"We had called ahead to inquire about the triple room, worried that it wouldn't be able to accommodate three people. However, all the rooms were standard double rooms, and for three people, a separate rollaway bed was added. The breakfast was plentiful, and the location was good. Because we returned late from both the north and south routes, we missed the sunset at Shaman Rock. Overall, the experience was very good; the facilities are quite excellent for Khuzhir village! Importantly, the guesthouse had a restaurant, which was very convenient. One evening, we went out to look for a restaurant, but it was closed, and walking around the village at night was cold and inconvenient. We ended up returning to the guesthouse restaurant."

"Very perfect hotel, very quiet sleep well, breakfast is very rich, you can see Lake Baikal on the balcony, it is really boring to go to the opposite hotel to drink coffee and eat a cake, it is said that Putin came to Listwiyanka to live opposite. The village is very quiet and suitable for walking and stopping to bask in the sun. Don't have too much hope for Lake Baikal, otherwise you will be disappointed. The room I live in is eastward, the sun shines on the bed in the morning, the staff is helpful, although not English, relying on translation software to communicate, you can still feel the kindness and enthusiasm of the staff."

ВВалентина П.We stayed twice (October 6, 2025 and October 17, 2025). The location is excellent—close to the airport and no road noise. Wonderful, helpful staff—from reception to room service from the restaurant. The breakfasts are wonderful, in a cozy restaurant. The food at the Okhotnikov restaurant is a whole other story! Huge portions, delicious food...and, for especially picky little guests, they even prepare porridge, mashed potatoes, and salad. 🙏 I'm very grateful to the staff! Any request I make by calling reception is fulfilled immediately, without long waits—both from the maid and from the restaurant. Thank you for your work! I won't look for other options anymore; we will only stay at Zvezda. 🫶🏻

GGuest UserI stayed in an executive room, initially for two days and then extended for another five, for a total of seven days. Overall, the stay was good. I'll focus on the downsides for the five days; I'll share the positives for the two days later. 1. The front desk staff's English was very poor. 2. The food was also terrible. Luckily, I didn't book a room with breakfast included; buying breakfast separately for 1250 RUB is a huge rip-off, even for someone used to Western food. Turn left after exiting the hotel, then turn left again, and walk 200 meters. There's a More Coffee there; the coffee and baked goods are excellent, making it more suitable for breakfast, provided you're used to Western-style breakfasts.

OOlgaVanThe hotel from my past is as if in the 80s returned. On the facade of 3 stars, in reality everything is very sad. Beds are very narrow, not more than 80cm , mattresses are very uncomfortable, springs are torched . The mattress requires either a top or a mattress at least 5 cm. For a large person it will be uncomfortable to sleep on a narrow bed. Pushers at the same time two, demolition, bed clean, it was delighted. In the room there is a refrigerator that had to be turned off, very loud. There is a teapot, a bowl and glasses, but water is not put. There is a cooler on the floor, it may be supposed to run to it with a teapot. There is no tea, coffee and so on. Why the teapot, I didn't understand. There were towels in the bathroom and some bags with shampoo. No use. Among the advantages of the proximity to the airport, it is evident from here and the price as at a good hotel in the city. We needed to stay overnight as it was an early departure but failed to rest. From the corridor 100% hearing and inconvenience of beds led our attempts to none. For breakfast didn't go, so I can't say anything. Hotel is not recommended.

The rooms are very clean and have all the standard necessities. The food is delicious, hats off to them! The breakfast is a fresh and varied buffet. GGeorge（1）The location is pretty good, but the room booked through Ctrip this time was a bit small! （2）Of the several front desk staff I encountered, only one spoke English on a particular day, so I had to rely on a translation app. Although communication was slow, they were all very patient, which I appreciate! （3）Perhaps because my room was at the end of the hallway, the Wi-Fi signal was incredibly poor! （4）Breakfast can be ordered upon arrival at the hotel using a QR code, and there are many options. I stayed for 3 days and felt that the overall meal service was slow and a bit chaotic. One morning, they seemed to say they were short on ingredients, and the meal wasn't fully served. Another day, the meal served was different from what I had reserved. @_@ Given that reservations are possible, these issues are a bit awkward.

GGuest UserAlthough the room was small and not new, it had all the necessary facilities, and the bedding was clean and hygienic. Across the road from the hotel entrance is the gently flowing Angara River, with many water birds. You can find coffee shops and other amenities nearby, and they are not expensive. The hotel's exterior is a typical Brezhnev-era Soviet-style building. I was very touched by the free luggage storage, as it's very inconvenient to drag luggage around on my two-day trip to Olkhon Island, and both the minivan and other transportation options charge for it.

HHaileyShanghai direct flight to Irkutsk for 4 hours (Russian Airlines **, fast flight), another 6 hours, another 10 minutes by boat, and another 40 minutes by car, plus a mess of waiting times, the first night I came to Russia was particularly fragrant. After the special night fell, it was a very quiet village. Stayed for three nights at the right time, the first day to hurry, the south line-the north line for two or three days, the last day 9-10 outlying island. The appearance of the room is quite petty, the internal water heating, the room is warm, the hotel has its own restaurant, you can also eat in the town center. Baikal Lake has the opportunity to meet again in autumn 😃
