Great Hotel with friendly & helpful staff.
The breakfast buffet spread is so expansive we did not know where to start.
Going to places of interest was just few minutes by Grab(Friend can’t move that well).
Housekeeping too notch

The Hilton DoubleTree in Malacca proved to be a very convenient stop on our family trip, thanks to its location on the bus route. We appreciated the clean and pleasant ambiance, the polite and helpful staff, and the great views. We'll definitely book again on our next visit!
I stayed at Estadia Hotel and booked the suite and honestly, the room was stunning! Super spacious with 2 bedrooms, 3 comfortable beds (1 king bed + 2 single bed) and 2 bathrooms, definitely worth it if you’re coming with family or friends.
However, one small downside is the parking area. From the parking to the lobby, it’s not really luggage-friendly. There’s a small set of stairs, so you’ll need to lift your bags instead of just rolling them, and it gets a bit hot around that area.
Breakfast was decent, but the options for Malay food were quite limited. There was only nasi lemak available, which felt a bit too simple considering the variety you’d usually expect at a hotel.
Other than that, the suite itself was amazing and I really enjoyed my stay.
Modern and high tech hotel, the hotel provides free parking and has many restaurants within walking distance.
Check-in was easy as staff can speak good English and instructions were clear.
Rooms are modern and has many amenities like body lotion, slippers, toothbrush set and more. The room also provides a good view of the city scape.
Air-conditioning is quite good, cools the room quickly even in hot weather.
I came to the hotel via motorcycle, the carpark is sheltered and has a security guard looking after it 24/7.
Highly recommended to stay here if your budget allows.

The hotel has a distinct character with its rich Nanyang (Southeast Asian) charm, offering truly excellent value for money. Breakfast is à la carte with many options to choose from, though it wasn't particularly delicious or memorable. The rooms were also reasonably clean. Overall, it's a hotel that provides fantastic value.
The location is indeed quiet because it's not near the main road. Parking was okay, maybe because it was Monday and Tuesday. The check-in process was smooth, but the service at the check-in counter was a bit lacking — the staff seemed reluctant to talk. When asked about the Hi Tea package, the staff couldn’t confirm whether it was available or not.
Then, upon entering the room, we immediately saw children's footprints on the bed sheet. Luckily, the housekeeping staff was still nearby, and when we informed him, he immediately replaced the sheet with a new one.
The shower is positioned directly above the bathtub, which makes it difficult for elderly people or those with leg/back pain to step into the tub to shower.
As for the Hi Tea package, you have to call the phone number listed in the Facebook promo directly. The Hi Tea set for two people was really good, and the service at the restaurant was excellent. As for breakfast, they had many choices and everything was delicious.

this is my 2nd time to stay @ Ibis hotel Melaka.. all still good as usual, the location is strategic.. walkable distance to Jonker street and the “Stadhuys” house.. I love their swimming pool very much as well as Gym.. thanks Ibis Melaka!!
Very nice and clean hotel. However, there were hiccups during check in. Check in time indicated is 3pm. We arrived at 4pm but was told that room not ready. Have to wait for 1 hour to get room allocation. So we brought the kids to the hotel’s playground and went back down to the reception 1 hour later only to be told to wait another 20minutes. After waiting for MORE THAN 20 minutes (with no staff at the reception at all) we went to enquire again. Was informed that we will be served next (after the current guest). So we waited again… in total, we waited about 2 hours just to get room keys. By then, our plans were all ruined due to the wait. We did not have time to explore Malacca Town as we have planned as it was a long weekend and we had to leave early the following day to avoid the traffic jam on the highway. All in all, the hotel is nice but the managing of the check in is terrible! 2 hours wasted just like that… if the reception staff informed us that it will take more than 2 hours to get the keys, perhaps we would not have waited at the hotel and proceed to town first. Hope to see improvement in this aspect

AAnonymous UserThis hotel is very comfortable with spacious rooms and complete amenities. The bathroom is large and clean. It’s located in the city center, though for muslim travelers, halal food options nearby might be slightly limited but still accessible with a bit of effort (just google around). The hotel is set slightly back from the main road, you’ll pass through a guardhouse and continue further in to reach it. Parking is ample and open air. I really love the pool area. It feels peaceful and relaxing even if you’re not swimming. The staff, guards, and housekeeping are all friendly. Overall, a satisfying stay.
DDarth.I recently stayed at the Mudzaffar Hotel in Melaka, and while the hotel offers a convenient location and decent amenities, there were a couple of issues that affected my overall experience. Firstly, the room had an unpleasant carpet odor that was hard to ignore. Additionally, the room did not have a fridge, which was a downside for those looking to store perishables or cool drinks.
These shortcomings aside, the hotel shows potential and could be a comfortable stay if these issues are addressed by the management.

GGuest UserI am truly pleased with the Grand Swiss-Belhotel Melaka, Malaysia for their warm hospitality and very clean accommodations. The staff went above and beyond to extend their assistance, even helping me with important matters such as bank transfers—going so far as to use their own personal accounts to ensure everything was taken care of smoothly.
A special appreciation goes to Mr. Rifkarl, the security personnel, for his remarkable support and genuine care, which truly reflects the hotel’s commitment to excellent service.
This experience is a testament to the dedication of the entire team, making my stay not only comfortable but also memorable. I am deeply grateful and will surely recommend this hotel to others.

MMs. OngStayed on the 17th floor — the room was clean, quiet, and very comfortable for a good night’s rest. Overall, the hotel offers a pleasant experience with good facilities and cleanliness. The only downside is the traffic outside the hotel; getting to Taman Laksamana requires a big detour, which can be a little inconvenient. Still, a great place to stay if you're looking for comfort and peace. The buffet breakfast variety was limited, and the dim sum section only served different of pau.For a 5 star hotel, the buffet breakfast needs improvement.
