Just love this place. It’s located in front of the hbf train station. The decoration is beautiful and luxurious. The staffs were soooo nice. The room is specious and neat. Would recommend staying here

This is a modern, very practical hotel, just beside the fair complex, which is helpful for the day-by-day business. The rooms are very small but well organized. Cleaning is upon request, the staff is kind and helpful. Breakfast is great, with many options.

The guests really enjoyed their stay. The manager was very friendly and serviceminded and the bar were of good standards. It was a friendly environment, with pleasant people all around. The guests would really recommend this hostel, close to both the tram and metro. The guests would like to come back!

My wife, Emily Tan, left her room at about 6 am on 25th Sep to check out and catch a 8.30 am flight to New York. The power failed at that time and they decided to use the staircase. However, there was no lights at all and they had to find their way using lights from their phone. At the reception, it was chaotic as there were only 2 staff and they were overwhelmed by calls from guests as well. It’s shocking that the emergency lighting did not come on when the power failed. This is a serious safety hazard.

Wow- My visit started with the most facetious, arrogant, condescending harridan I've ever had the misfortune to encounter at any hotel, ever. Baffling how such an obnoxious person is employed in the hospitality industry. I could write an entire review based on how horrible this person is, but it would likely be banned by Tripadvisor, so let's move on! However, the other staff member I met was the most awesome ever- and totally went above and beyond to ensure my A&O visit went as smooth as possible. (You know who you are- Thank You!!!) As for my lodging- I was relegated to an annex outside the main building, which was not too bad as the weather was agreeable. But having to walk outside to the reception, lounge, (closed) kitchen or breakfast area in the rain or snow would have been quite unacceptable. Like all A&Os the interior was spotless. My dorm however faced an open lane/parking area often populated by drunk vagrants- or maybe drunk guests. The ground was littered with beer bottles, cigarette butts, and smelly stains (you can figure that one out!). One of the few downsides about A&Os is that six bed dorms are often two pairs of bunks, and two single beds pushed together. Those two beds seems to come with a single locker, so the dorm may be lacking in that regard. The en-suite was great though- spacious and separate rooms for toilet and shower, both with sinks, lots of hot water and even a towel warmer. So yes, as I write the covid thing is still real, and precautions must be taken for the sake of the staff and guests. Which brings me to the only thing I could not abide: despite the hostel being nowhere near full, they seemed to pack each dorm to full capacity before opening another. As they say, there is a reason for everything. But if they want to take covid seriously, my hunch says fewer guests in more dorms might be safer. Especially when the common area washrooms are shuttered- what the heck!? To sum it all up- this may not sound like the best review, but I do generally recommend A&O Galluswarte. Someday when covid is a thing of the past and operations are back to normal, I hope to stay here again.

Good hotel located close to the airport about 15 min walk. Had my flight cancelled and had to wait for 10h. It was a good option to relax. Service attentive. Only thing is that I had to wait about 45 min for them to receive the reservation arranged on spot through trip app. Gave us water and ice cream while waiting. Bathroom is clean. Bed pretty good also. Would go back for an emergency again.

Fantastic hotel in just about every respect, we will definitely consider it again as we were a bigger group of friends who wanted to enjoy Frankfurt - the hotel majorly helped us on that mission! One minor technical issue: checking in and out online / using the app was not a smooth experience. Hope that's resolved for next time as would genuinely make a difference. And, yes, the location: The character that one sees in the streets near the hotel are quite a sight and for those who generally don't follow the news, possibly pretty shocking. However, the level of threat is low. The area is heavily policed and the locals strike me as too busy with their own lives to want to bother tourists. To be fair, I am a grown man and was there with a group.

The hotel is not far from Frankfurt Hauptbanhof Train Station and the rooms are very clean and modern. lots of stores and cafes nearby. We really enjoyed staying here. I really like how spacious it is

We liked the fair price and the setup of the rooms with a small kitchen an separate main bedroom and sleeping sofa. We were three people and there were only towles & blankets prepared for two people, even though we booked for three. There was one spare blanket without cover in the bed frame but it had blood stains all over it.... Disgusting!!! Check in and check out was easy even though the staff was undertrained and slow The location is great! 5 minutes to the S-Bahn Station Gateway Gardens and 15 Minutes from the airport on foot. There is also a Rewe right around the corner. The Hotel advertised its own parking, but you had to reserve your parking spots beforehand for 22€a day. Right around the next corner was a much more modern parking garage and it costed only 20€ a day and there were plenty parking spots left. So choose wisely

If you are driving ev don’t choose this hotel. There is no charger in the hotel parking. And also there is no tools such as slippers, cleaning cotton etc. for uour comfortable. Orhervise hotel rooom was nice.

We were automatically checked into this hotel by the airline after our flight was cancelled. The hotel name is not listed on the shuttle bus boards at the airport which was disconcerting, but the driver said it was included so we piled onto the overcrowded bus feeling very trepidatious about what the hotel would be like. We were pleasantly surprised: staff were courteous and checked us in quickly, the room was spotlessly clean and seemed recently decorated, with complementary water and A/C included. Beds were comfy and the shower was good. There was free tea, coffee etc in Reception. So, although we never intended staying there, I would recommend to anyone looking for a hotel relatively close to the airport.

Actually had this Hotel booked for 1 night thru a 3rd party, but I had messed up the date. We were there 1 day to early. I was able to cancel that booking. The friendly lady at the desk booked us 1 room for that night, also we added to park our car at the Parkhaus 50yards down the street. The HeyLou shuttle took us to the airport the next morning, and we took it back to the hotel when we returned from our trip. We had went for 3 weeks and were able to park the car there for 3 weeks at a great deal. So easy to sleep there the night before a trip, instead of fighting Frankfurt traffic in the morning, constantly worrying if one is gona make the flight on time. I'll never do that again, this is it for me, if flying out of FRA. Can only recommend. Nice and superclean room, there's a restaurant and bar in the hotel as well, but check opening times for those. Breakfast available as well. The only drawback is that this hotel is located in an area where after certain hours there is no other place to get food or drink, but a gas station around the corner. But one can order a food delivery to the hotel, and they have some drinks available at front desk. Definetly recommend!!

Was für ein tolles Hotel mit super Mitarbeitern! Ich war schon in vielen Hotels, dieses ist allerdings total aussergewöhnlich, und das liegt am immer sehr netten Personal. Und das ist keine aufgesetzte Freundlichkeit. Egal ob beim Frühstück, im Restaurant oder an der Rezeption, und dort vor allem Ronja Schmitt. Ich habe selten so eine lösungsorientierte Hotelmitarbeiterin gesehen, wenn mal irgendwas nicht ganz optimal funktioniert. Die Zimmer sind sehr schön und modern eingerichtet. Zum Zentrum nach Eschborn fährt man etwa 5 Minuten, in die Frankfurter Innenstadt etwa 20 Minuten. Um das Hotel herum gibt es nicht viel zu sehen, dafür hat man aber Ruhe! Insgesamt 100 Prozent Weiterempfehlung!

Very welcoming staff, large room with minimal amenities and sp****ly furnished. Nice, firm bed and choice of pillows. B/fast is a buffet type with plenty of good quality selections of all types of food, lovely teas in innovative tea mugs with sieve. Unfortunately, the very close motorway feeder roads are really noisy almost 24/7. This is not obvious from Google map and even when I arrived, it seemed all very quiet until I opened the window in my room. The passing cars' noise echos all around. Then to add to this, on Saturday night a nearby open air disco ran a massively noisy head banging music show. The repetitive thumping and crashing noises went on until almost 3 a.m.. Not what I call a hotel with sleep quality. The hot weather made sleeping with a closed window impossible.

Great hotel with excellent atmosphere in the bar area. A welcoming smile and service at the bar from Abdullah. The whole vibe of hotel really stands out. Breakfast is also of a high standard and the whole team here seem happy to help. Will be using more on my future business trips!

We are in transit and wanted an overnight stay halfway and came across this hotel via Trip.com. Beautiful hotel, very neat, nice rooms. Nice shower, good breakfast. We were able to complete the trip well cared for and rested

The hotel is more or less in the middle of nowhere, unless you want to visit Sulzbach or have transportation to Frankfurt. On the one hand they seem to focus on business people, on the other hand on tourists (that may be disappointed that that city center is relatively far away). Nevertheless, basic rooms with a bed, desk, tv, bathroom, refrigerator (with only a bottle of water in it, but you can get drinks, snacks etc in the lobby, which is self service or at the bar when open) etc. WiFi works, but think the connection to the WiFi point works with a carrier pigeon that takes the data from your room to the internet point of the hotel (and having internet probably adds the fourth star to the rating they give on their internet site). Breakfast is ok, not overwhelming, but there are scrambled eggs, cooked eggs, as well as yoghurts, fruits, cheeses etc, so what you expect as a minimum in a four star hotel. All by all good to stay for business trips but not exceeding expectations.

Das ist ein recht gutes Moxy Haus. Ich bin öfter mal Gast in Hotels der Gruppe, da sie einerseits zur Marriott Gruppe gehören und entsprechende Mindeststandarts erfüllen, andererseits in Boomzeiten noch einigermaßen annehmbare Preise offerieren. Meine Grundanforderungen sind bequemes Bett, großer TV, ordentlich Wasserdruck in der Dusche und ein Parkplatz vor der Tür. Eins bis drei waren erfüllt, der Wasserdruck sogar außergewöhnlich. Da geht das Shampoo zackig aus den Haaren. Dafür war die Duscharmatur abgerissen und nicht repariert. Nächster Malus sind die geringen Parkplätze und keine TG. Das Frühstück ist kettenüblich, also reichhaltig mit einfachen Lebensmitteln, dafür günstig. Insgesamt sehr gut, könnte aber besser sein. Den unverschämten „Messepreis“ lasse ich jetzt mal außer Betrachtung. Woanders wäre es noch teurer gewesen.

Schön am Hotel war das Bestehen der Wutprobe, binnen dieses Aufenthaltes bei MK Hotels. Die Lage kann als passend durchgehen, wenn man mit dem Aufenthalt in einem Industriegebiet leben kann. Es ist sauber insofern, man den gesaugten Teppichboden und die aufgewischte Nasszelle bewertet. Das passt alles. Der neue Essbereich ist „so steril“ weil niemand dort frühstückt. Neben den proportional gesalzenen Preisen kostet das aufgebackene-Croissant-und-Omelette-aus-der-Tüte-Frühstück sportliche 13.80€ vor Ort und 16€ bei Booking. Für jene Summe kann man sich beim nahegelegenen Luxusbäcker S*häfer satt essen. Das zugeteilte Zimmer bietet einen (Zynismus!!) opulenten Ausblick durch die Kellerluke (25x55cm) und Lichtschacht mit vergittert-verschraubtem Nicht-Notausgang zum Eingangsbereich, wo man eventuellen Gästen beim Rauchen zuhören darf. Zum Glück ist ein Lichtlein, Nachttischläpchen und eine kleine Stehlampe vorhanden, damit der Gast erst nach einer Woche in die Depression verfällt. Das Zimmer ist kleiner als ein Natocontainer. Die Abwasserrohre welche aus der Decke kommen sind zum Glück verkleidet, womit das Gluggern nur halb so laut ist. Die Nasszelle hat zwei Türen, eine für den Gast, eine für das Zimmer nebenan. So einen Kostenersparnis-Schwachsinn, habe ich in den letzten 5 Dekaden nicht gesehen. Eine Gefängniszelle in dem Style würde gandenlos bei der Menschenrechtskommission durchfallen. Es ist eine Absteige, Kaschemme im Arbeitersmoking. Was hat nicht gefallen ? Der Witz fängt damit an, dass das Zimmer im November mit Stornobremse und Frühstück gebucht wurde, dies laut Bilder auch im Erdgeschoss bzw. erstes Stockwerk, wie 2019. Und da ich es böswilligerweise unterlies Screenshots zu fertigen, befindet man sich bei Abfrage immer auf der aktuellen Plattform. Bedeutet, dass alles passend im“Jetzt“ angezeigt wird und auf einmal kein Storno und kein Frühstück mehr vorhanden ist. Das Kellerverlies wird mittlerweile jedem Kunden zugeteilt, welcher zu Wochenende bucht. Dann sind keine Arbeiter vor Ort. Am Wochenende gibt es auch kein Frühstück, weder mit Buchung, noch gegen Geld. Ist ja ein Snackautomat vorhanden... Die 24-Hotline sagt bei Nachfrage aus, dass die Serviceabteilung nicht besetzt ist und man gerne eine Mail schreiben sollte. Auf die Antwort von Booking UND MK-Hotels warte ich heute noch. Für diese Frechheit an Ausstattung, Service und Preisleistung erhält MK-Hotels von DEHOGA noch zwei Sterne. Dann ist eine Bushaltestelle mit zumindest 1 Stern zu bewerten. Das Personal vor Ort, zwei Damen im überschneidenden stundenweisen Schichtsystem (vermutlich auf 450€ Basis), laufen mit dem Putzwagen entlang der spärlich besetzten Zimmer, wienern mal das Bad auf, und weiter geht’s. Es gibt vermutlich 2 – 4 Stunden pro Tag einen Amsprechpartner – mit Glück. Die Genialität liegt in der virtuellen Einbuchung mit Schlüsselkarte gegen EC-Karte, womit jede Verhandlung und Schlagabtausch ausgeschlossen sind. Ein weiteres Gästepärchen ging ebenso mit be

The living room is relatively large, clean, and very quiet. It is 15 minutes away from the airport by self driving, with free parking. There is no commercial area around, and the hotel restaurant offers various dining options.

We had a great time. The hotel is very modern and clean, centrally located with good parking facilities. The room was beautiful and tastefully furnished. The reception staff was professional and friendly. We can recommend the hotel very further.

Highly reccomend for bussiness events. Excellent helpful staff and comfortable conference rooms. Extra comfort balcony and room view for relax. Beautiful park and museum around hotel. Enough big parking place, very comfortable.
