The hotel located near the SKA Mall and Living World around 15 mins walking. The staff was friendly and accomodating. The check in process was fast and they allowed early check in. The room was spotless, had a nice view (need to request for higher floor), good water pressure, the AC was cool enough and the bed was so comfy. The breakfast offered a lot of variety and decent. The only down side was the check out process took so long. Hope they will improve the check out process and make it fast and convenient. Overall, a good stay.

Good place to stay as traveller during business trip with lovely breakfast

Good location as per local standard. Nice roof top swimming pool. Opposite have the biggest mall at Perkanbaru. Off from city Center but there is still some traffic. Near to many Chinese halal restaurants such as Warung Merry etc.

location is strategic, close to shopping centers and renowned dining places. the room i stayed in was clean, comfortable, and equipped with modern facilities. the hotel staff was very friendly and responsive to my needs. The breakfast was also delicious, with a variety of food options served. overall, I highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay🫰🏻🫰🏻

Overall good hospitality, breakfast is quite varied and appetizing, but ask for a non-smoking room, have signed the consequence paper but what is found in the bathroom is a very pungent smell of cigarette smoke especially for families who are sensitive to cigarette smoke, who knows where it comes from, maybe the exhaust fan is not working? or from the next room??? & the electric kettle for boiling hot water is not hygienic because it is made of plastic that is not heat resistant for a long time and has given off an unpleasant odor, hopefully it can be a concern for hotel management, just a suggestion.

The hotel with a good environment and good location. Go any way very convinien.

Here are a few points I'd like to highlight: 1. There was a leak in the hallway on the 6th floor, which made it unpleasant to walk through. 2. The breakfast selection needs more variety.

Nice place to stay in the city of Pekanbaru… Easy access to everywhere… Room is too spacious and comfortable… Breakfast menu is amazing and delicious too… Highly recommended…
