Good hotel in an outstanding location for Hiroshima’s most important tourist sites: the Memorial Peace Park, Museum, and the iconic Iron Dome. The Knot is a 10-minute walk from these sites. Less desirable is the lack of viable restaurants-especially breakfast- besides the hotel’s restaurant- in the immediate area; while the hotel restaurant is fine, it’s pricey and gets redundant after a few meals. Access to the Hiroshima train station is a mere 15-minute walk to the #2 & #6 trolley line. Don’t be weirded out when you can’t find the reception desk to check in; it’s on the 14th floor for inexplicable reasons. There’s a bar with snacks there, too. Checkout is a breeze. Just toss your key into a bin slot on the elevator on your way out. Overall, a solid hotel choice.

Location is perfect. 2 minute walk from JR station through footbridge. Located in between the ferry and bike rental. Got a free upgrade to double room with water front view. Found some free fruit jelly and snacks in the fridge. Breakfast is mediocre. Salmon quickly ran out and never got refilled. Good choice for bike ride trip.

Location is great. Close to tram, train and bus stations. Walking distance to Hiroshima castle. Staffs are all friendly and check in checkout is quick. Breakfast has many varieties. Stay here for 3 nights. The automated laundry machine helps a lot. Overall very satisfied with the hotel, will consider it if come again. Thanks a lot to all hotel staffs.

This hotel was a nice surprise, I arrived into Hiroshima main station and the hotel is attached to the station so walked out of the station turned left and only had 100 steps to walk (covered walkway with escalator) and it took less than 3 minutes, the check in staff were great and speak english, the room was large and well equipped and 100% clean and modern, its in a good location , take a number 5 tram to Hiroshima Bay and the ferry docks are end of that line, you can visit one of the many islands and its calm takes around 25 minutes and low cost , nice day out, 5 minutes taxi ride from hotel is the city restaurant area , everything about the hotel was first class. I will use it again i hope you use it to and enjoy the experience, Thanks to all the staff and managers etc for making it feel like home from home ,

Parking is available. The hotel staff is very friendly. The hotel is close to the beach, so it is convenient to take a walk on the beach and enjoy the scenery of the island on the other side. Bicycles can also be rented nearby for cross-sea riding.

I went to Miyajima on a family trip and used it for the first time. It is a feeling that the old good old inn built by the sea near the bustling shopping street which is the main street is renovated for the present age, and the whole facility ~ the facilities in the room are unified and beautifully arranged It was a very nice inn where you can feel the old history in 々 while being able to feel it. The hotel has a lounge with free drinks to enjoy the scenery in the lobby and the top floor, and there is also a service where you can choose multiple pillows and yukata according to your preference. There are plenty of drinks and sweets in the room, so I didn't have to worry about the expenses of fine beverages. This inn will respond as flexibly and pleasantly as possible to the wishes of the guests. For example, in our case this time, when we told our family in advance that there are people with bad legs, they can install a bed in a Japanese-style room, and change the basic dishes provided to each person's taste. Even if I was lost, I was able to make a flexible response and suggestion immediately, so I was able to spend a very comfortable time. The hot spring is in the basement, and it has an old-fashioned atmosphere with only a large bathtub １, and it is not so large, and the scenery is not good because it is in the basement. Compared to the hot spring resorts devised at this time, it may feel unsatisfactory, but it is clean and the temperature is around ４０ degrees, so it is ”good old” while taking a long bath. I felt that it was a place to enjoy. It was stated that the quality of the hot water was slightly salty and smooth, and it was pumped and boiled from the source. I was able to take a comfortable bath without being squeezed or dry even by families with weak skin. Unfortunately, there are no open-air baths or private baths, but some rooms have open-air baths with rooms, so I think you can choose according to your taste. What should be noted here is the wonderfulness of the food. The amount of meals varies or is insufficient depending on the course and price, which is often a big preparation at such a large inn, and the impression and quality of appearance are greatly different from the images on the site. Instead of having a sense of failure such as the dishes that were cold at the time of serving inn dishes, we were able to provide a wonderful dish of a more impressive level. This time we were in the room, and it was originally said that Masazen was the basic set, but ４ kind of seasonal course dishes (Masazen, delicious fish, delicious meat, delicious feast) with guidance on the site. I requested it at the stage of advance reservation and received everything with my family. There is no loss at all in every course, and the abundant ingredients unique to the land are carefully prepared, and all of them are very delicious, and the individual dishes requested by the order are prepared quickly. At the end, he made rice balls for dinner, which were full and could not be eaten, and he was able to provide a supreme time beyond the best. In addition, the breakfast at the dining hall I received the next morning was surprisingly luxurious with a large number of items, but the amount was gradually appropriate and very satisfying. The seasoning is natural, healthy, and exquisite taste adjustment and appropriate temperature, which does not rely on artificial taste operations such as umami seasonings, while protecting the gentle flavor that makes the best use of the goodness of fresh ingredients. It's a bit of a walk from the station, but it's very clean and stylish! Best of all, the staff were always smiling and very kind! Amenities such as lotion, milky lotion, and cleanser were available at the front desk. I was also happy that the shower had strong water pressure and the hair dryer was a Panasonic Nanocare. However, it was difficult to find the side door that you use after 10pm, so I think it would be reassuring if they included a map on the paper you receive at the beginning, or posted directions on Instagram. I'd definitely like to stay here again when I visit Onomichi 🍋

Fukuyama Station is 2 minutes away and the room is clean. I originally wanted to move to a room that didn't face the station because I was worried it would be too noisy. The front desk staff tried to help, but unfortunately it was full. In the end, I found that the windows were dense, so the soundproofing was okay, and I could see Fukuyama Castle. 3 people live here, and they can still open their own suitcases

Hotel is quite old and there are other organizations in the same building. There was a notice in the hotel room notifying that there were burglaries so guests should ensure their doors are properly closed. That said, they use a key for the door lock and the card is just for electricity. The hotel room has a water dispenser which is great but it becomes a little too bright at night. Amenities in the toilet had toothpaste so I didn’t use them. Lots of vending machines in the lobby.

Overall its a good hotel with very good service. Location next to hiroshima station which was very convenient. However, disappointed with buffet dinner. Although hotel guest were offered 25% off. Mainly because of quality and most food offered were cold. For example, the grilled beef was not a slice as in the picture. It came in a small bowl with 2 tiny finger size beef which was cold. You know what happens when you put cold fat beef in your mouth! The buffet breakfast was unsatisfactory either. Sam kind of salad as dinner. For me i am a very simple person. Let me have my bacon and eggs, toast and coffee, i would be very satisfied. Unfortunately, it was not so! The eggs were fried in a bowl (cold as usual ) and there was something between ham and bacon but not everyday. Again most of the food were cold! Imagine a cold winter day of 1 degree celcius outside. And having to eat food that were not even warm! I would very much like to stay there again but would not eat there. Finally, i provided my credit card for check in so that any charges incurred could be deducted. But do not understand why they wanted me to pay for the buffet dinner first? Even though i had given them my room number? I obviously have no problem paying for anything!
