I unfortunately booked an executive suite. Firstly, its location was inconveniently far from the elevator, and it seems all executive suites across all floors are situated in the same corner spot. The suite was definitely overpriced for its small size, and the layout was poorly designed. Furthermore, the amenities were neglected; the Jacuzzi was dirty, broken, emitted a foul odor when operated, and even expelled debris. I reported this to the front desk, and they moved me to another suite, but it had the exact same problems. I absolutely do not recommend anyone choose an executive suite; it's a complete waste of money.
My ratings:
Executive Suite Design & Location: 2/10
Overall Cleanliness: 8/10 (though they could improve by changing towels more frequently)
Breakfast: 1/10 (Too focused on Asian food, despite most guests being Arabs, especially Saudis)
Pricing (Value for Money): 5/10 (Overpriced)
View & Hotel Location: 5/10
I suggest they lower their prices and encourage guests to choose a standard room with a river view. They should also pay more attention to offering Eastern, Arabic, and Western food options. Finally, some staff members were notably unwelcoming towards Arab guests and made no effort to provide better service.
Breakfast is rather disappointing, brewed Coffee ( americano or long black-doesnt have one I guess) is watery,,No Coffee aroma bad taste.
Few variety of food ( no chinese, japanese, indian, sundanese corner?). Not worthed for the Price we paid 250k per pax.
Roof Top (only suitable for outdoor, when its raining Party is over. There should be ways to provide indoor part.. Rain was was just atopped When I was Having a glass of wine. Eveeythibg is wet. Ezeot high Chair in the Bar. And There is no music. Live music or DJ is only on saturday. The good thins of the Roof Top, is the 360 degree Mountain and City view
Huge, spacious, and modern minimalistic design lobby lounge. But, no Touch of parahyangan or Sundanese atmosphere. Exept angklung ornamen at M floor . This could be in jakrta or Any other metropolitan citie. No local culture and historical Touch. Exeot the long corridor at G floor connected to Pelataran Resto
Deluxe room with King size bed and Mountain view is great. Wifi and TV are also great. However the structure of bathroom (shower) with too many wooden seperation walls give rather Tiny space feeling.
The pool is too small for two adjacent hotel Tower (Pullman and Ibis Style) . Just good for Kids. Gym space is fine in termos of space. B
Honestly, this is the most crowded hotel I've ever stayed at. It was difficult to find parking, but luckily there was a staff member to help park the car. It was a bit of a hassle if you left something in the car because the parking lot was quite far, and they had to take me there on a motorbike ๐ .
For breakfast, there were many menu options, but because it was extremely crowded, many items ran out and took a long time to be refilled. Plates and glasses also ran out and weren't refilled quickly. There was a lot of food, but the taste was standard. They had everything from gudeg, nasi kuning, pasta, an Indomie station, and even Japanese food.
Kids' activities were also plentiful but pretty standard. Because it was so crowded, it felt cramped ๐๐ป. The free playground was small, and the ball pit cost an additional 75k. The mini zoo was okay; animal food cost 20k. Cooking classes cost another 125k, and even requesting a birthday cake was an extra charge.
Our superior twin room had very standard facilities, nothing special for the 1 million IDR-ish price. It was a bit musty, the bed size felt like 100cm, and the towels and pillowcases were less than fresh, looking rather dull.
Would I come back? No, once was enough ๐๐ป๐
This was my third time staying at this hotel. It's good to stay in the executive room. Unfortunately, it's hard to say that it's great for the price.
The facilities and services are poor for a four-star hotel. But there's no better place to stay than here in cirebon.
Breakfast is a local meal. It is not enough for foreigners to eat.
There is a swimming pool, but I cannot swim because I cannot wear a swimsuit because it is an Islamic country. So there are no people in the large swimming pool.
The staff always smiles and feels kind.
All your staffs are absolutely stunning and very inspiring. They are great workers they deserve more applause and honorarium.
Im in the field of hospitality industries also and I experienced an amazing feeling in your Hotel
Keep it up.. Allahumma baarik

We had a fantastic 2-day stay at Harris Hotel โ the rooms were clean, spacious, and perfect for our family. The staff were friendly and accommodating, always ready to assist with a smile. The kids especially loved the pool and the breakfast spread had a great variety for everyone.

Very Good
AAnonymous UserIts a very nice and tranquil hotel. The rooms and buildings are rather old (built in the 80s), but they were maintained properly. The fixtures in the room, however, could use an upgrade to more modern ones, auch as rhe toilet bowl, cabinets, shower tiles, night stands, tables and chair. I stayed at a room with hot tub, and the hot tub is big and beautiful, but looks rather old and need to be renovated. It was a big room so it makes the rate that I paid was very worth it.
The self parking was not covered. I arrived when it was raining hard. I soaked my clothes as there no umbrella I can borrow nor anybody there to help with umbrella. I reported to receptionist with my soaking wet clohtes, they just apologized and nothing to be done, not even offer towel to dry my clothes. This was big disappointment as it was a novotel, hospitality attention should be paid.
The hotel was kind of a javanese old colonial model, so open style and you can enjoy fresh air. When the weather is hot, however, it could be really hot and steamy.
Over all, it was a value for money hotel. Check in was very pleasant and fast.
Since it was a secluded area which brings tranquility and fresh ait, it is located in rather secluded housing compound.
So u have to go through rather small street to get here and no other restaurant except in the hotel.
However, it is next to bogor raya golf course and they provide bicycle for excursion, also other activities.
Keep it up, I will definitely come back to stay when I golf around the area or short staycation with family.
