The staff member who helps with the baggage is very nice in communication. One word, directory and resepshne Cesar Thalasso does everything possible for guests, not in words, but in 👍 The rooms consist of quiet bungalow, excellent sound isolation, rooms after renovation, clean and new, decorated in an antique style, according to the name of the hotel, in them it is very pleasant to be! The Cesar Thalasso and Sunconnect hotel bar team are equally friendly 💖 The Cesar restaurant is great! A wonderful Tunisian chef is a cook who cooks hot dishes with you, a real genius! 😍He always has everything delicious and aesthetic served! There is the division of Italian cuisine. Señora chef is great! Take her pasta and hot dishes! Restaurant staff, from manager to waiters, are very kind! Good animation teams. Italian team at Cesar and Tunisian guys and girls at Sunconnect. I liked the choreographer Nebyl from the Tunisian animation team. His attitude to the cause, enthusiastic to know all new and talent to dance! Introduction I have been traveling since the age of 16 and I am 50, I have visited the best hotels in the world I stayed for 2 days and I can say that apart from the price of around 180 euros per night for a double room the hotel is not worth a 3 star rating. Positive aspects Very nice hotel from the outside, the magnificent lobby is very impressive but there is no value for money Room designed in the 70s with. Salty desalinated water!!! There is no hook in the shower for robes Sink knobs with hot written in French and cold written in English!! Fixed shower that doesn't move and you can't adjust the flow of water! For the lights in the room there is no general switch to turn everything off from the bed and therefore you have to get up to do it Room safe not working and you are forced to use the one in reception every time. Lack of simple things like an umbrella for customers in case of rain!!! Lack of enough sockets to charge cell phones and other things Bathtub without hydromassage Positives Friendly and helpful hotel staff Very good and plentiful breakfast

Very liked the hotel. Although it is very large and the people are a lot, that and liked, no one is crawling with its service. Big, careful area with beautiful green. To the beach 100 meters, but to go pleasantly on a shadowy track. The beach is good. Excellent food is diverse, fresh, with fruit, ice cream. The pool is small and not very beautiful, simple rectangle if anyone likes lying at the pool. But coming to Jerbo and lying at the pool is stupid

We had a lovely stay at this hotel. The building is historic and has an open central space, which makes it a bit cold during the winter. However, the on-site restaurant was very convenient, allowing us to dine without needing to go outside. The staff were all incredibly friendly, and we felt very welcome throughout our stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

The food was very good amd has a lot of variety all amenities are good staff are very kind and helpful but the Ac was always not working morning time feom 06:00 am to 13:00 And no wifi in the rooms

Everything was great! Super friendly staff, especially at reception. The hotel has everything you need and has a very pleasant atmosphere 🥰 I'm looking forward to going there again next time!

Good hotel, great breakfast and friendly staff. The location is a little bit out of town but very close to the beach and has nice views from the rooms.
