The area around the hotel is almost deserted, and shopping is not very convenient. But the service is still good. There is also a restaurant in the hotel that is open until eleven o'clock in the evening. The room is clean, but it is very inconvenient without a car.
This is what i would call a perfect hotel if i can call one... Nothing was amiss and stay was comfortable beyond our expectations. Be it room, be it staff , be it buffet , be it location...just what anyone can expect. Highly recommended and will definitely stay here again

It was a very very pleasant day. All of the staff is very courteous and they look after their guest so well, especially at the front desk, miss bharti sharma and ms jaswinder. Restaurant staff was also very courteous. They took care of the guest so well in the breakfast time.
My trip was pleasant with PRK IN . Good location Near airport polite staff . Breakfast was excellent mind blowing. It was my second trip in this Hotel. I will come back again .
As i use IHG Holiday Inn Brand internationaly and i booked forst time in Zirakpur i love the service they guys provide staff were helpfull and friendly everything is near by if you guys want to do shopping or night out this is the best place to stay in so what to think for plan ahead to stay Holiday Inn chandigarh next time 🥂 cheers🤙
The sound insulation effect is not good. Someone in the night next party opened the party and the hotel staff repeatedly stressed that it still failed to effectively persuade it.

Access to the room and privacy needs significant improvement.
The ground floor rooms are unable to sit with curtains open. Even with the sheers closed, there is complete.visibility inside.
Further small housekeeping gaps like mini bar not working and not stocked, just one towel in the bathroom despite double occupancy etc were some gaps.

GGuest UserConveniently located at 20 mins drive from chandigarh airport. Rooms and services were excellent. Staff was very co-operative. Buffet spread was very good. Hotel interiors and amenities were fabulous.
GGuest UserThe hotel is located in a strategic location. I had a late night check-in and it was a bit unwelcoming since the concierge were chilling on the couch until I had to call onto them. I also called for the concierge twice to assist me with baggages but no one answered the phone for 4-5 times, and when answered no one actually came to assist me until I walked down and informed them again. Rooms a bit old but overall okay.
羅羅希Very kind and friendly nd helpful staff but at first day I arrived early in the morning at 07:30 Am or 08:00 I think there was a guy Mr. Anuj I asked him is it possible to early check inn he told me that take a seat and wait for 10 minutes and after 10 minutes I was told by Mr.anuj that your room is ready i thought wow but after few minutes Mr.Anuj said I have to pay 1500 more for early check inn then I left the hotel early in the morning and came back for check inn at 16:00 o clock something. But I can understand I came earlier so it’s fine but all the FO staff and room service staff is great as well .
But specifically the lady who clean up my room everyday I forgot to ask her name but she is very good at communicating provide the best service thank you.

The good thing was it was ideal for all the attractions especially the golden temple. Staff were so friendly their really helped me out especially at the front desk.. definitely recommend this hotel anyone staying in Amritsar...
JJasvinder SinghStayed for 5 nights in the deluxe room. The room is well equipped and everything worked as it should. The clean is cleaned daily. At breakfast no egg dishes are available as pure veg only … there are options of fresh fruit, parotha’s, yogurt, dall and rice, cereal and muesli, toast, Tea and juices. Tried a couple of the in-room Italian menu veg and non-veg dishes (it was too hot to have it in their Italian rooftop restaurant) and they were delicious. There are also options of veg and non-veg Indian menu. All cooked fresh. So plenty of choice. There are shops/cinema/eateries within walking distance. Overall it was a good stay.
