Merit park was great as always, the comfort of our home in Kyrenia is irreplaceable. The staff is always there for you, the service is great, the food is nice, the room is clean, the facilities are unlimited, the casino is nice, what more could you want? Merit quality is not surprising.

The staff is friendly and attentive, but they are insufficient in number. Even though we made our reservation on July 5, we were told that the reservation was not confirmed and the payment was pending. We made a one-night deposit. 1 day later, they said that the money was paid and the deposit was refunded to us.

Since the room allocated to us was under renovation, we were placed in a random room after a few tries. The cleanliness of the room was bad. Especially the tops of the seats were in terrible condition. Likewise, the toilet was not at the desired level of cleanliness. The hotel is generally old and needs renovation.
