Good hotel with good location but old and needed renovation. Requested a non-smoking room for two nights but didn't get one in the first night while suffering from a bad flu. A neutral experience overall and hopefully it gets renovated to boost experience

room was okay and cozy. But after midnight, still can hear music from nearby club. Still can sleep tight nevertheless. Lol

Hotel is right beside mall and convenience. However the hotel is very narrow in design and not like usual hotel. Food is ok. Services is great

This is usual hotel I stayed when I business trip to pekanbaru. Food is good. They renovated the lobby.

Second time stay @dafam. Everything is good especially the breakfast. I love the omelette so much. The room and the bed ar large.

The hotel is very old no security measurement. All level can access no need access card. Breakfast is below standard don’t expect much. The spa is great. Good for relex.

The air conditioner is not cold enough, the air conditioner is noisy, the breakfast menu might be even more inspiring with this class of hotel which already has good service.

The room is alright, although a little old. The facilities are sufficient for a business hotel. However, the breakfast is a little bit disappointing due to salty (during my time of visit) but ambience for breakfast is good. The location of the hotel is also good for street food lovers.
