Parking & Practical Logistics While there is no parking directly on the hotel premises, AMANEK provides clear partnered parking information. The partnered rate is a very reasonable ¥600 per 24 hours per entry, provided you get your parking ticket stamped by the hotel reception staff. Note that standard car size limitations apply (max length 5m, width 2m, height 2.1m). If you choose to use alternative public lots nearby, prices vary; for example, the nearby Trust Park lot charges rates like ¥500 for daytime parking (7:00–18:00) or ¥200 per 60 minutes. Its the closest to the hotel if you dun mind paying extra. One of the nice features of this hotel is that you can enjoy the onsen while looking out over the ocean. However, it is not very convenient without a car. I walked all the way from Beppu Station before discovering that the hotel offers a free shuttle bus. I’ve attached the shuttle bus schedule—I’d strongly recommend using it. The room was the biggest disappointment. Although it was advertised as a renovated, high-floor ocean-view room, it still felt very old. The bathroom was especially outdated, and there was a very high step between the bathroom and the room, making it easy to trip. The room really feels like it needs a proper renovation. Overall, the ocean-view onsen was enjoyable, but the rooms did not match my expectations.

Great view if your room is facing the sea.. You get the traffic noise for rooms facing the mountain as it’s also next to the main road. Seems like stains on the floor in guest rooms is a common in this hotel. Onsen is nice when it’s not busy.  Love the soft serve from the dinner buffet!

The room was very spacious and the hotel's design was beautiful, especially the private onsen – it was amazing! We drove there and parking was very convenient. It's about a 20-minute drive from Yufuin, so we could explore and then come back to relax before heading out for dinner nearby. It was a very laid-back and enjoyable stay!

Having stayed in both the Premium and Standard rooms, I can say the Premium room's open-air bath is definitely worth the extra 50,000 won. The only real difference is the tub, but the open-air bath is spacious enough for two or more people to soak together, and having a small window with an ocean view was a great touch. The standard room, on the other hand, just feels like a regular bathtub that runs hot spring water.

This onsen hotel exceeded my expectations – it was truly excellent! First off, every room has its own private onsen, offering complete privacy, so you can enjoy a hot spring bath anytime you like! The hotel environment is beautiful, perfect for taking photos. We were lucky enough to encounter snow, which was the icing on the cake! What's more, the room was fully equipped and impeccably clean! Since we visited in winter, it was incredibly thoughtful that there were heaters everywhere, even in the bathroom. We booked the 'one night, two meals' package, and the food was delicious! The dishes were very unique, and you could really feel the restaurant's dedication. Extremely satisfied! The staff were excellent – friendly and approachable, making me feel right at home. Regarding transportation, we originally planned to drive, but canceled our car rental due to the weather. We took the train to Yufu Eki, pre-booked the shuttle with the hotel, and arrived in about 10 minutes! Overall, this is a highly recommended gem of a hotel! I'll definitely be back!

The staff members were all very friendly and welcoming. The hotel overall was very cozy, particularly the onsens. Although all the four onsens were opened for all guests at the hotel, you can use one of them as long as you want because guests are instructed to hang a sign on the onsen to show that it is currently occupied. This is a great way for the guests to enjoy privacy to themselves, although it is opened publicly. Dinner and breakfast was included in the package so we did not have to worry about finding nearby restaurants. The food was delicious here! Would definitely recommend if you enjoy traditional Japanese meals to get the full experience. We had a private barbecue for dinner, and it was truly immaculate! However, there was smoke all over the hotel lobby coming from the barbecue so it would have been better if they kept the windows opened. It was also indoors so it was slightly overwhelming with all the smoke everywhere in the restaurant. But everything else was on point and breakfast was particularly delicious. 

Room: neat clean space. lights and Aircon . the area between the beds is very spacious and there are large lockers so plenty of space to store your stuff . Bathroom: two normal showers and a large shower room where you can rent a bath hammock thing. three vanity sinks in this bathroom, then there's a toilet room with three toilets and three sinks, so lots of options. shampoo conditioner and body wash supplied. decent hairdryer. washing machine 300 yen, then dryer 100 yen per 15 mins. Security: pin code on dormitory. Amenities: there is a kitchen space and you can also order food from the 5th floor of the tower to the hostel lounge. Location: about ten minute walk from the station. plenty of eating places and shops nearby. there is a bus stop right outside. Other: might be useful if there were bins in the dormitory rather than having to go back and forth between the lounge. hooks in the bed area might also be useful e.g. for hanging your towel, although I suppose you could put it in your locker

It was evening when we arrived, and there wasn't much service, just a simple check-in. The room was quite old, but it's very convenient because it's close to the station, about a 10-minute walk. The roads in Yufuin are narrow and uneven, so pushing luggage was tiring, which made even a 10-minute walk feel long. The value for money isn't great; it's old and small, and everything inside looks like it's from the 90s.

This is the best hotel I have been visit. I visit Japan 4-6 times a year, which different venue accommodation have been stayed. The price performance ratio is brilliant, and the parking is very decent as well.
