The hotel was everything. I stayed for 2 nights and 3 days and we spent all the time from the pool, to the beach and then restaurants. They have an outdoor bar by the poolside, an outdoor restaurant 1 on the 2nd floor and a cigar lounge. There’s not much to do in the area but the hotel offered enough for relaxing as it has its own private beach. There’s staff was very friendly and helpful and on our 2nd day, they helped us to upgrade from city view room to ocean view. I’d definitely recommend if going to Sihanoukville. Food wasn’t my thing though but everyone’s taste is different.

This was my second time staying at this hotel, and I always love coming back for the amazing view of the swimming pool and the beach, it’s definitely my favorite spot in Sihanoukville for that! I stayed in the Pod Village rooms this time. They felt a bit small, but overall they were fine. I really appreciated the natural surroundings and the peaceful vibe. The breakfast was good, and overall I truly enjoyed my stay.

The rooms and big and pretty clean. The hotel feels luxurious. The pool is big and the view is nice, you also have a steam room (for women) and sauna (for men). You got towels at the pool. However I did not like the surroundings. There is a 7/11 tho. The breakfast is good, with western and eastern options.

We were unfortunate to travel during low season, which in Koh Rong means 99% rain everyday, by conversations with locals they are fully aware of this yet all bookings and activities are business as usual but cannot be enjoyed, such as snorkling, BBQ boat etc. because of the weather we were stuck in the hotel 90% of the time, there is NO TV (it does say in room amenities, I read too late) so just be aware, specially if travelling with little ones. The pool is not an option because of thunder and lighting. It costs 15USD to get to the hotel from the pier. There is no ATM on the island only one stall that lets you use your card to pay the local then they give you the money, this is charged at 8% 😡 This is important because for lack of internet connection you cant always use card to pay at restaurant for your lunches and dinner, also when you can, there is a 3% fee to do so. All activities must also be paid in USD but old rugged bills are not accepted even if they have been given to you by other traders ib the island or if the bills got a bit wet in the rain, which was a frequent problem. So come with plenty of new dollars or you'll find yourself stuck with little options. the night before check out, we asked the staff to please let the ferry company know we would be taking the 9:30am ferry to Sihakouville (as instructed by the ferry company). We booked a 9:00am return trip to the pier as recommended. However as we arrived the ferry was leaving, at 9:15. We were not the only ones left behind. Some people had a flight to catch later that day and were made to pay another 17USD per person as according to them it was ”impossible” to fit them into one of the almost-empty-boats of one of the other many ferry companies, because they dont work together, some families payed up to 70USD to not miss their flight despite it not being their fault. The hotel was standard, for a beach hotel, nice huts, the beds were clean and comfortable and the highlight was definitely the food at the restaurant, over the 4 days, we tried many dishes all of them delicious. I can imagine during sunny season it must be a beautiful location and a beautiful hotel. saying this, I already thought it was overpriced for low season compared to similar hotels in Thailand and Bali, so for me the price you would pay in high season I would not consider it, specially given the whole experience with the ferry and USDs. ☹️

A serene setting adorned our seaside villa & balcony atop, sea water lapping beneath. Villa 126 with vogue decor & a wraparound view to match was as perfect as the abundant sea life that exists below with crabs scurrying about doing their business a the sight of magnificent tropical fish of many colours including a school of Angelfish & an array of ever colourful coral spanned Pearl Resorts entire coastal boardwalk. Sheer delight! The highlight being the view beneath the waters surface in a CLEAR KAYAK at 6:30am the silent serene glass like sea water enabled a mesmerising view; an array of intricate coloured corals with hundreds of fish weaving through its channels, unbelievable in our now ever changing climate BUT it was real! Can't fault this resort from the time we arrived to its end the facilities and activities & to the hospitality staff incl. the managers to the service staff were all outstanding & waterside beauty & body treatments with Jenny it’s well & truely beyond a 5 star resort. Exquisite food of perfect presentation & perfectly cooked seafood al dente’ pasta & rice a foodies delight even the breakfast lobster fried rice was sensational. Pro: Everything is perfect when we stay here. The room is very nice and the beachfront is really awesome. The beach is awesome. The pool is also very nice. We have a surprise when we arrive which we really appreciate it a lot. The cold towel and welcome drink is also perfect. We really enjoy staying there. Contra: We stay 3 days 2 night and on our 2nd day, I request for our room to be clean. It took time for them to clean our room. 3pm they clean it even though I already request it from around 11am. We also have dinner on our 2nd day and asking if we can get the water. The restaurant don’t have free water. They only sell bottle water that we have to pay. If we want to get free water, we have to get it from the receptionist and not in the restaurant. They also don’t provide female pad. We have to buy it outside and it’s quite far if we want to buy it. No many restaurant option. The restaurant available is in here or other hotel.

Very beautiful place. Clean beautiful hotel with modern plumbing. Everything as in the photo. Great place for bloggers. Towels and bed linen are snow-white. Beds are big and comfortable. You can drink water in the hotel, it is filled from a large plastic bottle. There are boats, swimming boards. The pool is cleaned. Cleaning on request. Big minus. The water in the bathroom is very salty. And rusty. It's terrible. Second minus. Lots of garbage in the sea. It is regularly collected from the beach. But it is uncomfortable to swim. Some midges bite badly. The territory of this hotel is the most pleasant on the whole beach. And the restaurant. True, the prices are higher than in Singapore) Sometimes you can meet a small cockroach. The staff is nice, attentive. Sometimes they can mix up the order, not give all the change. The kitchen needs to be cleaned.

The resort is nice , the rooms were nice and clean, the stuff were super friendly, I would strongly recommend Amor resort , we drove all around the island but I would say the beach near the resort is the only one we chose to swim in. I would definitely choose the same place for my future Koh Rong travel

VViktoriiaweiki absolutely love this place. Food, beach, sea, pool everything was gorgeous. Any dish and drinks from menu was so much delicious. Staff was so friendly and helpful. It was really the best choice for such price. Also I liked so much that can take for free some boats and kayaks from the hotel. We really had more fun there. Also want to mention some minuses which maybe not totally connected with the hotel but would like somebody tell me in advance about it: 1) hotel doesn’t accept all cash. At our last day we need to get some changes and hotel didn’t accept my hundred dollar because there was some red stamp on it. As for me it’s so strange but I heard it could happen in Cambodia. But next day when we moved to the Sihanouk they accept this hundred dollar easily , so I don’t understand this logic too much. But even the hotel didn’t accept that hundred they still help us with some cash as for us it was urgent to buy tickets for early morning ferry. 2) and the biggest minus it was trip which we bought from the hotel: fishing +snorkeling +sunset+plankton Never ever buy it! Safe 20$ for anything else. The most useless half of day of my trip was there. And what make me sad it was last day in the Koh Rong. Was upset that spent last evening at this stupid way. The tour is organized by tourist group “three brothers “ and the hotel sell it. Could be nice if they tell from beginning that this trip is a total 💩and don’t allow spoil vocation of there customers. But anyway nobody force us to buy it so can’t totally blame hotel, but…😢 So will explain why I such upset about the trip. We came to the ferry and boat brought us to another place where stay 3 boats . Than we change boat and a guy just give us that special mask for snorkeling and tell: ok go… but our boat was staying between 2 other boats so how I should go I didn’t understand. After we sitting and don’t understand anything for 10-15 min other boats left than we decided to go inside water. There was no fish !!!!!!!!! Maybe maximum 5 fishes!!!!!! We saw more in the hotel.than fishing: they didn’t teach us anything didn’t explain anything we just stop they gave us something as thing for fishing and just went to sleep. Than after one hour when one chinese girl almost start to vomiting we went to dirty dirty and over dirty long set beach for sunset. And we arrived there around 3:30-4! So should wait for sunset 2 hours!!!!! When we ask to put at least music they said: captain want to sleep… And beach was over dirty!!!! Than they start to cook some food gave some drinks, we watch sunset was beautiful ( because thanks God they can’t spoil sunset) and then we went to watch plankton. I was so exited about that and than they stop us on the middle of the nowhere and don’t tell anything. Where is plankton? Full moon no have plankton… how we know it? Why we still stay in that place 30 mint. I would like to know answers for all this questions but nobody gave me it… so was the worst time from 1:30pm to 7:30pm. If don’t Wang to spoil u day never go there!!!!

WWinston1979Received a very warm welcome! Helpful Staff! Helped me book my scuba diving and my ferry ticket. The room was good and cooled! I only miss a phone and because I was sick I had to go to the restaurant myself to order my food (no room service). Menu card was not set up for vegans. Also the breakfast not. I could literally only eat fruit and potatoes for breakfast. In the end I had a nice meal after negotiating with the Staff! I would have liked the room with sea view, which had two glass walls. Furthermore, wonderful stay on the beach! As a solo traveler who was really there for my peace, this was a great location on Koh Rong!

YYaLenkaA terrific place to stay on the island! Inform the hotel staff about the time of your arrival and they will meet you at the Saracen pier with their boat, help you with your luggage and take you straight to the hotel. I attached a picture of a pier and a boat of this hotel, by the way they will send you back to the pier when you leave the island. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly, they are very nice! We stayed in b33, economy class. The room ( a small house actually), is cozy and has all the things needed: towels, dental kits, shower gel and shampoo, hairdryer, safe, clothes hangers, wardrobe, lots of drawers. There are beach towels if needed you can ask for them at the reception in the morning. The air conditioner worked well, the water in the bathroom went away well enough, however some people said vice versa in their comments. It had been very quiet even when it was noisy in the restaurant. The restaurant is great, we have tried many dishes, all of them were delicious, the portions were big enough. They have desserts and their pana cotta and brownies are amazing! Happy hour is cool, you can enjoy the cold drinks from 4 to 8 pm. The breakfast was included, it’s worth it, you can choose from the menu one dish and one drink, a few pieces of seasonal fruits are served with the breakfast. You don’t need to worry about the breakfast, because it’s not a buffet one and even if you come at 9:30 you will get your breakfast always. The swimming pool is clean, and beautiful, there are many sunbeds and cosy chairs, so you can sit both close to the sea, or at the pool. Only one thing was disappointing, the lack of a sunset, it’s on the other shore of the island, you can watch it on the lazy beach, it’s not that far as the sunset beach. Also you can walk to the laguna resort at this shore, if you don’t want to go through the jungle, the sunset is also very beautiful there. Thanks a lot for all your efforts to make our holiday special! If we come once again to the island we will definitely book a room there again!

GGuest UserMy son and I spent 4 wonderful relaxing days at Long Set. The customer service at Long Set Resort was amazing. Once you get off the ferry someone is waiting to escort you to the resort which is a short walk on the board walk to the resort. From the moment we arrived until our departure staff members catered to our wants and needs. Through out our stay they checked in to make sure everything was going well. My son enjoyed his stay at Long Set, playing in the pool and on the beach. Twice a week there is  bbq on the beach at night where staff decorate the beach nicely with lights and tables. Couples can reserve a private area to dine and they receive special services. The only cons were my room didn’t have a television and my son would have liked water slides at the pool. WiFi was steady throughout the whole resort, the food was good, and the facility was clean. I definitely would stay at Long Set Resort again.

GGuest UserI can't say the location is good, but the beach, sand, and accommodation are satisfactory. If you want to get off at the pier and take a tuk-tuk, you have to pay $5 per person, $10 round trip. The free canoe and paddle boat were fun, but they are very old and need to be replaced and repaired. The air conditioner was cool, but noisy. The food was generally delicious and came out quickly. The noise from the next room wasn't loud. I didn't use the pool because I liked the ocean, and the pool wasn't very deep, so it wasn't fun. It smells a little like disinfectant. The breakfast was delicious, but the menu wasn't very diverse. The Wi-Fi was too slow or didn't work well, so I used up my data. I sent an email about pickup, but I didn't get a reply, so I don't know if they read it or not. The staff's kindness and service were average. At lunch, I sat in the restaurant, made eye contact, and raised my hand, but they didn't give me the menu, so I had to get it myself. In the evening, I was a little annoyed that they gave the menu to the team that arrived later than me first. The beach is beautiful, but I saw too many tourists and staff smoking and throwing cigarette butts in the ocean and sand. Pagoda Beach is prettier than other beaches on Koh Rong Island, so many travelers from other accommodations also visit there.

AAnonymous UserLocation: Perfect and peaceful island setting in Cambodia. Service: Needs more attention from top management. Due to staff shortages during peak holiday season, service was inconsistent, affecting the overall guest experience. Boat Schedule Issue: There was a mismatch in boat schedule information between the reservations team and the front desk. This created difficulties for guests without private transportation, especially since the island is remote and ride-hailing apps (Grab/PassApp) are not readily available. The hotel’s private taxi service charges **$50 one-way**, which feels excessive—management should reconsider pricing. Food Options: Limited menu choices in the restaurant, and the menu was only in English with no pictures. As a local Cambodian, I sometimes struggled to identify dishes. Room & Amenities: Fantastic—clean, comfortable, and hygienic. Breakfast: Absolutely delicious! SPA: Highly recommended! Relaxing and affordable, especially with the hotel’s 30% exclusive discount. One of the best parts of my stay. Buggy Service: A major letdown. Upon checkout, the front desk failed to inform us that no buggy was available. We waited **almost an hour** with no updates, even after calling twice. Eventually, we had to walk to reception. Overall: This hotel has great potential but needs better communication, staffing adjustments, and improved guest convenience (transportation, food options, and service reliability).
