The guy at the reception was rude. Because I'm vegan I ordered food from uber as their restaurant didn't have vegan options that I was sure about. The guy read on the food bag I ordered and asked me why do you eat plastic charge which was mentioned apart from my main dish by the restaurant.

Clifton at the Front Desk was wonderful. He helped us out with combining our reservations and other little things. Rooms are big enough but the bathrooms are tiny and outdated. Still great location one block from the beach!

Rooms are relatively small. Staff are helpful. Very close to the beach and lots of restaurants and casinos nearby. Parking is super expensive (around 49 euro)

I really enjoyed CityHub Rotterdam. We were here for a convention of one night and needed a quick and cheaper place to stay as we wouldn't be at the hotel at all. The capsule room really feels bigger than it looks on photos I was pleasantly surprised at how spacious it feels and not claustrophobic at all. It fit 2 people very comfortably! It was almost a queen sized bed and I felt very cozy. The pillows and linen looked very new and we're very clean. The rooms do have ventilation but not as much as I would have liked. I can't imagine it being very comfortable during the summer. Late spring was still doable but a bit on the warmer side. Checking in was a simple process by using the touchpad screens in the hotel lobby with your booking code. However my code from the Trip app didn't seem to work, so I asked the person at the front desk to give me mine based on my name and ID. . You're given a wristband with an NFC Chip embedded into it which acts as your key to your pod and also payment for additional food, drinks and amenities available on the lobby. This is super nice and you don't lose it. As for noise, when booking, we requested a pod that was tucked away in the corner, dead end and away from the elevator and I was happy. You *can* hear people talking very loudly and stomping/footstep noises is very clearly heard. So don't forget to bring ear plugs too. I also liked that the toiletries provided were Rituals (a really nice upscale beauty product brand in the Nl) it really elevated the experience. Speaking of bathing it is ”dormitory” style so you are seperated into two different bathing areas and have your own stalls to shower in. The stalls didn't feel as clean / well maintained as the pods though. But the provided towels were big. Do remember to bring your own slippers otherwise you'll be stuffing wet feet into your shoes. All in all a 4/5 experience! It was pricey because we were in town for a convention, but the regular rates were fine for what you get. If you're looking for a clean hassle free experience check it out.

Hotel was in a good location, right next to the metro and lots of lovely restaurants nearby. For the price, I thought the amenities in the room were lacking. No iron, some of the sachets eg. Shoe shine was torn open, a wine glass was missing, bare minimum of tea options, the bath took 40 minutes to drain, and the hot water was BURNING - burnt myself (no warning). I usually don’t complain about stays but as this a highly rated hotel and for the price I paid, I was disappointed.

So happy with the hotel. Location was ideal and had some great views of the surrounding area. Room was spacious as well as comfortable! This was way above my expectation. It seems the hotel has been recently renovated which enhanced the experience too

The layout of the room, the bed and the desk are a bit strange, and the shower in the bathroom has no curtain. However, the Dutch can't play by the rules. It's on the 91011th floor of a building. The 12th floor is the front desk, which is also the reception for the spa, but some rooms are not in the elevator location of the front desk. It's a bit difficult to find it by going to the 10th floor. The building is next to the train station, which is convenient for travel. Leiden is like a fairy tale kingdom, very unique. It's worth a visit.

The location is great in the pedestrian zone and only 100 meters from the market hall with its many restaurants and eateries. Centraal and Erasmusbrücke are each a 20-minute walk away. Hotel is still very new, clean and modern. The rooms are rather small but very bright. The breakfast on the upper floor is worth the price. The reception staff is really very friendly, courteous and helpful. Gladly again.

RRaymond J GNice hotel, good location. We rented a suite for a combined business and pleasure trip. Hotel is rights above a supermarket. Be careful!! Supermarket delivery trucks keep you from sleeping at night. Also Internet connection not working. Strongly recommend to not stay here. At least not when you are expecting a good night sleep.....Only poor excuse was offered. Friendly staff, just noisy rooms. Stay away!

肥頭仔The location: superb 15 mins on foot from the Rotterdam Centraal Station / 8 mins by Tram The metro station Eendrachtsplein is just right next to the hotel, and it’s just one stop away from the World Trade Centre. Walkable distance to the supermarket Albert Heijn or Dirk and the famous shopping areas called Lijnbaan 🛌Room: spacious and nice sound proof, my room is located on the 10th floor, can’t hear any sounds from the street / tram 🫠However improvement is needed for the hygiene, stains are found on the couch and the tv remote control is quite dirty. Can tell either the previous hotel guests had very oily hands/ like to eat chips/ popcorns/ biscuits while using the remote. I had to use the alcohol wipe to clean it before using it🤢 🛀Bathroom: hygiene is acceptable, shower gel, conditioner, shampoo, dryers are provided but not the tooth brush / paste. I brought my own so I didn’t ask for it. 🚿Sufficient water pressure from the shower and the bathtub did help me a lot after a long day. 🥋Bath rope and slippers are provided. There’re a mini fridge, coffee machine, and an electric water broiler. 🤢however I found there’re some sediments in the broiler so I just brought the bottle water from the supermarket instead. 🍞🥖🥐Breakfast: average to good, a wide selection of pastry, and cheese. With salmon, ham, sausages, scrambled eggs, hard/ soft boiled eggs, yogurts and some grannolas 💁🏻♀️Staff: attentive and kind - i didn’t wait for too long for check in, waiting time was just around 5 mins, since I arrived at around 12 and I just asked whether my room was ready and the reception was kind to help me to see whether early check in was possible! Lucky me, I could get my room earlier. - The reception also helped me to receive my delivery and stored it for me until I returned to the hotel. Thank you so much for helping me out. 🫤The day before the last day, I checked with the counter at the breakfast receptionist that she said she didn’t find my record for the breakfast on my last day (the check out day), she advised me to purchase for the extra breakfast, if I wanted. However, when I looked at my hotel booking that it’s included. so if you are also booked with the breakfast, make sure you double check with them.

Wwirl_robin04The check in staff were very helpful, allowing us to check in a few hours early for free! The staff were very helpful, despite their app not working for ordering food from the bar. The room was a good size, very clean and a lovely shower/bath. Highly recommend the hotel!

AAnonymous UserQuite a nice hotel that is very close to the flixbus bus stop. Water pressure and heater are great. The air condition gets quite cold but you can always ask the reception to adjust it. It's an old building so every sound made within the building is amplified. Apart from that it was a very good stay.

GGeneralChaosIbis Styles Delft is a no-nonsense basic business hotel located in the main plaza next to the railway station. It's clean and comfortable and well managed and has a funky space related reception area and lobby. It's a little thin on extra services that you might normally find in a business hotel however.. for example cannot borrow an umbrella, have to buy one for €15. No bottled water in the room, have to drink from the toilet tap or buy water from the hotel. The lower floors (odd numbered rooms) are dark and a bit gloomy as they face into an enclosed area surrounded by the rest of the hotel, however if you're only sleeping then it's got everything you need. My room was a weird shape and not ideal for business. There was a low sofa and table not the usual desk making laptop work a bit of an effort. The room furniture wasn't very well thought through. Location is great on the canals and just 2mins from the train station. There's a nice coffee shop on the ground floor and lots of restaurants nearby. There's a small convenience store in the station. Expensive compared globally, but in line with other local hotels around Delft. Would recommend for business travellers in Delft.

GGuest UserSmart hotel in a good location for exploring historical Gouda. Well-equipped and comfortable room - with kettles available (although not in the room as standard). Nice high pressure shower, good aircon, nice, quiet room. I didn't eat in the restaurant but it looked really nice. There was lots of rather strange, slightly unnerving artwork of people eating cheese... The artwork looked AI generated and overall felt cheap and at odds with the rest of the hotel's design. The hotel made a show about being eco and 'environmental', however the bathroom cups were wrapped in plastic - this is completely needless (no one ever wraps the coffee cups in plastic!). Worryingly, on check-in the receptionist insisted that I hadn't paid in advance and made me pay on the spot. When I later checked this I found that, as I thought, I HAD indeed paid in advance. To be fair, when I showed her evidence on my phone she immediately initiated a refund, but really - how can that be allowed to happen?? Surely it should all be on the hotel's system. If I hadn't spotted the mistake I would have paid twice. Not impressed!
