GGuest UserThe hotel's overall design is stunning, and the traditional Japanese ambiance envelops you from the moment you step through the door. The use of gold, red, and black makes the entire hotel feel elegant, dignified, and luxurious. The products in the on-site gift shop are also very unique and beautiful, making you want to buy them, and they aren't even particularly expensive.

MMiaowuThis hotel is super convenient, right next to JR Kanazawa Station. The rooms are large, neat, and clean, and even come with a small kitchen. The service is excellent, and they offer free coffee, Ichiban Shibori beer, and other drinks in the lobby every day – I especially loved the apple sparkling water! It's an outstanding hotel that I highly recommend.

Eella01010This hotel offers excellent value for money; it's very upscale and clean. The room with an extra bed comfortably accommodates three people, and the bathroom has a separate shower and toilet, so no one has to fight for the bathroom. If you're driving, there's a dedicated parking lot next door for 1,000 yen per night. A skywalk connects the parking lot to the hotel's 3rd floor, making access very convenient. I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time I visit Kanazawa.

The hotel's service is meticulous and considerate, and the staff and driver are kind and kind throughout the whole process. Whether it is check-in reception and demand assistance, they are patient and thoughtful. They are considerate of the guests everywhere, making people feel at home instantly. In particular, free shuttle service is also provided, so that you don't have to worry about traffic problems, which saves a lot of trouble for the journey, and the caring degree is full.
The room is clean and comfortable, the environment is quiet and elegant, you can hear birds singing, the air is fresh, I can sleep well without even turning on the air conditioner. The desserts in the hall taste sweet, so pleasant surprise 🍓, there is a small gift shop to buy.
The hot springs in the museum are warm and comfortable, and the complete personal soaking is a lot easier. Especially the waterfall hot springs, the water flow is just right, can massage the shoulder and neck parts, relieve the stiffness and fatigue of weekdays.

GGuest UserThis was my first time staying in such a spacious room in Japan, and the price was incredibly reasonable. The hotel provided fresh water, coffee, and tea daily, and the service was very attentive. The pajamas in the room were yukata-style, which was a nice local touch. The location is right next to JR Kanazawa Station, just a few minutes' walk away, with large department stores and shopping streets nearby. It's incredibly convenient for shopping, transportation, and a wide variety of dining options.

GGuest UserI only left this place this morning, but I already want to go back. It felt like a home, the host/owner and his wife are super lovely, greeted me every time I came back or said goodbye to me whenever I left. It felt like I was coming home at the end of the day. You get a tea on arrival and I opted for the bento box breakfast for my first morning. I came down at 10 and it was there waiting for me, they play nice Japanese music while your waiting downstairs, although the hosts weren’t fluent in English we could communicate just fine, there English was good enough, although I did try to speak Japanese, the room was so nice and big, I love a tatami room it’s so cosy, I liked snuggling up in the bed at night and watching my tablet, the bathrooms where nice and I just loved the ryokan feel. If I ever find myself in kanazawa again which I willl, I will most definitely stay here again! If you don’t book here your not doing kanazawa right.

GGuest UserLook no further, Mori no Sumika Resort and Spa is absolutely wonderful! The staff are amazing, the rooms are spacious and well appointed, the property to include the hot springs baths is excellent - the food offerings for breakfast and dinner changes each day, the chef serving the freshest seafood, meats, vegetables. It’s a beautiful place that you’ll never want to leave and for sure come back to sooner than later.

BbluehawaiiThe hotel boasts an excellent location, right outside the West Exit of JR Kanazawa Station and next to a shopping mall. The staff are all very friendly and welcoming. The room was quite spacious for a Japanese hotel, and all the facilities were new and very clean. To get your room cleaned, you need to scan a QR code inside the room to book the service.

There is no flaw and it must be full of 5 stars, especially the quality of the service staff and the meticulous ordering of dishes. The hot spring here is also very large, and the sister hotel ”Yadoli” can also be used for free. The hotel's shuttle bus runs at 15:30 at Kaga Onsen Station. The hot spring street is very beautiful at night, but not too prosperous, but the facilities are complete and quiet. That's awesome x3. Frankly speaking, I like this place, and I like the three-legged crow doll that takes a hot spring bath. I will bring my friends here again. Thank you.
