One of the best breakfast I ever had in all countries I ever been . You can compare their breakfast to Furama hotel In Singapore . and safe place to walk in the middle of the night From Frankfurt international Airport is easy without taking a taxi. From terminal 2 take the bus outside FREE to terminal 1 then go down to -0 Not O by my daily pass to RMV just behind the ticket machine since I got trouble of buying through ticket machine. From terminal 1 S 9 or S8 . It was 4 minutes to walk to Hotel Cult. The customer service Miss Hanna let me have my room early. A nice guy ( customer service let me a German charger. I truly appreciate it Aldo a morning duty gave me Free bottle of water. No water and no coffee machine . The night duty guy also friendly talking to me as I wake up at 1:00 AM and so hungry I asked for a place where are bars. Right the place is too safe to walk alone at night. As I went back home I lost my way I do another direction following the light. A guy near the commercial bank neat told me too far from the hotel Cult. He took a Uber drove me at the hotel . I never ever got scared walking alone in the middle of the night holding my Kebab which so delicious too. Wow amazing almost same in Singapore a very safe place to walk at night!!! Room is too small o can’t move my things freely as I can , but nice windows to see the beautiful street outside. The next day housekeeper lerp my room clean and 22nd day I request to change bed sheet perfect housekeepers this guy is truly helpful and towels are white.colours but look old. A friendly and helpful housekeepers when I asked something. Lidl just a minutes across the street. I truly recommend this hotel for 3 nights with Fridge. Perfect air condition and comfy bed although dark hallway or corridor. It doesn’t look like a hotel . But overall safe , clean and good customer service and breakfast a lots of selected cheese and selection of bread and juices etc etc. I truly love the breakfast! Thank you guys !

The hotel was great, the service so welcome, the pool althpugh mentioned that its heated but looks like it was heated the Herman way which so cold, its location needed all the time the shuttle they offer to go to the airport and from there to the city of Frankfurt. The breakfast was somehow expensive for what it was offered and no where I went I paid the same for a child as its known they eat almost nothing, so I believe that it should habe been either free or 1/2 the price. In the room there wasn‘t sugar nor tea bags.

The Westin Grand Frankfurt offers an excellent central location with unbeatable access to public transport and nearby markets, but the in-room climate control and wellness facilities were disappointing during this stay.�� Overall, it works well as a convenient city base, especially if you value being close to U- and S-Bahn connections and local weekend markets.��Room and comfortThe room itself was comfortable but unfortunately too warm, and it was not obvious how to adjust the temperature settings. There was no clear guidance in-room on changing the climate controls, which made it difficult to get a good night’s sleep.Facilities and closuresAlthough the hotel advertises an indoor pool and sauna as part of its wellness offering, both the pool and sauna were closed during this stay, which was a let-down.�� This is worth checking in advance if these facilities are important for your trip.Location and transportThe location is one of the hotel’s strongest points, set on Konrad-Adenauer-Straße right by the Zeil shopping area and within easy reach of major sights.�� U-Bahn and S-Bahn stations are very close, making it simple to reach Frankfurt Hauptbahnhof, the airport and other parts of the city in just a few minutes.��Markets and nearby vibeThe surrounding area has a lively city feel, and there is a weekend market within walking distance, adding a nice local touch to the stay.�� Being able to step out of the hotel and quickly reach both shops and market stalls is a real advantage if you enjoy browsing food and local products.��Overall impressionThis hotel is a solid choice for location and public transport access, especially if you plan to explore Frankfurt’s centre and markets on foot.�� However, unclear room temperature controls and the closure of the pool and sauna during the stay meant the experience did not fully meet expectations.

Favourite room layout for the whole trip (8 different hotels). A must for car lovers. Check in and out was super easy, both car lifts clearly marked and easy to maneuver. Location is next to airport so can also plane spot. Noise insulation amazing. Check out the convenience store at the corner next to the hotel for a quick meal.

Pros: The room was spacious, and the location was convenient, only a few minutes' walk to both the airport and the train station. Cons: The room facilities were severely outdated, with many items broken. - The air conditioning was an old-fashioned knob type, only allowing adjustments for on/off and fan speed. Initially, it was broken and didn't cool at all. A repairman later fixed it. - The bathroom sliding door was broken and couldn't be moved, so I couldn't close the door when using the toilet or showering. - The refrigerator was broken and didn't cool. It felt like the entire hotel was falling apart. I called, but they didn't attempt repairs or offer a room change; they just gave me an ice bucket. - As I needed to refrigerate food, I requested a new ice bucket a few days later, but no one delivered it even after an hour. The entire service was very problematic. - The restaurant was shared with the adjacent hotel. Some waiters showed discrimination, asking guests of Asian descent to squeeze into small two-person tables, but had no issue with white guests occupying larger tables, and never bothered to ask if coffee was needed.

I stayed at NH Frankfurt Airport West and overall had a comfortable experience. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, making it a great place to relax before a flight. The location is especially convenient for travelers who prefer to stay outside the city before departure. There is a bus stop directly in front of the hotel with a direct connection to the airport, which takes about 20 minutes. The train station is also accessible, although it requires a bit of a walk. Nearby, there is a Netto Marken-Discount, which is very convenient for picking up snacks or last-minute souvenirs. However, one downside during my stay was the breakfast experience. There appeared to be a seminar or event taking place, and a large group of guests was standing and talking in the breakfast area, blocking the walkway. It was difficult to move around or enjoy the meal. Unfortunately, the hotel staff did not manage the situation or organize the space effectively. If the hotel hosts events or conferences, it would be much better to allocate a separate area for such gatherings and ensure that shared spaces like the breakfast area remain accessible for all guests. Overall, the hotel offers great comfort and a convenient location, but service management in shared spaces could be improved.

We were on our way back from vacation and wanted to have dinner at a special restaurant in the evening without having to drive all the way home. We were looking for a hotel with a pool, and the Best Western Plus caught our eye. At €72, the price was hard to beat, so we booked it. In the car, my wife read some reviews and hoped they weren't true, because she didn't want a noisy and dirty room. When we arrived, it looked perfectly fine from the outside and like a typical 4-star business hotel inside. The reception was friendly and efficient, and we were informed that the standard rooms face the railway line (which runs directly behind the hotel), but that didn't bother us. Parking in the garage was perfectly reasonable at €18, almost a bargain. Our prior request for a room as high up and as far away from the elevator as possible was 100% fulfilled, and we got the last room (745) on the hallway and on the 7th floor 👍 The room was impeccably clean and looked fantastic, almost brand new. We quickly changed rooms and moved to the 8th floor where the pool and spa area are located. Everything there was also flawless; the entire spa area seemed new, and since no one else was there, we could relax and had the large pool and sauna area all to ourselves. There is absolutely nothing to complain about at this hotel. We can't understand some of the negative reviews 🤔 If I choose a hotel near a train line, I shouldn't be surprised when trains are running 🤔 Sure, it's noisier, but easily manageable with the window closed, and anyone who prefers can simply take a room on the other side. We were informed immediately and could have changed rooms; the staff member was competent and very friendly. I highly recommend this hotel.

Great experience at this hotel. Room was comfortable and clean. Hotel staff was super friendly and helpful able to communicate well in English and went out of there way to make our stay as smooth as possible. Gym is very clean and good variety of equipment. Hotel has free water dispenser in the lobby with sparkling water available. Breakfast buffet offer a good variety of western and vegetarian options. Location offers a good super market located walking distance if you need to purchase any essentials. A bus stop and ticket machine is located conveniently located in front of the hotel which offers public transportation downtown and to metro stations. FRA airport is located ~20min by Uber or ~40min by metro. Hotel also offers a taxi service with a large +7 people van and reasonable prices (can negotiate and match Uber price).

We stayed during the Easter Weekend at the Steigenberger Icon Frankfurter Hof to celebrate my boyfriend’s birthday, and it was a truly lovely experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome and went out of their way to be accommodating, which made the stay feel extra special. They even arranged champagne and a birthday cake for him as I had requested, which was such a thoughtful touch and made the celebration feel truly memorable. The atmosphere throughout the hotel was elegant yet comfortable, and everything was handled with great attention to detail. One of the highlights for me was the spa, it was quiet, clean, and very relaxing, the perfect place to unwind. Another big plus is the location, the hotel is surrounded by great restaurants and lovely bars, making it easy to enjoy the city without going far. Overall, we really enjoyed our time there and would definitely recommend it for a special occasion or a relaxing getaway.❤️

Very comfortable connected room for the family. Some reviewers mention the water temperature as an issue. We experienced the temperature fluctuations however they were not drastic. Kitchenette but no plates, cookware etc. if you opt for a room with a kitchenette, bear this in mind.
